I dont mind supporting little mom and pop business but its stores like these that make it difficult for you to do so. I walked in looking for a part which was a few bucks online but why buy online when I can support these guys. I walked in and showed the guy the item, this guy went to the back came back and tried charging me not just 1x or 2x the online price but 20x the actual price. I understand it business but this store is a straight up ripoff so be aware and do your research before purchasing any parts here. I give 4 stars for personality and education but 1 star for trying to rip me off.

About three weeks ago I bought a set of tires for my 2014 Electra Glide Ultra Limited and had them mount and balance them. I have put about a thousand miles on them with no problems. They did a great job. Took care of my bike and got the job done when I needed it. The price is very reasonable also. Thanks A-1!

I paid $960.67 for repairs on my bike. They kept it over 30 days oil change new fuel pump tune up flush and fill on all fluids. Sold the bike now im being sued for all repairs I paid for that was not done. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. JERRY has the worst customer ever known. Beat me out of $960 and did no service. I have pics to prove all of it. Dean was ok on convo. I was told it would be $540 Went to pick up and it was $960. They would not give me my bike unless I paid. And nothing I repeat nothing was done. Im going to sue them in court.

The new guy (Andy ?) provided excellent service and expressed his knowledge on the product I was buying.

I purchased a tire and had it mounted on my bike. They were friendly not just to me but to the other customers that as well.The mechanic was knowledge about a problem I currently have with my bike and offered a self help solution to help prolong the inevitable. He said I will need to get it fixed eventually but did not pressure me that it was an immediate problem.

Called on the phone asked if they could price match a part guy said no biggie come right in when I got there hes trying to charge me an arm and a leg for it. they are very rude, deceptive dont be fooled by the friendly voice over the phone.

Always go here for tires and even send friends who love it. Trust them enough that I just recently purchased my first R1 from them. They have always been friendly and accommodating even tho I can admittedly be a bit accentric.

They do good work at a fair price . they are very knowlegable on parts and give good advice on work u request. They stand behind their work.

Not at all satisfied with their used part return policy. I was sold a used part and it was the wrong part. I called and asked if they could at least give me a store credit and they bluntly said theres no refund or exchange on used parts ill never buy from these again. I give them a negative 5 star rating!

They wouldnt talk to me, said they were busy, but I was the only person there. No return visit from me

A-1 cycles are very unprofessional and rude, I will never do business with them again. I purchase a blue Rim for my motorcycle and when I pick up my bike I had a bright yellow Rim. When I confronted the owner he stated there I can paint the Rim, which going to cost me more money and time. If you are reading this review please think twice about taking your bike to this location. This company do not deserve a one star, they deserve a zero (0).There are many motorcycle shops in Killeen, so I decided to take my bike elsewhere. I should have read the review prior to taking my bike to this shop.

Had an electrical issue with my zx6r, called me and said it was a nightmare of an electrical issue and it was gonna take probably till the end of October to fix (this was the first week of September 2019 when they told me), gave them a price I’d like to stay at and they made sure of it, they called me back a week later said it was up and running best bike shop I’ve been to by far, professional and quick, they’ll tell you straight up and blunt if something is wrong. 2 weeks after I dropped it off, full service and fluid flush was done, no more issue with the bike cutting off and they stayed under my budget including a few extras I wanted to add. Wouldn’t recommend any other place.

This place is great. It is a used parts store! So please do not judge about the new parts pricing!! I can almost find something every time I walk in that store. The guy at the desk is funny as hell. Gives good prices on used items. New items and service he has no room to adjust pricing. Everyone should understand that! I got a set of Harly Exhaust pipes in GREAT condition for $100. He could have charged $150 but he knows I will be coming back again ...

Great place with honest people. Have had nothing but great experiences here. The owner is knowledgable and funny as all hell. Also, they have a lot of parts in stock and try to cut deals on them as much as they can. Even when my bike was getting fixed they cut me a break on labor charges. Love this place. Wont go anywhere else. 5 stars all the way.

STOP!Dont keep searching around the Internet for the best place to take your bike in for services. ..A1 Cycle is Honest, Fast, professional, and by far the best price around periodTook my R6 in for valve adjustment, a few days later they called and told me my valves where fine and within tolerance, how many shops do you think will give you that kind of honesty?Save yourself the run around, and take your bike to A1.Thanks A1, you got a customer for life.

Seriously the best place to go in the killeen area to go for any motorcycle repairs or questions. They know what they’re doing and go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. Went in to fix problems with my fork seals and brake lights and fixed it all fast and good pricing they also realized my brakes were bad and repaired it for free. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants professional work for cheap prices

I have gone into A-1 not once, but twice now. Each time I was given awful customer care by the man behind the counter. Very very rude, and acted like I had no clue what I was talking about. Took me 10 minutes just to get a quote on a starter for my bike, because he INSISTED he needed to see the bike for me to get a quote on it. Then priced me over 300 dollars more than the other 3 shops I had been to. I recommend everyone I ride with and work with to take their business elsewhere.

Horrible experience, had my tires changed here and they werent seated right which caused all sorts of vibration, took it back and they seated right, after a few months I decided to check my chain tension. Was loose as hell. The nut on the chain adjuster was so loose I could turn it with my fingers which caused the chain to loosen on its on everytime I rode it. Excuse was they had a new employee working..... Will never go back there again....... Its the right shop, the shop with the A1 Cycle sign on rancier.

Went there today to get a part for my bike. They did not have it, but they looked it up on ebay. A company had one. I was able to call them and buy it directly. They provide customer service!

Save your money and your time and go somewhere else! this place has horrible service and and their shelves are filled with overpriced cheap Ebay parts. Theyll charge you a ridiculous restocking fee on those cheap parts when the place isnt even the size of a gas station.
