Prices are decent enough. I got two pairs of shoes for my 16 yrs old, a pair for my 11 yrs old, and a pair for myself. The total was just shy of $200. (The cashier scanned a coupon too) I was pleasantly surprised.

Expensive shoes. Crocs were 50+ dollars. Just go to Walmart if you need some basic shoes. If you want better shoes, go to the mall.

I was very satisfied with their selection, service, prices, laid back atmosphere, music and the fact that there was plenty of room to move about the isles. The associates were very friendly, informative and helpful.

Needed a new pair of shoes for my 14 year old son because he is really going through a growth spurt. The selection was amazing and prices for popular brands of shoes were very reasonable compared to many of the online athletic shoe stores. Customer service was fantastic!! They even carry nice dress shoes for men (Im a preacher).

I am completely appalled by the service I received at Shoe Carnival this afternoon. My family went to the next town to go specifically to this store to buy shoes for my husband. Upon walking in the store, I was told I needed to leave the store. Why you may ask? Because I was not wearing a mask. Now hold on before you start shaming me about Cv and Masks. I can not wear them.I am part of the percentage of the population that has a pre-existing condition. Part of our population the government is making everyone else wear masks to protect. Not that my medical history should have to be public knowledge, we have certain laws about being subject to reveal such information.I have asthma. So much so that when I wear a mask; every time I cover my mouth for any length of time, I begin to have an asthma attack. For those who don’t know, an asthma attack is a constricting and closing of the airways in the lungs while at the same time a mucus is produced adding to the feeling of not being able to breathe.So now I will paraphrase what I stated at the beginning of the review. Today, I was denied service at shoe carnival for having a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear a mask. No other place of business has denied me service for my inability to wear a mask.Sorry shoe carnival, we will not be returning. During the pandemic not after. My only regret is not catching the name of the lady who stood at the front of the store and told me to get out.

I notice a change in the store. Havent been there in months; laat time ive been there was August 2019

Great store if your looking to upgrade the entire familys shoe wardrobe. Lots of shoes and relatively good bargains with frequent sales. Unfortunately at this time NIKE is not one of my favorites and they have way too much of their stock.

We stop in here every 3-4 months. Look at shoes and see if theres anything new. The shoes are all name brand. And they have almost every size anyone will need. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The prices are great for name brand shoes.

Military discounts only on Tuesdays. They said if youre in uniform you still get it but they forgot. Associates offered real help on the floor which was nice. They had a buy one get one half deal but we bought a non included pair. The other shoes we wanted they didnt have two pair so we left them.

Nice selection wish they had more in my size. Also could use a bit more than just the small portion of the back wall for little girls

Seems to me this location is ran by one associate! While the cashier is on her phone and the manager on duty spent more time outside than running the store.

Johnny at this location hes one of the nicest and most helpful customer service representatives that Ive met in my life. He identifies personal tastes and helps you out with things style-wise/trending. When I come to Killeen if I ever have to get shoes again, I will only come to this store.

I wish this had 0 star rating !!! I will never shop at shoe carnival again not at any store or online ordering either... Made an online order for a pair of shoes for my toddler on the 6th December and my shoes didn’t get here till today dec 19th. First package they supposedly sent went missing with FEDEX and their customer service is horrible I asked for a refund in my money they said it would take 10 business day to send a check !!!! Ridiculous they sent a second package which I keep bugging them everyday about it until it got here today .. never buy from shoe carnival or online shopping just buy it from the original store or academy I wouldn’t recommend if y’all want to be in the same spot I was ...

Helpful staff but not enough dressy ladies shoes

Even though we went on the day before school started and the store was very busy the selection was still good and checkout was very fast.
