We havent been in the store for several months. Several areas were rearranged, but it was still easy to find our way around. We didnt care for how narrow the food aisles are now. Only one cart at a time could comfortably go down those aisles, so you cant stop and ponder very long without blocking someones way. The #1 item we went there for - a no-salt seasoning weve purchased there for years - was not on the shelves nor was there a shelf label to indicate that its still available. :-( We also noticed that several items were the same price as at Wally World so why drive out of our way?

It was OK. I had ordered something online and When I got there the manager took a long time to find it.The store in my town did not have one of these so we had to Drive 20 miles to pick this up Everything turned out OK because he finally did find it. We thought for sure he was gonna say he couldnt find it.

I came in about a week ago to purchase a sectional sofa and I was assisted by a well mannered employee by the name of “Kesean”. This gentleman was very professional and aided me with multiple concerns of mine. I was able to have all my questions answered and a brand new sofa for my big move! Everything was done in a timely fashion with no errors at all. I 100% recommend keeping this young fellow aboard your team. Keep up the great work Killeen!

They were a bit busy, but managed to provide excellent service. I needed a new recliner. They had nice quality at low prices. Some of the shelves were sparsely stocked. They were pretty shorthanded, so shelf stocking and cleaning shelves and floors were pushed aside to allow better customer service. The store was clean, but might not pass muster for a neat freak. Ill definitely go back.

Employees were too lazy to open a register when it got too busy. They were rude, condescending and lazy.

Nice selection of items from furniture, to household, to patio and outdoor, to food. Store recently reorganized and added four cashier stations.

A rug. Disinfecting wipes. Swiffer cleaning solution. And hand towels. The common factor for these items for me is BigLots. As in I bought all the things I needed from there. Convenient and quick.

Great store to shop at. They have just about everything minus a crown of people. You can find some good quality things at a decent price.

I bought a table and when I got home and almost had it put together, I realized the top was broke. They gladly replaced it. The only complaint is they are understaffed.

I’ve been to this location three times now and the service has been pretty rude all around. Big Lot’s always has a good deal, but I can’t get past the unhelpful employees with serious attitude. I would recommend Walmart or a different Big Lot’s location.

I would give zero stars but it’s required to at least give one. I have never been treated so disrespectful. After spending an hour & over $500 in the store, without a mask...as I was approaching the register I was rudely told by manager Marie, that I would not be served because I was not wearing a mask. I’m a business owner and usually buy business type supplies at Big Lots in Killeen. My yearly deduction for Big Lots is between 9k to 13k per year.I will not be shopping with Big Lots in the future and I would not recommend this business with this type of management.

I just went to purchase some wireless mouse and had a price tag of $6 and 50% of second item, when I got to the register they were $10 I told the cashier he was wrong they right away he got upset yelling for Ray the manager I then showed him where they were and his said not his fault they were placed wrong not just one item all of the wireless mouse were priced at $6. This is what you get when you don’t care about your work and don’t care how you preform your just and the customers get the short end of the stick and then the manager does not care and expect for you to pay what the register says he also does not care about customer service. Will never go back to any big lot location

Definitely an older establishment, it has been well kept and its covid-19 procedures are kept well in place. the only true issue is that it looks like it has not been updated since 2000.

Kinda of empty the day I went, they was restocking.

Bought a cabinet last night. Looked on line first and it showed item on sale for 109.00. In store it rang up at 139.00 i showed that to furniture manager and store manager Kyle. Both told me that i had to order online to get the discounted price. I was in a hurry so told them i would deal with it later. Basically i could have stood right there in the store and ordered the item for in-store pick up and paid 109 plus tax. Instead i was charged 139. plus tax. Everything i can find states that in store honors online pricing and of course corporate is closed. Its only 30.00, but if online is reduced and you walk in and buy you should get that reduced price.

My wife and I were looking for some living room furniture and found what we wanted online before traveling to Killeen (normally we shop in Georgetown, Round Rock and Austin) We went into the BigLots on Ft. Hood St. and Kyle and Gail were very helpful and answered all of questions and very accommodating and helped load two very heavy pieces of furniture into my truck.

Went to buy a cube shelf and the male associate at the furniture counter did not come back to help me and another customer. I waited at least 30 minutes before someone finally came over to help

I went here to grab a cheap garden hose, and was immediately surprised by the amount of items and variety this store has. I have been to Big Lots in the past that were run down and dirty inside, but this one is top notch. Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of selection to choose from.

These wonderful people at Big Lots did what they could to help me get the things I needed to rebuild my life back. They are truly big hearted sweet people. Even the cashiers are amazing. We purchased a couch for a spare room, the employee at the furniture dept there told us there was one left and it was a return from an older couple who couldn’t get the feet onto the sofa. We purchase it and bring it home only to discover the entire back of the sofa is completely damaged. I don’t understand how Big Lots can take back a return on such a large item and not inspect it for damages. We wasted time and effort hauling it home only to have to take it back. I don’t know why I expected more from a Big Lots in Killeen anyway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gail did an amazing job with helping getting everything we needed and the checkout process. Only thing was they didnt have the love seat i wanted in stock and didnt know when they was gonna get it. She even checked the tickets to see if it was coming this wk on truck, but nope. Other than that every thing else was good.

Prices on many items are not discounted enough to make a shopping trip to Big Lots worthwhile. Hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. Holiday shopping is probably good.

Brought back so many memories from when I was a kid between that and Kmart or Walmart now theres only just one store Walmart......I would prefer that big lots come back and be bigger than Walmart but who knows what the future holds

Very friendly and greeting staff. When I walk in Im always greeted, as I look around the store its easy to find an associate if I need help. The store is clean, however it is pretty crowded. Im not sure if they are going through something but couches and all types of furniture was stacked up in down isles one day when I was there. It was a little less crowded today though.

What?? But, I could pay that night and go get it the next day. No thanks! Found same cart for $100 cheaper elsewhere.

I love Big Lots! Great prices for home goods. The problem with this location is that each of the 3x Ive visited this store in the past few months, there is furniture everywhere. Its as if they just recieved shipments of sofas and mattresses and pile them up on the sales floor anywhere they can. Not only does it seem dangerous for customers to navigate, but its usually blocking what Im trying to get to! Imagine sofas, wrapped in shipping plastic, standing on their ends like dominoes, and lined up down the middle of shopping aisles...
