I just went inside to see what cartoon characters adults pay over $100 to put on. They have nice stuff I just dont like to wear what everyone else in this town gonna have on. Nothing wrong with the store or customer service Im just different.

They are always helping, places to sit and try your new shoes, super nice environment and staff, and music thats PG and 2019. Over all I suggest you go there if you want shoes, jackets, shirts, or sweatpants.

Dont normally shop here as it is mainly a store for the younger generation and its way overpriced imo; BUT, I stopped in here looking for a specific shoe that I could not find anywhere else in killeen and low and behold they had it here. There were two of the same shoe on display and they both had two different prices. $20 difference. So i asked how much they actually were and they couldnt tell me! Finally a guy came back and said they were $150, to which I said these say $129. So after that I asked to try on my size and he brings out 1 shoe. I asked for the other one and he said they not allowed to bring them both out at the same time, nor the box!!! Im not sure that the shoes here are even authentic, but Ill never shop here again.

Went to get a pair of shoes for my son wen I walked in no one greeted me the workers were just standing at the counter talking so I went to select a shoe I asked for a size the young kid looked in the computer and stated they didn’t have anything handed me the shoe then went back to talking. Never get good service from this store .

One month ago when the Jordan shadow 1s release, we went in to try and purchase it and the assist manager tried to extort us for money to sell us the shoes. She refuse to sell us the shoes unless we paid her extra in cash. Little did she know she was on camera trying to hustle me and my wife. The assistant manger begin getting rude after we told he we werent going to pay her extra. Keep in mind the shoes release at 10 a.m. that morning and we were there at 9 a.m. They were selling the shadow to people before the gate open and before the store lights were even turned on. We have that on camera as well. They when we confronted them about it, the assistant manger kept telling us how all those people were raffle winners. Clearly no one presented anything. And when the store finally open I watched the dude at the counter selling random people the shoes without showing him their phone confirming they did win the raffle. Trust me Im no idiot. Ive been collecting sneakers for over 13 years. I know how the game work. Its money hungry people like this that ruin it for people that actually want the shoes. This is a huge problem at most shoe store. After arguing with the assistant manger about the shoes, she kicked us out of the store and told us to come back to talk to her manager (Chanel) at 1 p.m. keep in mind the assistant manger told us that her manger (Chanel) told her that if we wanted the shoes we need to pay her or the dude behind the register. At this point we left and contacted corporate. We called back and gave them a chance to fix the situation. Chanel the store main manager was extreme rude to my wife over the phone until we told her we had footage of her assistant manger trying to extort us for money. Thats when her attitude changed and she was doing everything in her power to make sure that footage didnt make it to corporate. Well she never tried to do anything to make things right and even threaten a friend of mine that work at jimmy jazz his job. That had me heated so I contact corporate and emailed them the footage. Its currently an open investigation and that the regional manger and CEO of jimmy jazz contacted my wife personally apologizing and fixing the situation. The head people of jimmy jazz were extremely nice and apologetic. They contact nike and got us 2 pair of Jordan shadow 1s on them. But now the shoes are in Chanel hands and shes making it difficult for us to pick them up. Saying that corporate would never give shoes away for free. So now I have to contact the CEO and the investigator just to get my shoes from these people. The assistant manger is no longer with jimmy jazz but Chanel still is so I recommend staying away from her. All this because the employee was money hungry. By far the worst customer service Ive ever received. Im not saying dont shop from jimmy jazz. Just dont shop from this jimmy jazz.

September Bliss Is EXTREMELY RUDE. This is obviously her 1st job because she knows NOTHING about customer service. She really needs a reality check. She will make Jimmy Jazz company lose a lot of business because of her negative attitude. She is a product of Killeen High School and hopefully she has a couple of years left to gain a ton of knowledge

This store is extremely rude and condescending. I walked in and asked for help from one of the girls that work there and all they did was play on their phone and ignored me. After I “rudely” disturb them from their phone, they would have an attitude towards me and try not to help. They eventually kicked us out of the store for disturbing all the customer around. Worst customer service I have ever received.

I dont know about everyone else but I walked in to the Killeen store was helped from the jump got the new jordan 4s wanted some pants told the girl I didnt know what I wanted and she was so helpful with in 3 minutes I was out the door with a new outfit

I like absolutely nothing about this store. The customer service is trash. The employees will text on their phones and ignore you until you leave. I really wish they would do a evaluation of the staff. I called and asked about a certain shoe that came out. I called because while I was in the store I received no service. While I was in the store I saw a mens size 8, but because the clerk at the register was on her phone I decided to leave and call. When I called the person that answered the phone said that they did not come in mens size. I have a large amount of shoes and am pretty sure 8 is a mens size. Bad enough no one in the store knew what shoe I was referring to so I think they just told me no to get me off the phone. I swear if I could give this store a star minus I would. Worst store in killeen mall. Worst store in killeen period.

This review is not in reference to the Killeen Mall store but to the main Online store rather... Their service when you want to BUY something is superb and friendly but when you need to return an item OHHHH BUDDY!!! Let me tell you, I bought some Ralph Lauren Polo hats for $42.00 each cause I like Polo but when they arrived they look SO FAKE!!! like straight out of china or korea type of clothing and one of them looked like it was already returned because it didnt have any labels and just a white sticker with a item # on it, So I believe that Jimmy Jazz is actually buying fake stuff and FOOLING ALL OF US. Am from Brooklyn NY and I used to shop over at their stores all the time and it was legit and good quality but from the ONLINE STORES I would double guess myself. SO anyways it took me 4 days of calling back to back to find out why my return labels were not send to my email on time. SO today i had it with them, I asked for the Supervisor and no supervisor was available because the customer service lady is THE SUPERVISOR!!! WOW!!! really!!! AM just saying this is crazy.All am saying why cant they be like AMAZON, which send me my labels in like 2 hours and returned my money to my account within 48 hrs. I love amazon. but as far as Jimmy Jazz you guys should be very carefull as to what you buy and make sure you dont have to return anything cause your Blood pressure might go off. have a bless day yall
