Cashiers are extremely rude. You can really tell they dont want to be there. I used to go there all the time but now I go out of my way to another valero because of how rude these gentleman are.I walked in there all the time in a wonderful mood and left hating my life and everything else. These two gentleman should be working late at night when theres hardly any customers.

Price gouging customers during a shutdown for items that are hard to get elsewhere like milk is not right. Good for your business at the moment but bad for repeat business.

Amazing they are very chill employees.All there drinks cost the same, large and small. They have a restrooms, and everything else a convenient store should have.

I’ll take my business elsewhere and so should you.I flip homes in the area. I was pulling my trailer and stopped here to fuel up for a three and one half hour drive to another location. I swipe my card and it directs me inside.I walk up to the cashier and tell him it told me to come inside. His response: “ Yeah, well, you’re just going to have to wait a little while.” He proceeds to wave me off.Okay. I’ll wait a little while. I’ll wait until I get to another gas station that can speak to customers with respect. So I took my truck and trailer further down Ft. Hood Street to fuel up. I will NEVER stop there again because that is not how customers are treated. He was more interested in serving the young males that were purchasing their treats and liquor than serving someone who was wondering why they were directed inside it turns out, their system was having connectivity issues but that does big give the cashier license to give a customer an attitude nor the freedom to wave them aside as if they had no value.I was upset. I was exhausted from moving appliances myself to then be disrespected this way? That’s unacceptable. I’d rather go pay more per gallon than ever go through that again at this location.One star. Cash is King but Customer Service is the Queen of successful businesses. This store’s customer service is extremely lacking!

The morning staff are petty, incompetent, and disrespectful. They also lack the knowledge of the difference between GREEN and RED. 🙄

This is such a bad customer service! Was getting a large coffee and couldnt find lid to fit cup asked clerk he stated he doesnt keep up with coffee cup lids so my friend and I looked in cabinet under neath and found one to fit and clerk just shrugged it off .. like saying o well whatever ! So we dumped coffee out and walked out. Never will return to this store again..... It doesnt even deserve a one star.. Thanks Ms. Cateyes 6-23-19 @ 6:15 am

This is the nastiest convenience store I have ever been to. Ive been here 5 or 6 times and its nastier ever time I go.

I filled up my car with regular 87 unleaded has and the next day my car cut off on me in the middle of the street. It wasnt anything wrong with my car I have a 2017 impala with 4340 miles on it. I get it back to the dealership and came to find out rhat my car was filled with E85 gas which is for flexfuel cars and my car is not flezfuel. So I wouldnt get gas there for a while the gas in those pumps are not the right gas.
