Miss Veronica and Mr Scott provided amazing service. They dropped off the scooter at our hotel after their business hours to accommodate our lateness. They also picked up the scooter from the same hotel prior to us leaving.The scooter is very affordable. Conch scooters was amazing! I received text message updates as I was connecting during my arrival flight. The delivery was waiting for me when I was dropped off from my airport Uber. To turn in, I simply sent a message and he came and picked it up. He also answered my questions during the week! I won’t rent scooters from anyone else!

First of all best price around it’s super affordable! The staff is amazing and very helpful! They will provide free delivery to your location and pick it up as well. The owner will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your rental! The mopeds are super fun and perfect for key west! After researching online through reviews etc and comparing Conch scooters and others to the one AT our marriott we could rent through . We choose Conch. Stop searching and just rent now and save time. Scott ( owner) was super patient through our questions ( thank you) . Save time trust me the best place to rent. ALSO scooters are the best and cheapest way to go around the island. No parking fees and easy to get to FT Zachary beach and everywhere you would want to go. We went with a 2 person scooter.

We chose this company first and foremost because of the convenience of dropping the scooters off at our location. Their website provided enough details I was confident I knew what I was reserving and I would get training since I’ve never ridden a scooter before.Scott and Veronica were on time and very friendly. I had an issue on the website with applying the AAA discount but Scott immediately took care of the situation when we met. He was also so patient with me and making sure I understood how to operate the scooter and made sure I was comfortable riding before they left.I highly recommend this company!

Conch Scooters provided excellent service and they provide a great bike. The bikes had baskets, locks, and lights which made it easy to get around the island not matter what time of the day or night you were using them. I highly recommend them!

Everything has been exactly as stated in the advertising. A great little 2 person Scooter was delivered to our lodging the evening we arrived. We have used it daily for shopping, dining and entertainment all over the island. Perfect for getting around the narrow streets down in old Town or getting to the beaches. Lots of free designated parking for scooters everywhere. A week on three bucks worth of gas!And Scott has been a good resource, too!

There is one thing that sets this service apart from the rest: convenience. We placed an order for a deluxe 2 seat scooter in the morning, and it was delivered within an hour and a half of placing our order. As far as I know, no other service in Key West delivers bicycles or scooters directly to your condo or hotel. The owner, Scott, is also available throughout the day via mobile phone.

The folks at Conch Scooters went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Late arrival from delayed flight--16-hour ordeal but Scott had our ride waiting for us at our hotel when we got in with a personal touch. Old school customer service the way it should be. Clean ride ran like a champ all week. A lot of scooters running around the Conch Republic, and Im sure there are other good rental establishments in Key West, but if you want the best call Scott. Hes tha-man for scooters.

This is by far the best place to rent mopeds in Key West. We have rented from other places but now we have found this one and will continue using Conch Rentals. Scott was there anytime we needed him. We rented 2 doubles and we all had a great experience! The mopeds were well maintained and taken care of and also very nice! Highly recommend!!!

Funny story! I rented some bicycles from Scott along with some mopeds the following day and forgot his name along with the company I rented from because I shopped around for better prices and in the process of searching for the Conch scooter owner I made a big stink over nothing to his wife which handled me like a boss! Just killed me with kindness! And in the end they still gave me an amazing deal and was super flexible about pick-up and deliveryl. I will go nowhere else thank you Scott!

This is the best scooter company in Key West! I have rented from Scott 7 times in the past 4 years. They bring the scooters right to you so you dont have to walk anywhere. They take the time to teach first time riders how to handle the scooter. I wouldnt rent from anyone else on the island because they are the best prices. They take the time out to get to know you and always check in with you while you are in Key West renting from them. I cant wait to get back there in April and rent from them again!
