Justin did a great job engraving a yeti tumbler for my dads retirement gift. Awesome quality and super quick turn around. I will say, you should have a good idea of what you want before you go as this will help the engraver really please you.
After an unfortunate issue with wood supplies, I was worried about getting my 24 awards in time for my husbands convention. The owners took time out of their business to drive over 3100 miles cross country on the weekend to get the items to me on time! These people have great integrity and are truly honest! I am overwhelmed that they helped me so much! Also, the items are beautiful and as advertised! I could not be more pleased! Thanks so much! If I could give a negative number I would. I ordered a plaque to present to my Army Commander, and not only did I never receive the plaque, I called several times to get it resolved.The manager, who was completely rude, told me that the plaque had been mailed and that I would have to deal with the USPS. The tracking number showed that it was in NY at a distribution center, but never left after being there for over 2 months now. I explained that the USPS was their problem because I paid them for a product that I never received. Not only did they refuse to resend a plaque, they refused to refund my money! THEN they hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. Despicable customer service. I had no other recourse but to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and report them to the BBB. Do yourself a favor and be warned that dealing with this company is awful, especially if you expect to get what you paid for!! Appalling customer service!!
I truly wish Id spent more time researching this company before wasting all the time, effort and money ordering a gift to honor my fathers military career. Ordered on 12 March, 5 days in production, 3 days shipping (these are their words,) its 30 March and I have nothing. Once the established deadlines pass, they stop responding to calls and emails. I also noticed that the owner only responds to good reviews...

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Called and left several emails. No response. Also walked in and spoke with Ms. Young who placed the order.She informed me that my order would be in on Monday June 4. Went in the next day to follow up. No one knew anything about the order that was placed. I requested my deposit and the man kindly wrote me a check without apologizing or explaining what happen. Very unprofessional, no morals or ethics. Why is this place still in business? Please do your research and check BBB ratings. Want something done professionally and in a timely manner? Take your money and business else. 0 stars.
Awful experience. I ordered two plaques for PCS’ing leaders in my formation. I received an email that my order had shipped, but I never received tracking information. I contacted the company and they said that they didn’t know what happened and would send the information to me. I called and emailed over the next few weeks, with no response - it never came. Then I received another email that it shipped out (on a different date) this time with tracking. I received the order the night that I was to present the plaques, but they were both incorrect. I had sent a photo and detailed description of the guidons for the plaques, but they mixed up the Squadron number with the Troop letter (the proof was correct). I contacted the company to rectify the mistakes and they said they would send me a shipping label to send them back. I’ve been waiting a month and a half for them to email me the shipping label. I’ve emailed several times to no avail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order and a week after it was supposed to be done I got an email asking for a better image for engraving, before I could even reply I got a shipment notification. This is in addition to me telling them twice they mixed the shipping and billing details up so now I have a product with an inferior engraving going to an address on the other side of the country. Called and emailed multiple times never getting a response.
Great local small business it’s a hidden gem they do everything from name tags and custom laser engraving to custom trophies and framing !!!! You gotta check out their gift area for Christmas 🎄 the gifts are so unique and reasonably priced!!! Also they ship anywhere!!!!

Stay away from this place. Ordered an Retirement plaque never received it. No calls answered from customer service, no return emails. They did withdraw the money from my account promptly. Look now for help to recoup
I placed my order on February 27 in order to have the award for a Change of Responsibility ceremony on March 10. The award never came, when I called customer service they said it would be shipped that Wednesday. Another month goes by, no award. No information or even a heads up from the company. Eventually just cancelled my order because I was so sick of them holding onto $156 without any confirmation or information about my order. This business is a joke.

I only placed an order, but had to wait a long time to be waited on. Its set up for military business so our measly one item pales next to some captain ordering twenty things. I hope their work is worth the wait.
Order was a week past due. Attempted to contacted via email and phone. Left messages with their sales department customer service department and billing department. Never received a response back. They did charge my credit card. Im contacting Bank of America to report them as fraud. RECOMMEND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Not even sure if theyre legitimate business.

Absolutely horrendous service. After waiting for 2 weeks with no word on my order I called and was told my order would ship the next day. The next day AG notified me the item was not available for another couple of weeks. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund on my credit card. Crystal sent me an email saying they don’t have the capability to refund via credit card so she would put a check in the mail that day. Eight days later when I called they said the check was mailed out 2 days ago. Stay far away from this company as they will promise everything and do nothing. They simply cannot be trusted.
Very dissatisfied, poor customer service, he stayed in the back most of the time, rushed me to make decisions and then when I told him I wanted something changed because it was off centered; he told me it wasnt. And then he drudgingly did it. Arent I the customer? This was a personalized name tag, shouldnt it be the way I want it?
Experiences may differ. Some of my colleagues have successfully ordered from this business. It has been a terrible experience for me and I wont order again. I placed an order at end of business on March 2nd, invoice received March 5th, estimated completion March 7th, estimated ship date March 9th (2nd day by air/expedited). Today is March 20th and I just received the package. Every step of the way, I have had to call and push for updates. On several days, I called multiple times and no one answered (business days) or returned my calls/messages. Justin, the owner, picked up one day and he did fully reimburse my shipping cost because UPS made the initial error; however, he informed me I would get my order by last Thursday or Friday, didnt happen. Then I talked to Cynthia (who was extremely helpful but had been gone on vacation, thus the apparent reason for no customer service). She informed me I would receive the package by yesterday, then I received a UPS email that I would get the order today (with an incorrect suite added to the address, somehow). I was able to call Cynthia and she fixed the shipping issue so I actually received the gift today. The real issue is that I couldnt properly present the award to a leader. It was nice for shipping to be reimbursed, but for all the trouble I went through, and the principle of the matter, I expected an extra discount on top of that reimbursed shipping or any encouragement to use their business again. The award itself is beautiful, but having received it so extremely late and with all of the phone calls I had to make to get a solution, I will not be a return customer. If youre in the area, maybe it makes sense. But Ive ordered from other gift and award companies in the past with zero issues and I will continue to use those instead. I would like to thank Cynthia for helping me resolve everything in the end, and Justin for the free shipping, but this will be my first and last order.

DO NOT order from Awards Gallery!!Placed order on 26 April for 3 May delivery and requested a proof prior to printing. Followed up several times after not receiving my order with no response. Order finally shipped a month late, on 4 June, no proof was ever provided and my order was wrong.
