I would give this a zero if possible. Went in to get my mother a pair of shoes she wanted for mothers day. I asked for red, low top converse in 8.5 and the female at the register huffed, pulled herself from her seat while rolling her eyes, and came back with a size 8, slamming it on to the counter. I said it was a gift and the size wasnt something I could budge on so I asked if there were a different style of the same shoe in this size. Her and her associate started giggling and mumbling under their breath. Everything I did was an inconvenience to them. I was never asked if I needed assistance, never greeted, and when I made myself known to get my purchase, everything bothered them. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER with 4 employees in this tiny store but somehow I was the issue. I will NEVER shop here again and will likely never purchase online for myself if this is who theyre okay representing them. If my mom hadnt been adamant in want for red chucks, I wouldve left the first time she rolled her eyes.

It was ok

They didnt push me or tell me more than once about the spray. The shoes desings are cool, the ones that are only available at their store because they design them. The shoes are nice and the employees helped me out alot. They held my shoes in the back for about 2 days when I told them I had to get the money first. The only problems are their high prices.

Lucky they even get a 1 star! Make sure you read your return/exchange policy!You are basically taking a risk if something goes wrong with your shoe AND you wore Them even for a day!Gave me a hard time in regards to exchanging my daughters shoes. They turned yellow when she sprayed that water proof spray they push you to buy and because she wore them (ONCE) I told her to take them off cuz they looked yellow the so called manager practically called me a liar and made up his own scenario.THE STRUGGLE IS REAL FOR THIS STORE!!Guess they need the money more than us. Yall can keep the money and your policy! NEVER WILL WE EVER WALK INTO THAT STORE!

Very friendly group...was very busy but they were all very patient and quick to help and acknowledge each and everyone who comes in the door....
