This place was easy breezy renting my truck and returning it. These prices were better than the competition. Also I found a coupon online

I had an awesome experience with this shop. The equipment was ready at pickup, which hadnt been the case at large corporate ran truck yards in the pas. They were courteous and quickly addressed two of my concerns. If they are busy their smaller lot can get congested quick!

They are liars. I was told since I picked up my rental on a Saturday, it would be free Sunday because the rental location is closed, and I could drop it off early Monday morning. I ended up being charged for both days which is FINE. Its not about the money. Its about being honest with your customers. Thieves.

Called to ask about a Tow Dolly to see if they even had any the rep informed me that they did. I then asked if I could rent one he said Yes with our truck. Then I said I dont need a truck I have my own just need a Tow Dolly. He then said again with our truck. He just keep saying that. This is why I went to Uhaul.

Their prices might be lower than U-Haul but their trucks go really slow I’ve known from experience because we have rented both U-Haul and penske at different times in the same year and that v10 lets you keep up With traffic the Penske does not

Dont go in this office and do any business they will triple overcharge you Everytime for everything very unreasonable and very rude racist Customer Service. Total scam artist dont get overcharged you are warned book online low lifes.

The truck that was issued to me they did not do proper maintenance the truck only drove 45 miles an hour on a major hwy it took me twice as long to get to my destination and twice the gas. Reported roadside assistance and submitted my receipts, had to call numerous times to see about some reimbursements and still waiting. Worst Rental Truck company. They are quick to charge you but when its there mistake it takes over 7 weeks to get a response if you are lucky. I will never recommended this Truck Rental company.

Terrible truck needed an alignment truck swerved for the entire 700 plus miles. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

After returning the broken truck that I paid over $1,000 to rent and being behind on my loading schedule the manager there got into a shouting match with me calling me a liar telling me I should have known to fix his broken truck.Stay awayThey then sent me from Texas to Oregon in a gas truck at 6 miles to the gallonI paid about $0.50 a mile to use their truck

So I accidentally locked the keys in the truck dropping off here, they were going to charge me to unlock the truck or I could call the free roadside assistance, why wouldnt you just go the extra mile for your customers and pickup the phone for them. Three stars, they were an easy drop off location.

The layout isnt that great but the service and vehicles were perfect

Price are ok...but prepare yourself for the horrific customer service!

The sad part is I had to at least put 1 star to leave a review NEVER go through this store I got charged a extra 751.96 6 days later overdraft my account $459 took every bit of money I had the company itself took care of and gave me the money back I paid for the truck but the point of be careful with your card on file at this store!!!!
