Travis is the most intelligible and qualified manager I have come across in ANY business, in at least the past year from this date. Cycle Gear has a great staff who are very helpful. They greeted me as I change in the door and an associate was quick to help me find what i needed. Browsing through their merchandise they had some good prices on there gear especially leather.. They have lots of nice leather for real good prices... Ill definitely be going back there..

Its been a while since Ive been on a bike and I needed some new gear. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff. I worked with Christian and he was very helpful, patient, experienced, and informative. He helped me find what what I actually needed based on function and frequency. He was very hands on with all the products that I questions about and I feel very confident that I have made a fantastic purchase and investment.

Cycle Gear Killeen is always one of the best customer service experiences you can have when shopping anywhere!The team members are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is always neat and well kept. My only complaint is, I wish the store was BIGGER which would allow for more variety and gear!

Every time I go there they help me even if I’m not buying yesterday I bought my first helmet gloves and shoes they were really helpful and knowledgeable love going there and on the future as soon I get my bike go even more.

Stopped in with a previously purchased Bilt helmet with built in communications. It was no longer charging. They swapped it out for free. Such great customer service. While there also shopped for a new helmet. Also choose a Cardo communication system. Bought a helmet and the Cardo system, which they installed and setup for free. I did’t think such great customer service like this existed anymore. Great staff. Very helpful and informative.

I was specifically looking to purchase a new helmet liner. A salesperson immediately took me to them and made my checkout fast and easy. Kudos!

I went into Cycle Gear today to buy some things for my motorcycle and did not receive the customer service I expected. The workers that were on the clock were chilling outside with people on bikes just kicking it. I walked right past both of them and not one of them come inside to see if I needed help. I was in the store for a solid 5-7 minutes. I walked out of the store irritated and one of the workers asked, “did someone help you inside?” I replied with, “nope” and shook my head as I walked towards my bike. I shouldnt have to walk outside of the store for assistance.

Got my part ordered quick and customer service very professional

The service was ok, however after paying they tried to tell me there’s a National Coin Shortage, and wouldn’t be able to give me any coin change. That was odd to me I stated the coin shortage was over some time ago. Funny thing they produced the correct change after that. Makes me wonder are they short on their register count somewhere.

I generally come here to waste my time and money on the weekends, assuming I have either of both to waste. Good selection of parts and gear, staff is very helpful as well. Especially nice since Im not too big on ordering things online since Im impatient. 8 ZZ Tops/ 10 Black Sabbaths

Cycle gear usually has what Im looking for as long as its not a special item.. but I have to admit that they are quite expensive.. maybe not as expensive as the dealer but not far from it.

Amazing customer service! If the part is not in stock they can order it and get it to you pretty much the next day.

Called ahead for a tire to see if they had it in stock and when I tried to tell him the tire size he said he didnt need it, just the make and model of my motorcycle. I gave him the info and he said it would be 75 for the tire, and maintenance. Cool deal, show up, no tire and the tires they could have shipped to the store wouldve been 200-250 minus any maintenance fees.

Verify pricing at register before paying. Bryson read price off tag and charged more at register without informing me of the difference in price. Called and they informed me it was marked up and they didn’t update price tag nor could refund any money for their error. Buy online and save the time!

It was sport bike oriented, not quite what I was looking for but they seemed to be stocked and helpful.

Very limited selection, basically only sport bike stuff, but forget anything dual sport or ADV. They wont even touch wire wheels for balancing. Also, good luck getting help from the staff.
