Im not sure why other people are complaining. Killeen Marble treated us very well. Very professional, and no pressure for up-saling or add-ons. I loved the straightforward communication and knowledgeable information so we could make an informed decision. The service was prompt. The guys who came to install were courteous and efficient. All around GREAT experience. The counters look amazing and you can barely tell where the seam is from one section to the next. I am extremely happy. Btw. Its been 3 years since we had it installed and its holding up beautifully.My parents are buying a house and want to upgrade the counter tops. They asked me who I used to do mine. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. First of all, with a leak in my house and my spouse working overseas, scheduling with them was most difficult as I explained I did not have kitchen plumbing and I needed a definitive time as to when they could come to my home, not a five hour time frame as I needed to take my daughter to eat due to the lack of stove and kitchen. The young lady was completely rude. She told me I was getting an attitude and that she wouldn’t be scheduling anyone to come to my home. I explained to her that I had already paid for the job in full and she would be finishing it or I’d told her I would file a dispute with my credit card if she didn’t finish the job.I would not recommend this company to anyone. The man that came to my house showed up without texting or calling as I had prearranged this with their business due to my baby being asleep at 8:30 am, and I didn’t want the dogs to bark and wake her up. He showed up and rang the doorbell, waking up myself, the dogs, and the baby. How difficult is it to follow simple instructions? Text or phone before showing up, don’t ring the doorbell. He had an attitude and was snide as well. He left silicone debris all over the bathroom floor and wood pieces and didn’t clean up after himself.I phoned today to ask if they would level the tub and I could hear the young lady running her mouth in the background dictating to the older woman that no, they would not level the tub and they knew of no one that could. This is fine, this is a great way to do business. As I told the young lady during the first call, I’d be leaving another subpar review like the numerous other dissatisfied customers that had the displeasure of dealing with her and this company. I’m rather disgusted with the whole experience and I won’t be calling on this company in the future or when we build our new home.My husband thanks you from Afghanistan for all of your help and support.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! They repaired a chip in a bathtub in my home when it was brand new. Two years later, the chip is exposed along with the area that was sanded when the repair was made. They are unwilling to fix the problem again.....stating that they only have a 1 year warranty. The office manager is rude and condescending. She tried to imply that the area around the chip was caused by me. She continued to try to justify why they dont guarantee their work for over a year. Simply put....it sounds like their work doesnt hold up and is second rate, to say the least. So, if you are interested in having them come out every two years to repair their prior repairs....this is the place to use! I am shocked that builders would hire them to do work. They seem incapable of doing quality work that lasts and allow rude people to deal with customers on the phone....who by the way, was not the least bit concerned that I was contacting builders and using social media to tell about their bad business practices. I would think the office manager would be a little bit more concerned about customer satisfaction.

Absolutely horrible experience. The ladies at the show room were wonderful but then the man came to the house to take the measurements. He started to tell me with an agitated tone that the drain was wrong. I informed him the drain was the original from when there was tile in the shower and the plumbers were scheduled the next week to make it correct for marble install. I continued to tell him we have not chosen to go with him yet because Id like an estimate. He said he doesnt deal with the money and someone would call. He also said hed be by the next Wend after the plumbers were done.He called Wend. at 4:07PM, I missed his call and called back at 5:04PM he didnt answer. I called him back Thursday morning and he said he wanted to come out to take final measurements. I informed him that we have not received an estimate and Id really like to know how much it would cost since the next step after final measurements is manufacturing the product. He said hed call the office, he called me back moments later to tell me that they have no record of the paperwork he did Friday but could come back out and re do it. Not to mention the entire conversation he never once apologized for the horrible service lost paperwork or time lost.Horrible experience dont use them, they make you feel like your little home project is not worth their time! Use anyone else!

Killeen Marble does amazing work! We recently had our kitchen countertops replaced with granite. I was unsure of what color to go with, but the owners helped us with that, and the result was a perfect match! Not only was the granite gorgeous and a perfect match, but the craftmanship was impeccable! You cant even tell there is a seam in the countertop and the measurements they took were spot on. Their crew was not only knowledgeable, but also courteous, polite, and cheerful. They went out of theit way to be helpful and did not waste a minute. To top it off, they cleaned up everything! I would highly recomend KilleenMarble for anyone considering kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling. Thank you, Killeen Marble! We LOVE our granite countertops!

They didnt didnt drill the right number of holes for my faucet. Then they argued that I changed faucets ( all the faucets are the same in the house) and wanted to charge me to come drill another hole. Worst customer service Ive dealt with in a long time.

They dont work with marble. They work with manufactured stone.
