I was on vacation in Key West when one of the magnets on my cpap strap broke. I was greeted by a friendly woman and I asked her if they sold any of the straps with the magnets. She said that they did not and said I would have to buy the entire headgear, which was relatively expensive. She then said she might have some spare parts from people who have returned equipment. She looked in a drawer and found two magnets and gave them to me free of charge. She saved me a lot of money and several nights of good sleep. Thanks!

We lost our CPAP hose elbow on our way down to Key West and we were searching for a replacement. The people Medical Care Services were very courteous and found us a replacement for no charge. Great service!!!

This service has been Wonderful, and the the gentleman I think his name is William its so kind and so sweet and very nice explains everything well you have a good worker there thank you all for your services God bless.

I forgot my CPAP harness at home in WA. Went to this little shop in Key West just hoping they would have what I needed. Walked in and was greeted immediately. The young lady asked what I was looking for then took me right to the CPAP supplies. There was my N20 harness but sold only as a kit with the mask and hose for $95. After 2 nights without my machine I would have paid $200, but then she says I might have an old sample harness if you would be ok with that. I said sure, and she found me one. I offered to pay for it and she simply asked that I recommend the shop. So 5 star review for you, and if y’all ever find yourself in Key West and need medical supplies go to this shop! Thank you so much for the kindness and the help!

Share frustrations of slow/ no response as others post. Two week ago went in with full documentation to support getting cpat machine and today still awaiting reply- of any kind. Initially filing with insurance a known delay but hear take only a few days. despite a few calls into them know nothing on status. When calling in a Long hold on phone typical. my experience thus far very disappointing.

I am in town today and called last week to reorder my supplies for my CPAP and snd Ive been speaking with tavernier office!! Today is Friday June 25th and I called back to check on supplies due to I really need new filters! Well, some lady in tavenier office told me, if you would stop talking so I can explain!...Are you kidding me? You people have no idea what dealing with public and good customer service is!! You need to sit with Cary in key west!!! I hope you saw I gave Cary 5 stars! Im so disgusted at the person that said that to me, and I replied angrily to her about her talking that way to customers, then, she hung up on me so guess what ? Im changing my rating, I couldnt remember how to give a new review, so Im changing my star to 1

Was ready to order equipment and schedule delivery of equipment. Called to talk to A...... He was not there. Left a message with E.... She assured me that he would call me back. Today is EIGHT days later, and no one called me. I called again, E... answered and again, A...... was not available. I refused to leave ANOTHER message! Moving on to a different provider.

Triumph has very poor customer service and products. I would not buy equipment or supplies here, especially if you have a problem with their product. We had to wait for over 4 weeks for them to fix the brand new defective wheelchair that they sold. Dont shop here, go out of Key West if you have to, but dont purchase equipment from here!

Ordering CPAP supplied and oxygen supplies has been a pain in the butt with Michele @ Medical Supply Store .My father-in-law has been in several times as well as myself calling and she does not treat you very well.

Everytime I try to call the phone system puts me on hold for 3 to 5 minutes. Then when I did get someone to pick up, they said hello once, there was a pause and then we were disconnected. So frustrating.
