The employees here are always so happy and you can tell they like working there or together. The Cookies are Great. I always call with a last minute order and they always help out so quickly and they never complain. They know who I am because I coke in all the time for cookies for my grandkids!Loves the crew here!

This location must have had new management come in, but they are doing fantastic compared to what I saw back in October…I tried to order a cake in October and they said they had no decorators? They didn’t have the pretzel side open, and the cookie display was completely empty… But I came back almost a week ago and saw all of the employees laughing while helping each other out, I watched the decorator for a minute and she was phenomenal. Pretzels and cookies tasted great, and service was fast and efficient! New manager is doing a great job with some awesome employees right behind her!

The workers are nice and helpful everytime I come here. It seems the past two times Ive come to get the peanut butter cookies, they dont taste the same(dont taste like peanut butter). Definitely not what it used to be. After looking in between the machines that the cookies and pretzels are kept in, Im concerned.... Definitely can use a good dusting, and cleaning. Money wasted!

I have only been to a marble slab gac but this one is a Pretzelmaker gac. I wish this was a marble slab bc it would do so good in killeen but this one is pretty great

Very unsanitary ants all over the cookies and i found a ant on my cookie cake. i do NOT recommend coming here.

I ordered a square cookie cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday and requested a volleyball on the cake (in all white) along with the words “ Happy 13th birthday Makenzie. I was told that our school colors couldn’t be done because they had no way of making maroon icing. After asking about their different color schemes I decide to go with a bright or neon border around the cake along w the same colors in writing on the cake. That’s what I got, the problem is you can’t tell that the volleyball is a volleyball and the writing on the cake looks like my 3yr old did it herself in a hurry. The entire cake just looks sloppy as if the person doing maybe thought nobody would notice. I thought it was a joke until I called and the lady that answers was like yeah I did it...is something wrong? Wow how is this place still in business? Resized_20201012_165729.jpeg

This place has gone down a lot, my last 3 recent attempted visits are upsetting...Very very dirty you can see all the handprints the glass display, flies inside the cookie area, Icee machine is “always” broken. The pretzel area they hardly keep up with having some available....

Terrible customer service, they close 20 mins early. I went to get the wife some cookies & now I’m empty handed.

Great American cookie exceeded my expectations today! I needed a welcome home cookie cake for a military occasion. The ladies at Great American Cookie gave great ideas for what to put on the cake. They were super friendly and did such an amazing job!

Oh, so yummy for my tummy. My most favorite is the wonderful pretzels.

Friendly staff. Accommodated last minute change with no problem. Picture looked just like advertisement. We got chocolate chip. It was delicious. $30 seems a little pricey but ok for special occasions.

Wanted a cake to celebrate my husband passing his national emt registration, and they did an amazing job!! Britney went above and beyond anything I couldve hoped for!! All the workers were very helpful as well!! And they enclosed a congratulations cards to my husband!!! Too sweet!!! So happy!!

For it to have been a Saturday, the shelves were empty and the kids working didnt seem to be a bit bothered by it. Working very slow and customers were upset

The servers are so friendly and helpful. Cookies are amazing. My son loves the M&M one and its a must to get whenever we are there.

Pretzel pieces are great, employees are terrible. Theyll ignore you and argue over who has to take care of your order.

Just left that location and I had a terrible experience with one of the employees, he short me on my change for a dollar and asked for my dollar back, he told me that he gave the correct change and to try again, that I was trying to get an extra dollar, just the way he came at me was wrong, i was so ready to jump over that counter but God is good, wasnt worth it over a dollar maybe he needed it more, costumer service in the scale of 1-10 was 0, hope the manager can reach me, seems that no one was in charge when I was there, busy location for such a bad service
