Great work, saw me quickly without an appointment. Fixed some issues caused by other muffler shop. Was in and out with 2 res deletes and fixed tips in a bit over an hour. Definitely not bad, will go again

Went in for catalytic converter change the car was running rough and losing power when I would give it gas.....technician diagnosed my car and said the catalytic converters were good he reset everything on the car ......then told me I might need a new EGR valve if the check engine light comes back on .....told me to take it for test drive ......I drove it to Florence exit heading to Austin and it ran perfectly and the car is running smoothly so far......I will definitely come back to change my o2 sensors and my shocks......these guys are honest and will not cheat you on your hard earned money like others will.....found a new mechanic.... Thank you A1!!!!!!

I went to them for a custom muffler delete. I am extremely happy with the work. My car sounds amazing. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Their pricing is also extremely competitive. I highly recommend this shop.

What’s worse than bad service? How about no service. Dropped off my car for a minor exhaust pipe repair at 0830 stopped back by at 1745 and the car hadn’t been moved. I’ve always tried to use small businesses but in this case go to a chain like Midas. Never use this place.

Cant rate high enough

I called to have duel exhausts installed on my truck,they quoted me a price and when I dropped off my truck they gave me a time to pick it up,so a hour after I got back home they call me to tell me that I was quoted a wrong price,they said that my price be $280.00 dollars more but I think that they was trying to take advantage of a handicap veteran.i will send this the bbb and also ft hood legal,maybe they should be put off limit for all soldiers to keep from getting ripped off

After seeing the reviews I had high hopes and was excited. The gentleman behind the counter was very professional, but I have been here 3 times and can’t seem to talk to the guy who runs the exhaust shop, he is never there. So I finally went to Bill’s Muffler they did a great job in a very timely manner. Don’t waste your time because that is all your going to do at this place.On a side note I will be back to get work done at the automotive repair shop at the same location, C&M Automotive, the owner was very professional and knowledgeable.

Been to A1 muffler 3 times now and the muffler guy is never there. this place is a joke. I am going to Bills muffler is Cove like another post suggested. Dont go out here it is a waste of time and gas. If I could give it no stars I would.

Installed headers on my 66 Chevy p/u year and a half ago did a super job pipe mount broke this month due to no fault of A1 put 2 yards of compost in bed of truck they replaced and repaired for no charge excellent work great customer service thank you thank you

Took my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 in for an adapter welded to my flex pipe. Jason helped me out quick. Was in and out within 20 mins. Great welds, appreciate it man. Sounds great!!! Recommend Jason to weld up youre exhaust.

Watch out for this place i took my rv in to repair a minor problem nothing to do with transmission and i had no check engine light on when thay was done with my rv the check engine light was on so i went to auto zone had them scan for codes and came back as transmission codes i took a look under the rv and seen to plugs un plugged i plugged them back and no more check engine light so watch your self from this place

Really good work on replacing my catalytic converters very convenient

This shop took me for a ride. Went in around May to have Flowmaster Super 10s put on my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I left the shop not thinking much of it. My truck was louder and exhaust tips were welded on slightly crooked. Well here we are 4 months later and I decide to get under my truck for the first time. I look at the muffler and no where on there is the signature stamp of Flowmaster. This makes me very curious. I then took my truck to Bills Muffler Shop in Copperas Cove ( where I should have taken it the first time) and explained the situation. They put it on a lift and came and got me immediately. Not only did A1 Muffler NOT put Flowmaster Super 10s on my truck (they put some cheap knock off) but they also attempted to re-use my factory pipes. Then he points out leaks on every weld throughout the whole system. Also they ran my exhaust pipes so close to my brake lines that if I put any weight in the bed of my truck the exhaust actually sits on my brake line. They did all this while still charging me 515 dollars for a Flowmaster exhaust. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to this shop. A bunch of thieves!
