This was my first time going into this particular smoke shop and I will say I feel welcomed. The guy who helped me was funny but yet very knowledgeable about his products. I would recommend for anyone to come here off of Willow Springs in Killeen TX.

I would like to say this shop is so freaking cute, even while renovating the store it was still very clean and put together. I was helped by a fantastic lady named Erica, and let me tell you that lady knows how to sell! I would’ve bought everything if I had the money. Erica was very descriptive and informative about every product I asked about. Best customer service ever. 10 stars if I could. Fantastic shop definitely will be shopping there from now on :)

GENUINE AND COOL PEOPLE HERE! Saleem was so helpful during our first hookah purchase and even let it try it out before purchasing it! I really enjoy this shop, they always have exceptional prices and products. I highly recommend visiting this smoke shop if you want a huge variety to choose from. Also the staff members are incredibly nice. I find that the more I visit the more likely I am to be hooked up with a good deal for shopping big with them. It’s always a very good experience, the first time I went the black girl asked me questions about what I was looking for and actually gave me useful information on the product I wanted to use, I am a frequent CBD user and the products available are kinda pricy, but the warm friendly environment lulled me into a sale. I do wish they had a customer rewards program, since the people inside the store looked like loyal customers. Edit: Ali is night shift sometimes I help around the shop if he lets me. He is a hard worker around the store and has an answer for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. Very cool people that work there. I recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase smoking supplies and tobacco related products. Beside is a restaurant that is very convenient 😎

I went in, and had great costumer service, I actully broke a peice of my bong I was using (my fault) Took it back, and owner wanted to give me a discount. I payed full price because i felt it was my fault. But her offering, that shows great costumer service. Really appreciative. Keep up the great work and mentality of customers first

I bought a hookah from King shop which was very cute, I mean my favorite color hookah with surprisingly low cost. On the other hand, the customer service was superb.
