Twice in the last week Ive seen shoppers in the local Winn-Dixie (Big Pine Key, FL) with their dogs. One of the dogs was small the other was large. The store staff took no action to remove the dogs. Ive seen dogs in the store many times in the past and I find it offensive. I also suspect it is unlawful.
