Selection was okay for prom dresses and the ladies there were polite and helpful. I was a little turned off by a couple things. The door says appointments only on certain days. We didnt come on one of those days, but were asked to make a same day appt. They also have a rule that a father (man) cant go in the back area to see how the dress looks on their daughter. Im not talking about the dressing room, Im talking about the area outside the dressing rooms where the couches are. Everybody is fully dressed there. Since I couldnt go back I sent my other daughter back to take pictures of the dress for me to see. She was told she couldnt take pictures of the dress. Its funny how they will accept the fathers credit card, but he cant see what he is paying for. I protection of the designs, but I just wanted to see the dress I might be paying for before I buy it. For these reasons, we just left and found a dress somewhere else. Good service and the ladies were great, but the rules are a little weird. There is no difference between that back room and the area outside the dressing rooms at Davids Bridal with chairs.

This Bridal Shop Is absolutely amazing! Betty is an amazing consultant! She helped me immediately and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m having an “emergency” Covid Wedding, it was supposed to be canceled but we continued to want to have it, and I have less than 2 weeks into my wedding and I went in on Tuesday for the first time to find my perfect dress and on Friday I found my dream dress! She worked with then my price range and provided me with extras! She’s just an amazing Godly woman! Definitely will refer other people to her! Her prices are great and the store was so clean and sanitized! At the end of my transaction she forgot to put toward the money I already placed on my dress to Hold it, and I completely forgot. As she was walking me out, she reminded me of that and refunded me my money! I got my wedding dress here years ago. Late 2016 I believe. I had a wonderful experience. The shop is beautiful and the atmosphere perfect for a bride to be. I went wedding dress shopping solo and this shop made my experience great. I told Ms.Betty my budget and what I was looking for in a dress. She brought me 3 dresses to try on and I ended up going with the 2nd one I tried and not wanting to try on anymore because I loved it so much. We were both pretty blown away by how well it fit and how quickly I found my dress. Customer service was amazing and dresses extremely affordable. My dress was well under my budget. Betty was very professional! My mom surprised me for Thanksgiving and because we live states away from each other, we wanted to take the opportunity to look/ try on dresses for my future wedding. I was unaware that scheduling was preferred to try on dresses but Betty was able to squeeze us in since my mom was visiting. She was very knowledgeable, attentive and displayed a beautiful collection of dresses.

This is the one place I’ve come every year for over a decade for my seminar gowns. Not once have I been disappointed. I will say this, this place is not the go to when it comes to bridal or bridesmaids dress shopping. Although I found my dress here I wish that I had found it elsewhere. As the lady (African american, older lady) was really strict on absolutely everything. Friends wants to be able to take pictures of your dress as well as admire you the way they want to and talk you you as well without feeling like they are restricted. She made my bridesmaids feels like absolute trash. Telling them they cannot take pics when they are excited (when most other places allow you to, for reference) and can talk the way they please when there is no one else in the establishment. I will never recommend anyone to this place and never will. Please take your business elsewhere. They are too uptight for absolutely no reason, especially when after I bought my dress I realized I couldve just got it online without all the hassle. We felt uncomfortable the whole time with the entire wedding party and they did not mention the alteration costs as well as all the other costs that were associated. So be prepared for that. I know most places charge for alterations but my wedding dress was an absolute nightmare and I paid over $150 for just the bustle and the cups to be resized for them to be poking me the entire time during my wedding without my mother fixing it mind you. As soon as I put it on I was uncomfortable and it looks completely destroyed on the sides..... They need to find another seamstress. Just because she used the wrong string (VERY POKEY.) The sides were not flushed against my skin at all, as they should be. Thank God my mother came to town and was able to fix it, she said this lady did an awful job and shes been doing this for 30+ years. So if you want a wedding dress, a seamstress or great customer service regardless. GO ELSEWHERE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. Also I know Cinderella you will create some backwards comment on this post. I dont want it. Realize what you did and take accountability, making excuses as you did on tons of negative comments that you have gotten will not do you any justice. You all NEED TO CHANGE. PERIOD.

This review is for the mother-daughter team who do the alterations at Cinderella Couture. For my September 2016 wedding I had a dream of turning my mothers wedding dress into a cocktail dress that I could wear for the rehearsal dinner. The ladies at Cinderella Couture took my budget and transformed my mothers wedding dress into the most gorgeous cocktail dress - exactly what I wanted. They are absolutely incredible seamstresses and I would recommend them to anyone who needs alterations. They listened to me, were very respectful of my timeline and honest about cost of services. I couldnt recommend them more - they will make your dress fit you like it was made exactly for you!

I went in to find a wedding gown. I thought I found my dress and wasnt allowed to take pictures in the dress even though I put the dress on layaway needless to say that it was a old sample dress so it wasnt like it had to be ordered so I put the money down and came back to get a second opinion with my best friend and I didnt feel beautiful in the dress so I asked if I could look at some more gowns and the owner said no I had to pay that dress off first even though the dress had not been alter and Im pretty sure I was not the only one to try on the gown since the dress was on hand at the bridal shop. She said I could not have a refund but thats not what I wanted. I want to choose another dress. I could see if she altered or had to order it but she didnt. I was out a few hundred dollars. I would never recommend anyone to this bridal shop. I had to start over and find another dress. I would never recommend anyone to this bridal shop she care more about me asking for my money back than trying to satisfy me as a customer.

They closed at 6pm the day we went for a bridesmaid dress we needed that night. We arrived around at about half an hour before they closed and found a beautiful plum dress that fit very well and only needed to be cut and hemmed, when we told the owner we needed it that night she said she would do it if we bought it. $160 later for a near-perfect dress for the event, we had only to wait because she had a hospital to visit. We got her info and she got ours and she called when it was ready a few hours later in a public place because it was dark out. We met, got our dress, and went on our way - everything was well priced, she went way out of her way to help us out, and had everything done exactly how it needed to be! Would definitely recommend!

My Friend was looking for her perfect gown and had read great reviews online and stopped by a few days prior and had measurements taken and set and appointment. When we arrived on appointment day, the lady helping us was a little confused and wanted us to fill out another form but was quite nice when we informed her we had already filled all the forms out and had an appointment. We waited a while as Ms Betty was with another lady helping her with her wedding dress. We waited without any problems and were happy, it was her first day to try on these beautiful gowns and it was exciting!! It began to be a problem when we couldnt pick out the dresses ourselves and then we couldnt take pictures of her in the dresses unless she buys them. As the shop got busier and busier, Ms Betty would frequently leave my friend for longer periods of time while she helped others, but we didnt complain, after all, its a smaller shop, we were still excited. We did find it odd when we couldnt help her out with the tucking the tags in or picking out a different style of the dress ourselves so she just had to wait for Ms Betty. Then she was told when she initially came by they offered a military discount but when she found a dress she was definitely interested in, she was told that they did not offer it on that particular dress. When my friend was hesitant about buying the dress due to it being the first day of dress shopping and the prices, we discussed it and said if there was any hesitation then we should continue looking, thats when Ms Betty got an attitude and started to be rude. The second lady was nice asking what was the problem and why didnt the Bride want the dress as she looked so good in it and Ms Betty told her that her friend didnt want the Bride to buy it that she felt she needed to look more, then she huffed and puffed and turned into the dressing room, made a big deal about putting the dress back into the bag and and zipping it up then showing it to my friend and snidely commenting that she would be back and brushing past her and putting it back on the rack. She then stated that by the time she came back as it was the only dress left it would be gone! Well, I for one can say, my friend and I were a little annoyed at not being able to take pictures, that was confusing to say the least, we have never heard of that before, second, we went dress shopping at a much larger dress shop, Davids Bridal, where they were absolutely wonderful and did not care if we took photos and she found an absolutely stunning dress that not only was more beautiful but cost way less than yours and after all was said and done, and added up, with the cost of under garments and accessories to include the jewelry, it was the same cost as the dress alone from your shop, so I guess we have to say thank you!

I would absolutely recommend this bridal shop. If you arent sure what style fits you best, let them figure it out. For alterations she was also wonderful. Say yes to her dresses. I want to thank both of you for my daughters wedding dress it looks perfect on her. I also love my dress.

Betty took care of literally everything making sure I was comfortable.I tried on several dresses in the same style but different price range which allowed me to make the best decision. Im very picky but she was very patient until I made my selection. Horrible dress shop, horrible unhelpfull / rude staff, overpriced dresses, with awful low quality my wife had a horrible experience with them and we will never go to them for anything ever again. Honestly they probably just live in the hood of Killeen and sell fake rip off dresses.

Some of the kindest people I’ve met, especially Betty. She was so patient with me even after two appointments and an hour over on the second. She did her best to find dresses that would fit my style and compliment me on my special day as well as stay within my budget. I ended up falling in love with a dress slightly over budget and ordered it. Most dresses take months to come in, being handmade. She found me one that will come in in one month. I didn’t fully appreciate the miracle she had worked for me, having no experience with weddings, until I looked into the reality of things. I am picking up my gorgeous gown tomorrow. I walked in not knowing my size or what I wanted in a gown for my husbands military ball (because the last ball we went to was mine and I wore my dress uniform) ... The lady helping me took my measurements and then let me try on gowns. They were all gorgeous! The lady helping me (Im bad with names) was very friendly and knowledgeable and yes I will be back for all my formal attire needs! Beautiful gowns and great service!

The ladies at Cinderella Couture helped save my life! I am a bridesmaid in my aunts wedding. Purchased a dress online. Unfortunately, it was not true to size. I was panicking! Couldnt afford to buy a new one. I visited two different sesmstresses who didnt feel comfortable trying to make the necessary changes. Then, I decided to contact Cinderella. They immediately put my mind at ease by agreeing to make the alterations. These beautiful souls worked two weeks on my gown. What a difference! It fits perfectly. Many thanks to the ladies here and all their hard work!

Most unprofessional dress shop that I have come across yet. The staff is very very rude and thinks too highly of their selves in order to make anyone else feel worthless. I wouldnt ever reccomend this shop to any woman, bride or not. Horrible dress shop and overrated for sure. If you want horrible service and rude staff go on ahead with your bad self I guess but Im sure you will be over charged and leave feeling bad about yourself lol!

Went in for a military ball dress 2 weeks before the ball and they helped me find the perfect dress and they were very patient with me seeing how i am very picky. I found the dress i wanted and they also did the alterations. i love the dress it fits perfectly and i could not be happier! also the staff is very friendly and professional. They asked what I was looking for, she pulled the dresses for me and helped me get into them. I have the perfect dress for her and I must say she was right the dress that she picked out fit my daughter perfect its a very very very gorgeous prom dress. Absolutely love this shop! The dress is perfect for Winter Ball. We went here first but my daughter couldn’t make up her mind so we spent all day and went to many shops from Killeen to Austin only to have her say “Mama may we go back to Cinderella’s and get the pretty mint colored dresses from that sweet lady” My daughter is 13 and body conscious as she’s growing up fast, our consultant was the absolute SWEETEST and very PATIENT with my daughter. We had negative experiences with big chain locations but NOT HERE!!! Kindness and personal attention are what my daughter needed and she got that here! All future special dresses will come from Cinderella’s! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If I could give negative stars I would. I was visitng my sister in Texas. I am from New Jersey and this was the only chance we could shop together for my big day. The store was closed Sunday and Monday so we went on Tuesday before my flight. The women said we had to make an appointment and wouldn’t even let us look. She was on the phone and made us wait 5 minutes for her to finish only to turn us away. We explained how I don’t live here. She said “you need to make an appointment,” rudely. She clearly wasn’t busy and the store was empty. She didn’t even offer an appointment for a time today or try to work with us. Super disappointed. I understand their policy may be appointment only, but the least she could have done was work with us to get an appointment today given our situation. Terrible customer service and clearly they don’t care to assist the customer in making their day special and selling dresses.Update: 12/6 6:28pmDid you just make that story up? We got there at 10am and no one was there. The store literally was just opening. The women was on the phone and didn’t bother come to help assist us for at least 5 minutes. Then when she came she said it was appointment only. My sister and niece were with me, so this random story you made up didn’t happen. You say that we demanded to be seen? We were asked what we were there for and we said to try on a dress. Also, I live in New Jersey and my sister lives nearby so the next day wasn’t an option for us. We never demanded to be seen. Also, we were never given an option to even make an appointment. We were just told because we didn’t have one we couldn’t be helped. If she had offered to take us at a different time that day it would have worked with us and this review wouldn’t have been written. Clearly you make stories up to appease reviewers because I can assure you this never happened. Wow. I would love to speak to someone via phone. I can’t even believe you outright lie this way.

I loved the entire atmosphere! I had a very personable experience and found my perfect wedding dress. The associate was attentive and extremely helpful and friendly. I do wish I was able to go through the dresses myself and choose some to try on myself. But overall it was a wonderful experience.

I just picked up my dress for my wedding, 10-4-14, from Cinderella Couture. They did an outstanding job on finding the right dress for me after only three dresses, and even did the altering for me and its as if they didnt do anything to it. They were so helpful and friendly. Planning for a wedding can be stressful as you work to fine tune all the details. Choosing a dress, for me, was the most stressful part (I hate shopping and trying on clothes). My fiancé scheduled an appointment via Facebook, and I received a call back the next day. The representative (who turned out to be Mrs. Betty), explained there was a $50 non refundable fee for a 2hr consultation, to bring pictures of dresses I like to understand my personality, to bring heels if I want, and to wear a strapless bra if I had one. All her requests were completely understandable because you want to have a picture of what you will look like in the dress.When we, my fiancé and me, arrived at Cinderella Contour, I was FULL of anxiety. I didn’t bring anything except pictures. Mrs. Betty was very patient. She listened to all my concerns and helped to put them all at ease. We viewed the pictures I brought in and Mrs. Betty helped me see that I liked certain qualities about the dresses and not the full dress though they were beautiful. She asked me about a budget and started me off based on that.After trying on 4 dresses, we paused and she asked me what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. She asked me which dresses I liked the most and I chose my favorite 2. She didn’t make me feel bad about the dresses I didn’t like though I looked amazing in everything she brought out!!! Truth!! After explaining what I liked most about my favorite dresses, Mrs. Betty went out and came back with the perfect dress for me!!! It was a combo of the two dresses I liked!!!She explained everything thoroughly and made my experience a very pleasant one. She was there for me, to help me find a dress and journeyed with me through the process. We went back a few weekends later for my daughters to get their fitting. Again, Ms. Betty listened to me and my kiddos and put them in nice complimentary attire as well! Judge free zone!!Non-refundable layaway on my dress (make sure it’s what you want before you put it on layaway), but there is a layaway so you don’t go into your marriage already in debt!!! Affordable prices for tuxes/rentals!!!Overall, it was a blessed experience. I thank God for sending us to Cinderella Contour. Mrs. Betty has beautiful dresses, nice tuxes, and she is patient, kind, understanding and has a wealth of knowledge regarding fittings and clothing. Even in the midst of my anxiety storm, her demeanor helped me to calm down so I could say...YES to my dress!🥰🥰🥰Thank you Ms. Betty and all Cinderella Contour staff (her nephew and alteration specialists) for helping my family through this process!!! Purchased a pillow for my daughters Quinceañera. Great customer service and made us feel welcome by the lady who answered the phone and took care of us. However the younger lady needs training in customer service. Great wide selection of gowns, the store is clean, well organized and has a positive atmosphere. Definitely this store should be the first choice when looking for a beautiful gown.

I came in to find a shawl for my mothers wedding gown. I was very pleased with the service provided. The manager was quick with service. She helped me find the item I was looking for. The shop had the item in stock. No more searching. Another check done on my list. I thank them for being an awesome avenue for my needs.

We walked in on a Saturday and were worked into their schedule. They were very kind and helpful. The bride-to-be only tried on three dresses and that is because we made her. She wanted the first dress she tried on. It will be beautiful on her wedding day.

Rude RUDE RUDE! They adjusted my friends bra without asking! My friend took a photo of a dress to show her husband and an attendant, instead of just explaining in a kind way that photos were not allowed, she handed my friend a clip board with a piece of paper that said “house rules” and said “I’m gonna need you to read this....” and walked away. There were no notices posted anywhere about these “house rules”. My friend felt like crying, she is a rule follower and felt bad and felt like the lady was very unnecessarily ugly the way she handled the situation. We will not be returning and will be letting friends know not to visit.UPDATE:The store has responded back denying any of these events occurred in their store...AND stating that my friend “might have a problem reading signs”... you know SUPER professional like....Cinderella Store Owner,Why would I waist my time writing a review for your store if the events didn’t happen in your store? Tidbit of business advice for you; read the review, apologize, and grow from it, don’t deny it. And don’t ever insinuate one of your customers is a lier. Especially in writing. That’s not good business that’s prideful. To be honest this wasn’t that big of a deal to me and I was going to leave it at a bad review but your inability to own up to a possible mistake and your stab at my friend about not reading your “signs” was so shocking to me that I will be taking this to social media so I can reach more people about not visiting your store. I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the way you made my friend feel. So congrats you just made yourself your own personal internet troll ;)

I loved this place. I was in a crunch for a dress and I told them exactly what I was looking for and they gave me great selection choices. I was really just looking for my main formal dress even though I was in need of a second short dress and to my luck if you bought one long dress you got a short dress free!!! Great experience would recommend to all my friends.

Betty and her staff were extremely helpful and supportive. I didnt have to go anywhere else for dresses. I bought mine, all the brides maids and the flower girls dresses all in one spot. I loved working with them. The environment is so peaceful and relaxing.

Didnt like the lady attitude. First off walked in the door she greeted me but continue to work on her computer. As I was explaining what I wanted not once did she look up at me to acknowledge she was listening. Then she finally decided to get up to listen to me she ask what can I help you with today? As if I didnt spend 10 min telling her what I needed while she was indulged in her computer. Then she asked my budget I told her she said nonchalantly well I cant help you and you wont find that dress anywhere for your budget . I didnt like her and wouldnt recommend anyone to this store and FYI I found the exact same dress for my budget old hag!
