Nice, big, grocery store, that have a wide selection of groceries, and other things that are sold at grocery stores. There is a bar b cue section, sushi station, full bakery, a hot soup station, and fresh seafood section, a balloon, flower, gift section, and a jewelry store. The meats, veggies, and fruits are always fresh. In the meat department, there are wet wipes and paper towles to clean your hands after handling meat products. You can purchase the bar b cue fresh from the bar b cue section, or you may purchase it package and refrigerated in the grocery section of the store. The packaged bar b cue is really good. Its a bit more expensive than shopping at other local grocery stores, but it is worth it. H.E.B has great store coupon deals. H.E.BS brand is just as good and sometimes better than the name brand items.The store is always clean and its a pleasure to shop at.

My first time here, prices seem reasonable. Place was clean and the cashier was really friendly. Ready made food that you just heat up or cook were perfect for quick meal when in a hurry. They taste good too.

I LOVE HEB! The produce & meats are always great quality & the employees are cheerful & helpful! This time, I visited mainly to pick up BBQ at the restaurant just inside - its a really good quality Texas style BBQ.

Noticed changes made in store i.e. products moved to different sections. But my shopping experience was nice. It was made that way by some very friendly and helpful HEB people. They started my day in a most positive way!

In my opinion HEB is a suburb store. The have a Texas BBQ right in the store and both the produce section and bakery are top notch. I also love the ready made meals you can pick up and just put directly in the oven. HEB has so much to offer its impossible to talk about everything. You wont be disappointed.

HEB pick up is great. They know who you are by your phone number and which parking spot you pick thats associated with your number. You send a simple text and they bring it out to you. My only complaint is they dont call you when you type and send CALL when you are asked if youd like someone to call you about the order when there is something in it that you absolutely DO NOT want. Instead you basically keep what you get or cancel ALL substitution items. Over all, well done curbside!

Good store friendly staff, big shortage due to shipping issues can almost never find lunchables to kid lunch size chips recently, cost of meat is raising everywhere but they seem to still have the cheapest.

Always so busy and not enough cashiers. I had a bottle that was cracked and opened and I wanted to give it to a cashier or anyone that worked there. Just so that they knew it was broken. An employee with the name that starts with a C looked at me and kept walking when I tried to hail him down. So I just left the product on an empty register. HEB always dissappoints when it comes to customer service.

HEB needs to improve on the pharmacy help their help their in Killeen is very very rude to new customers!! When you tell a pharmacist that you get the same medicine every month so that you can make sure you have your medicine every day without any Problems and they do NOT to work with you, is really unbelievable! I have never had this problem with any other HEB pharmacy! I guess I will be changing to a different Pharmacy all together!!! It really doesnt take much to take care of your customers if you truly care about them!! Just a thought 💭

For it being a smaller store definitely has options. Meat department should be bigger, need more options with the meat. They have an awesome BBQ place inside thats definitely worth the try.

Despite some items being a little more priced here compared to Walmart and Aldi, however has better selection and better quality of meats and produce. Also I noticed generally there is better customer service. Only other qualm is how crowded this store tends to be, but thats normal.

This place was packed when I went but it was great. They have some very good Mexican bread, conchas and polvorones. They also have hand made tortillas de harina that we’re real good.

This HEB is never fully stocked but being able to pay my bills here is super convenient.

I went to the H EB on stand schluter today and I was picking up some products for bathing the sign said 188 underneath all the bathing soaps for For the caress Soap There was 2 rows of the soaps underneath the sign There is also a dollar coupon saying if you bought the caress soap you would receive a dollar off I thought OK Ill get to the bottles and Ill pay 88 cents on around I looked again there was more so spot I like the other soaps on the other side I thought OK this is kind of funny so I went and asked the clerk OK are these a $88 and she looked as she said oh no these on a $88 why would assume that she would have given me one for the price for a diary date since they were already under that as they worse labeled under dollar rate which is what she should have done I dont appreciate the fact that I had to pay full price for something that was labeled under a sign for a $88 common common courtesy would have been to give me 1 for the 188 and the other 1 I would have paid full price for that was false advertisement if thats the way then maybe they should pay attention to there marketing when posting signs 🤔. She also removed the sign real quick, even though the right thing to do was to give me one at the price they were under and pay regular price for the other. Very disappointing 😕

Im visiting from North Carolina and mom sent me to HEB to pick up a few things. Truth be told I am not the one to be in a grocery store for long a long period of time even when Im shopping for myself. I really do not enjoy shopping. Im normally out of a grocery store within 40 minutes. This was my very first time visiting HEB and I must say I walked around, picked up a few items, and walked around some more just two see what H-E-B had. The store is very clean and well-organized and well-stocked. I really enjoyed this store. As I was leaving I was walking past the jewelry store inside of HEB and attempted to drop in but I decided not to. As I was getting ready to leave out of the door I noticed an area near the door with flowers and balloons. I saw this Rose in a round glass ball that was filled with some type of liquid. It was so beautiful I had to have it so I went back to the register and paid for it . Once again I was walking past the jewelry store so I went inside the jewelry store and bought a pair of diamond stud earrings. I wish there was a HEB in Charlotte North Carolina because this would be my favorite store. I love, love, love HEB. Their meats look so fresh and the bakery sweets looked very attractive and delicious. I went back to my moms house and told her I would never ever go back to HEB because I did not want to leave. I know I will spend all of my money in that store. HEB will you please come to Charlotte North Carolina???!!

Im a HEB fun but this one is not my favorite one. The one in Cove is more organized and have more choices. It still a good store to get fresh fruits, vegetables and everyday things.

They have a lottery dispensing machine. Great helpful service from the older Asian guy out in the garden center. And I won on my lottery ticket.

Everybody knows I am very honest I love me some H-E-B. I was so excited too see a mixture of mini cupcakes chocolate and yellow yummy. Notttttt the mini were hard, dry, and had no flavor. Redo the recipe or let it go. I have not ever had a dry cake from H-E-B Bakery. This was a epic fail and I for one wish for my money back I’ll just stick to the sheet cakes they always be good. Do not I repeat do not buy these totally waste of money get you a sheet cake ijs

Always crowded, the isles are extremely small and the employees are rude. Better selection of ready made meals but its not like you can look at them because its so cramped in here. BBQ joint rocks though!

Very nice store!!! But they had NO Clausen pickles--no dill or bread and butter (the ones I was looking for), or anything. The place was labeled for them but was completely empty.

Was having a hard time finding a 2nd dose of the Covid vaccine. Called the Stan Schlueter location and the very friendly pharmacy tech let me know about their walk-in service. Got my vaccine the same day. Great service all around.

I ordered a cake a month in advance. As you can see from the pictures it was poorly made. The never offered a full refund. Only offered a 50% discount. The discount was due to them messing up on the pictures. The fact of the cake buckling was never address. Madison Stacy, the Operations Manager, justified the lack of a full refund because the cake was still edible and blamed it on weather and the customer. He stated, he would rather lose a customer than give a full refund.

Friendly people but downright unethical business practices. If you are going to lie about the expiration date of something, go all the way and take off the old sticker instead of covering it up. Twice. Do you do the same with meat, dairy, etc.?

Prices are better than Walmart. I love that they do a lot of local. People a lot more friendly. And its just a nicer feeling store. Plus its not a giant and its better to support smaller local businesses then worldwide ones. And it seems like their produce last a couple more days longer than ones that you get from other stores. However, this location is not as good as Cove and they took away all dairy free items like dressing, cheese and cream cheese which I really really miss being allergic to dairy.
