I was visiting Maui when the rental car key fob battery died, leaving us stranded in the shopping mall. We walked a mile in the hot sun and found Napa auto parts ;the nice guys at Napa Auto replaced the battery in the fob and I stayed behind when the younger adults walked back to get the car the men let me hang out with them in front of there fan while I waited to be picked up.Outstanding customer service.Maholo❤

Ive been to NAPAS all over the country and ALL of them have a engine code scanner to barrow for customer use in the parking lot. There is no reason for them to not have a scanner available so their customers can try to quickly diagnose a problem and then proceed to buy parts from the store.This location doesnt have 1 scanner available. Instead I was trying to get hustled for $45 one in store. Im an Orileys customer through and through now.

Ive been to NAPA in Kihei twice in the past six months. Both times I was assisted by knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were able to diagnose and resolve the issues I was having. Many thanks to the crew that work at this location!

I bought a battery at the napa kihei store 4 months ago and it wouldnt hold a charge i would charge the battery and by the next morning it would be dead my alternator was good and cables were like new they would not honor the warranty claiming the battery was good i bought a new battery at costco and never had any troubles again

The prices were not very affordable, but they have a good mix of stuffs and accessories for the car.

They are open on Sundays which is amazing and helpful for when car problems happen. The staff has always been nice to me.

Had a rental car that got smudged but wouldn’t run out. Went in and got helped quickly, gave us some buffer paste and a rag and we rubbed it out in 2 minutes, no charge.
