The Massive 12s I got, HIT

Ok, so I took my daughters car in to get replacement speakers put in. I also decided to get her a new tuner so she would have the ability to have hands free while driving if the phone rang. Well now the power windows on the right side wont work and keeps blowing the fuse when replaced. The door locks wont work and keep blowing the fuse as well. And to top it off we have no rear stop lights when we hit the brake. All of these were working before they touched the car. And now we are 7 hours away dropping her off for college and having to go to a mechanic to get this fixed and spend more money due to complete negligence and obviously lack of knowledge. Will be getting all work documented via receipts and pics of mistakes made by them and getting it resolved or going to court.

The place inside is very crowded. The manager wasnt very helpful but real quick to try and sell to you.

We stopped there while we were in Killeen to get our system hooked up properly. The man was nice. He convinced my husband to purchase a 2nd amp and they hooked up the system charging $160.By the time we made our trip back home (5 hrs away)the front speakers had quit working and now we are having to get the system totally redone. Lessons learned....never stop at a place on a whim

This guys are the best stereo guys here in Killeen they are friendly & honest and upfront. I went to them for an estimate for audio installation and it was half of the price jack stereo & those Brass Asholes charge me and even though i went there for just an estimate I had to let them work on it right away

I had a problem with my stock radio power nd I went to almost all this stereo guys nd they charged me 4 diagnosis nd still came up with nothing nd I went 2 both dodge dealers the same.I went to this guys Nd after 6min this guys got my stereo working

Bought a car from there Feb 24th 2018, it stalled on me Feb 27. Been trying to contact and get car fixed since then and no luck. They wont pay for repairs or give me an exchange or my money back. Currently in the works with a lemon lawyer to get my money back and their business license taken since they want to be selling lemon cars.
