So they were supposed to be open at 11 and here it is 11:20 and there is an employee sitting outside waiting on the manager to show up and the employee is such a good sport being so nice to everyone saying sorry im still waiting on the manager to get here WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 10AM... either yall need more managers like the employee who shows up or a new manager...also I have been waiting here for 22 min till the manager showed up.....

I am genuinely hurt by the actions of the short blonde hair sales associate in the store today. I walk in and she was politely greeted me. After the greeting she kindly followed me through out the store. I have never stolen anything a day in my life and to be profiled like some common criminal is crazy. I left the store sat in my car and watched others (non-blacks) enter the store and guess what they did not receive the same treatment. I am truly disappointed if this is how Sallys are training their employees.

Service was terrible I asked some questions and they didn’t even check what I was looking for and ignored me the whole time when I’ve bought that product before at that exact store and they said “ I never heard of that” and that’s it, like thanks for the help and they ignored other people coming in as well and just stayed quiet instead of helping people.

Great customer service from Nicole today. She greeted everyone who walked in this door with the type of kindness that is no longer seen. Wonderful!

The staff is sweet and helful and very kind. the store is organized and very easy to find things in as well as easy parking. i enjoyed going to this sallys it was pretty fun and all in all it was nice to have the staff helping me get what i needed and help me make decisions as well.

Sheenique and Amanda were awesome! They were very friendly and helped me find what I needed and answered all of my questions promptly. I love this location, it’s very convenient for me to get too.

Great experience. Staff checked on me several times to be sure I was finding what I needed,they were friendly and tried to help every customer get savings. Store was clean and easy to find what you needed.

We had walked in to sallys around 1:30pm on Friday. There was 1 employee working (a heavier set woman) We waited for our turn to ask questions about products. She had ignored us and went straight to other customers. A white woman had asked about African products for her friend and the employee responded very poorly.(laughing and smart responses) Talked down to the woman as if she should not be buying African products because she was white. I had asked her for assistance to guide me in buying the correct products and she responded to my question Youre doing this at home? And laughed. She wouldnt walk with me to show me products, she just pointed and said they are the last row, or over there. She is very rude and lazy.I have been shopping at Sally Beauty for over 20 years. If this employee is working at the time I need something, I will walk away. All other times I have shopped at sallys have been wonderful. This is upsetting that they keep such a poor customer service employee on their pay roll. Wasting money

Store was very small and tight!

Walked in the store yesterday and needed assistance with hair color. The lady ( heavy set blk lady)that worked there had the worst attitude and did not even turn around to acknowledge me. She was rude and dismissive and could of cared less about my concerns and/or needs. The ONLY reason I have given this particular location 2 stars is because another staff member saw me struggling and he did give great recommendations and assistance otherwise I would have given 1 star. This was my first and last time at this location as it was a really bad 1st impression !

Customer service is always excellent the young ladys personality is witty and she is so knowledgeable about products to work with your hair and what you are trying to achieve. Ive been there several times and if shes not there I just go to a beauty supply store.

This Sally’s beauty seriously is so awful. I went in here a couple of days ago, returned a few things and got some hair dye. As I was checking out, Tenara was making fun of a guy that was running outside, I said that’s kinda rude don’t you think, then this skinny kid with blue hair working with the manager Ashley started making fun of him and mocking him. I told them not everyone wants to be fat, that people like to exercise and how would you feel if that was you and someone was making fun of you. She ignored me. To top it off the manager was standing there the whole time and didnt say anything to them for doing this. I then asked the manager Ashley if this is approved behavior and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it, he’s not a customer and he’s outside. I’m not sure why they didn’t that. Obviously not very professional. Hopefully they don’t continue to treat people like they did.

Prices are good, awesome customer service, very knowledgable staff.

Store is clean, parking is relatively easy, and the people are both helpful and friendly.

I got what I wanted at a decent price. I wouldnt recommend going there too often cuz that can take a toll on your budget.
