I booked an appointment a week ago and arrived today 10 minutes early. The open sign was off. The lights in the store were off. There was a sign on the door saying closed for lunch. I called but nobody answered. Two hours later a person called back saying they really were open and she was surprised i left. She said the closed for lunch sign is always there. I was surprised. I have had really good service there previously.

Ive been going to Dr. Alicia Van for years. I almost look forward to the appt as they are so nice. Doreen in the office, Brian helping with actual glasses. They take the time to answer questions. Recently got my three pair of glasses relensed. First time exam I was not at my best, so lenses came in w/wrong prescription. They rechecked and got correct lenses no charge and were very helpful. Very nice office.
