Good quality ice cream with frequent specials

Just went into this cold stone sept 25 2021. I’ve never left a bad review but wanted to bring attention to the 2 young girls working this evening. They could be new but proper sanitation should be a must ALWAYS: From your first day to your last day. The girl had NO gloves on going in scooping our desserts, grabs my card same dirty hands then gets started on the second dessert still same gross hands. Hands me my card back with ice cream and peanut butter all over it i still paid and still tipped because you are still working BUT.. please note cleanliness should a priority. There was no line, no one else in there besides my family. My boyfriend was so grossed out he said never mind on his ice cream and we left after paying and my shake went straight to the trash. This is how ecoli and other diseases are spread.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to go to Cold Stone very often & my visits are usually spur of the moment. I had dinner reservations nearby with a long wait time so I splurged & had dessert first. Definitely a delicious way to kill some time.

Great speed at making delicious ice cream

Im a coldstone lover and since i moved to hawaii i was looking for a coldstone store i was surprised that there was one in lahaina and closed so i drived to this one and i didnt lost my trip. It was the best ice cream that i eat in my all life. Cotton candy and white chocolate flavor with brownie and caramel syrup (numi). I would like to go again but its so far away.

Ice cream is always good, but new workers need to be trained a little bit more. Ive been in here 2x and the 1st experience wasnt that great with the young boy we dealt with. Made a shake which was an easy banana shake rather then a specialty shake & very watery, was very upset & left. Today we went in, the young girl was very friendly and although she didnt quite get my right order, made it simple to throw the rest of the stuff together to complete my order.

Quality ice cream definitely overshadowed the service Both young ladies seemed to have issues about their jobs. Both should wear plastic gloves. Both ran cash register and failed to wash after handling money. One held cup with one finger inside prior to filling in product.Watch out and call them on it. They dont really listen to your order and have to be reminded. They return the wrong ice cream from the cold board back to freezer buckets.Moniter all moves. If good...enjoy product

Really nice staff, good treats, though incredibly expensive. Staff desperately underpaid, and much too busy serving people to look after keeping the tables clean. Bathroom is around outside behind the mall. Weird place, only room for four, 2-person tables (all sticky). They drew a lineup scheme on the floor, you order at the middle of the counter, pick your ice cream and mix-in towards the left, then walk all the way to the right end to pay, then you go away somewhere else to eat it.

If you like soup instead of ICE cream this is your place. They need to fix their refrigeration units! Also, how do you call them mix-ins if you don’t mix them in! I love Cold Stone in general but this place came up quite short.

Stay down the street from this shop on Vacation each year. LOVE it. Great service and the owners are just great people! Its also really easy to park in this shopping center.

Ice cream is good but service is VERY hit or miss. Some are great and friendly, a few young ladies there make me avoid the location for their lack of customer service! Dissapointing.

I question the refrigeration at this location the ice cream was too soft(served slightly melted already) & my little boy complained of tummy issues right after eating his ice cream. I didnt care for the fact of cross contamination, I wanted a vanilla flavor that clearly had a obvious smear in the ice cream bin w the only blue ice cream (cotton candy) in it due to cross use of scooping w same spoon & not rinsing between scoops. Never had any issues at other Cold Stone locations. Not enough staff, one person behind counter took 30+ mins to order with only 2 people in line. Wanted to try their shaved ice option but gal said their 2 machines were down & she didnt know how to operate it. Not to mention I didnt appreciate being over charged for addtl mix-ins i didnt get!

The ice cream tasted just sweet. I cant really taste the flavors...

Went on Cinco de Mayo for a taco cone. Was sadly shot down. Theyd never heard of such an abomination. I settled for a more normal confection before the death stares from folks in back of the line caused me to drop dead on the spot.

Awesome ice cream put on an ice board chopping block and your ingredients you pick are folded into your flavor.....soooo gooood

My dirty little secret is that we sometimes come here for dinner. And we must make sure the kids know we are there for dinner. Gives kids something to look forward to as an adult

MANAGEMENT: PLEASE hire additional employees!! The ice cream is great but you have a line to the door with guests walking out and only ONE employee working here!! How much sales are you losing from guests walking out who dont want to wait 20 minutes in line???

Loved it so good. Great service and delicious ice cream

The ice cream they sold me was soup- spilling out of my sons cone and when I said something, I was given a cup. The service made Baskin Robbins seem like the Four Seasons. It was my first visit to a cold stone creamery and definitely my last. My 9 year old who had skipped Paia Gelato for this sorely regretted it. He asked me for as straw. Don’t waste your money.
