Always a great experience coming here. Staff is polite and helpful. Excellent selection, and top notch products. They carry dry aged steaks, and the hard to find Japanese A5. A wide variety of fresh made sausages. The Bourbon Pinnapple, and Bacon Peach sausage were outstanding!

We ordered a 3 lb. beef tenderloin roast a couple of days before Christmas from Sean at The Local Butcher. Sean was very helpful on the phone, repeated the order and said it would be ready the next morning. It was ready,....trimmed and tied. Thank you for the great customer service and delicious food. It is appreciated and we will be back very soon and have already begun to spread the word. Happy 2021!

I’m in town for a month a needed some good meat for the grill, of course. Picked up a few prime ribeyes and they were awesome! Going back later to try their A5 wagyu.

The local butcher shop and market are my go to for weekly shopping. I purchase steaks, lamb, beef, pork chops, pickle baron key lime bread and butter pickles, deviled eggs and other market items. Everything is super fresh, the shop is clean, well sanitized and I feel very comfortable when I visit. The best part is the service provided by Sean and his associate, Sean. They are always very professional and serve with a smile each and every time I visit. Thanks for all you do guys!!

They have some quality meats in this professional butcher’s shop, and some exotic ones as well. This week I was intrigued by the bison, and thought I’d give it a try.Good choice; it was delicious. Bison has a bit of different flavor to it and definitely worth trying if you haven’t.Also, check-out the cooler near the front door. They have an ad-hoc selection of vacuum sealed meats in their own marinade. I’ve never seen the same selections twice, so there’s no telling what’ll be in it on any given day. I’ve been rather adventurous with my selections here, and haven’t been disappointed.

This is the very best cuts of meat I’ve ever had bar none coast to coast. Made for an amazing day after Christmas meal. Adorable little shop as well.

Very knowledgeable butchers and hands down the best quality meat on the island.

$40 a pound for prime filet. It had silver skin on it and half of the cut was chain.

I purchased the wagyu ribeye and filet. My brother is very hard to please and he devoured the 8 oz filet, just raving about the quality.
