One star review not for the stupid return policy. Can’t help that there are toxic business owners who don’t want to deal with returns cause they’re selling shoddy equipment. One star review is for the terrible employees and manager. Fine by me if you want to hide behind a stupid policy but when an employee directs you to buy something that they shouldn’t have according to the boss, that’s a different story. But don’t expect to be met with reason. Good luck with your shady business practices and 4th grade communication skills.

I go there mainly to buy tobacco and filter tubes, so I can stuff my own cigarettes. They also sell the contraption to stuff them, its less expensive than buying packs from the store. They sell other smoking devices, cbd oils, lighters, detox tea for drug testing etc.... you can call to see what else they have to offer. I like them because theyre still open during covid, saves me money and they stay open in the evenings. Not sure if the times has changed.

A wonderful throwback to the old head shops of the sixties and seventies! Great place for the imaginative thinker to find recreational pieces of all sorts.

On a phone call the man who answered was helpful but seemed to have a attitude and would answer me with a yep after every question, that was most annoying, it was like i was interrupting his day, but to be fair im not sure he intended it to be that way, just bad customer service skills, ill be going in for a product soon, we will see how it goes, maybe we can turn this into a 5

I feel very bad giving this pipe shop one star. I use to love this shop. I normally get great customer service! I have bought at least three pieces from this shop. Including a 200$ water tobacco pipe and other small pipes. I still have them and they still work great today. Unfortunately after today I will NEVER be returning to this shop. Today at about 1:00pm I came with a group of seven friends one of them she bought a 100$ water pipe today. When I arrived with my friends she did not ID them but she rudely insisted I have my ID to be in there. I am almost 23 years old and extremely irritated at her rude biased behavior. I told her I did not have it with me and she told me to leave. WHY DID I NEED MY ID BUT THEY DID NOT?! You lost business today because of that and you also lost my future business. I will tell my friends from now on to go else where. I refuse to go somewhere with such terrible customer service and inconsideration for others and business.

I swung by to grab some pre roll cones and left with CBD flower which I love to blend in with my medical flower and a beautiful piece of glass. Very knowledgable and friendly staff.

Do not buy something from here unless you’re planning on wasting money. I bought a pipe two days ago, second time packing it the bowl broke on the inside. On closer inspection you can tell there was an air bubble that caused the glass to be too thin. Barely any pressure and broken. I took it back to the shop. The attendant told us all sales are final and that it had been smoked in there wasn’t anything they could do. Very disappointed. I bought a new pipe excited to have something cool from Maui and I ended up throwing $35 bucks in the Garbage.I’m sure they have high quality stuff but it’s sad that they weren’t willing to fix the problem when they sold something sub par.

Nice spacious place with a wide variety of products and knowledgable staff. More than one store on island. Large inventory of any kind of smoking equipment. Prices run the gamut; something for everyone who smokes that is!

Need a better nectar collector selection. Been the same choices for a few years now. There are many more options to choose from out there.

Ive only ever come here for cheapie pieces while traveling. This shop will definitely have what you need in a pinch! The customer service is pretty lax. If you need help you gotta ask for it, otherwise they tend to leave you on your own.

I buy my tobacco by the bag and tubes for cigarettes and these guys supply them at a reasonable price in a very convenient location.

Several types of papers and wraps, In and out quick. as far as head shops go, They have plenty of high quality smokers aparatus and devices. Convenient for kihei and wailea people. Prices according to quality and demand from what I can determine.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I called and asked if they had what i wanted. They said yes its $25. I drove 13 min out of my way to go to this store with an empty gas tank. When I got there the guy I spoke with said he was wrong and the item was $30. I only had $25 on me. He did not honor his price and I got upset. He said if I dont like it there is the door. This place has the worst service and prices. Maui Mana is much nicer, and has great customer service!

It all leaked right out-so I headed back to the shop to see if the guy who sold it to me had any ideas on why or any fixes we could do.He looked at it for a couple of seconds and told me to contact the manufacturer. Or bring it to another vape store.Seriously? I just bought the item 30 minutes before hand for $160 freaking dollars. Can you at least be NICE, and ACT concerned maybe.He just kept pointing at the ‘all sales final sign.’ And made it a point to let me know he can’t replace it because it comes out of his paycheck.I wasn’t asking for a replacement. Great shop with lot’s of smoking and vape gear. More selection than anywhere I’ve see on the island. The sales rep is very friendly and I had a good chat with him. He recommended some non-made in China vaporizers as toxic metals are an issue with many vape pens. Will get my next vape pen here.
