I have nothing but great things to say about Rebecca. She was prompt in my initial inquiry. She gave me quotes, set the proper expectations, and her and the design team she used executed our vision for shirts perfectly. I could not be more excited. Four shirts done in less than 2 weeks. She was amazing.

Ive been a repeat customer of Dynamic Designs on multiple occasions for different products. Each time, the staff has made a point to really take the time to sit down with me, and at one point I got a tour of their print shop to see their T-Shirt dye sublimation process. Otherwise, print quality is always amazing, and they seem to have just about any resource you could possibly want at a print shop. Moreover, their artists are extremely talented. I did my own artwork, but they did some touch ups that made it look better to fit my particular project, but they also accommodated every nit picky change I made thereafter. Otherwise, their artwork from other customers projects are on display, and its easy to see consistent quality work. I would definitely recommend.

I have worked with the team at Dynamic Designs for several years and not once have they ever disappointed me. The main reason I keep coming back and recommending them is their special attention to detail and putting the customers first!

I really enjoy working with Amy. She is very prompt with getting back to me, and she has always been really professional. I think she really does the best she can to negotiate prices with her customers when she has to outsource through vendors.

Dynamic Designs Inc. was by far one of the worst so-called experiences I ever encountered in Killeen,,, Please dont get me wrong; businesses in the Killeen/Fort Hood Area that are completely terrible and take for granted that the Army Post demands a population that is held hostage to garbage business owner, but this experience could have been avoided. Mitch Smith is the quintessential slacker and their management is non-existent. They have a completely clueless receptionist who does not understand basic office management and customer service. She is very apologetic to the point she is annoying.Ladies and Gentlemen I have found that you can do better on your own and using Office Depot!!! They will work with you and provide same day service. The only draw back is that you need to invest in a quality design software system. If you do it periodically then Adobe will benefit you or your organization. Nonetheless, if you do not have time to build your own products please go to any of the 21 companies in Temple and/or Georgetown.I am telling you that Dynamic Designs is HORRIBLE!!! They do not have a leg to stand on as far as I am concern. Now they will begin with the character assassinations and the questionable comments on how they do volumes of products a day; but trust me, they are garbage for the little products that should not be that difficult.

Guy came to our business to give ideas for new signage. Never heard a word back with pricing. We are about 4 miles from their store but couldnt even bother to call back.

Not good place. Did good on the design but didnt get the color i asked for. Over paid. They gave me a price when I went to pay it was more than what they said and wouldnt do anything about making them the wrong color. Still charged me alot. When they meesed up. This place SUCKS.

I have ordered a couple of basic products from Dynamic Designs, they came in nicely each time. I would definitely recommend them, if not for the product, then for the great staff that you will be working with.

Bad customer service. Had to wait over a week to hear anything back and that was with ME calling them first.

Have to buy everything from them. You cant bring your own tshirt a which leads me to believe they charge an arm and a leg. Plus the lady couldnt even tell me who in the area does that service. I get your trying to make money but come on. 😫

I bought some shirts and only needed the logos, well they wouldnt stich my logo unless I bought from them the shirts. Bummer

They are very elusive via email. It takes them a very long time to respond to you and they act as if they do not need your business. However, their work is quality.
