This is a first class facility. It is secure, clean, and easily accessible 24 hours/day. Tim, one of the managers, was knowledgeable and very helpful with the entire process. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for climate-controlled self storage in the Key West area.

Had a great experience with Midgard this past weekend when moving. Worked with Alex in the morning, who was quick and professional, then was greeted at the door at drop-off. The whole process was easy with them and I would recommend coming here for truck rentals.

I came to this location to rent a Uhaul for a move and both Alex and Tim were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what kind of trailer would be the best for my move!Their professionalism and helpfulness was greatly appreciated and I will absolutely be back to use them in the future for either storage or if I need to move again!

Chandler and Tim were SO great helping me get my unit set up for the month. The service was fast and efficient and they were so kind and friendly. The unit was exactly what I needed. Perfect size, clean, temp controlled, in doors, and easily accessible. They have large elevators and carts to assist you with move in and move out. I wouldn’t recommend storing your personal treasured belongings anywhere else! Oh and they also have Uhauls so everything you need to move is literally all in one spot including boxes packing tape and locks!

Service is always reliable, nice, and customer oriented. It’s the best one in key west no doubt. Temp controlled, max security, cheap insurance, and clean as heck. Chandler, Tim and Alex are always helpful and professional making anything I need a no hassle experience. Other places in the keys don’t care, are just as expensive, and aren’t going to even remotely protect your belongings if a hurricane was to roll through. Overall the nicest storage with the nicest people in the lower keys. It’s a little pricey but you get the peace of mind and quality you pay for.

Midguard was for sure the nicest storage facility in the lower keys! Chandler and Tim were so incredibly helpful!! The prices were not even comparable to other facilities, Midguard was the best by a landslide. Thank you to you both for all of the help and the kindness! 15/10 would recommend!

Probably the cleanest self storage facility I have ever been to. The air is clean and cool considering how humid and hot Key West is right now. Walls and floors are impeccable throughout the facility. The property is neat as a pin inside and out. The managers name we worked with is Chandler. He seriously cares about the company he works for and made us feel very confident storing our valuables. Highly recommend.

Chandler made it extremely easy to get a storage locker, get a truck, get a lock and help me in a critical point during this Covid-19 pandemic. Chandler is exceptional and Im very glad to do business with company solely based on our interactions.

I went to get a truck, forgot my CC at home. I told the rep Id be back quickly. I was gone for less than 15 minutes and returned before closing but the rep was gone and doors locked. Needless to say, I didnt get my truck and my plans were completely destroyed.

Got a great deal on an 8 x 10‘ storage unit, one of the guys helped me load what I needed to into the storage unit really fast really easy very professional.Because loading what I needed to in the storage unit was difficult I tried to tip the guy $20, he wouldn’t take it.

I was very impressed from the time I walked in.Chad who handled my rental was very professional and qualified all my questions. Definitely recommend Midgard Self Storage.

Best storage in town Moe and Ben are great people kind honest and straight forward I like that. My property is secure and I feel safe when I come for things I need cameras all over the place lots of parking clean floors and bathrooms for us long time local customers. They are an assett and should both be given a raise good help is hard to find in Key West Im staying on as a customer I hope they stay as well. 5 Star from me and Im a tough customer. Nice place, we do a few jobs out of here. If you need insured moving labor and rental truck driving dont hesitate to give us a call. We come with our own furniture dollies hand carts, rope and tools. This location proved exceptional when it came time for me and my wife to sell our home. The staff was courteous and patient enough to help us choose the right room. Although they were a bit on the expensive side, I believe you get what you pay for when it comes to security and air-controlled space, especially for a business as clean and professional as this one. My first storage unit ever! Choice Storage Centers is very good and new facility that is super clean with excellent service. Two elevators, both work great. Great secure location, just before Center of Key West. I have both indoor and outdoor unit (for RV) and they both work just great.

Ben and Moe are awsome, I was in a bind and needed storage for a month. They helped me choose an affordable unit, got me the size truck I needed with a ramp and overall went above and beyond!!1

Adding another 27,000 square foot of heated and cooled storage space

Just tried to vacate my unit, mind you there is still 22 days left in the month of October in which I already paid in full, and the fool manager, Brandon, tells me that because I didnt give 30 days notice that he will be charging me for the month of November as well. So not only do i not get money back for the 22 days left in the month (which im fine with since i didnt give 30 days notice) but now this crook is going to try and charge me for a month after Ive been gone for 22 days! Good luck in Key West Midgard, I will be posting this info to as many Facebook info pages as possible to warn about your dishonest policies and practices!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is well maintained and secure. Exactly what I was looking for.

Trying to still charge me when I do not have anything on the unit and they have the keys. Trying to rip me off. I suggest ya to find something else instead. Beware.

Absolutely pleasant experience, the prices are affordable, they have A/C units, dollies to help your moving easier, CLEAN and Alex in the front was very knowledgeable about the types of storage and building layout.Yet I would’ve loved if they had trash cans, I’d be so helpful with just little trash also if the entrance had a brighter colored poll to the key pad; it blends in with the gate but over all I had a great experience and hope this helps anyone looking for advice!
