The lady named Monica who was working at the Killeen location on Sept 17th @ 430pm is by far the rudest representative I have ever spoken to. I would like someone from upper management to call me asap in regards to her unprofessional blatantly rude attitude. All I wanted was an update on my paint order for my appartment community.

Helpful staff with the service & product youd expect from Sherwin-Williams. Lacking as far as in store accessories selection across the board, but that might be due to store volume.

We were purchasing paint for a project. Weve done a lot of painting in the past in a previous home. We were going to use Cashmere again but Nate, who was a great help, informed us that a specialty all purpose latex paint would be best for this project. He helped us save money with coupons and was friendly throughout the entire transaction.

The store had just what I needed.

In 2014 the company installed the ceramic tiles in my house the manager told me that I have 5 years warranty, few day ago I found in my tiles a small hollow and crack I contacted then and they told me that they did not work anymore with flooring and they said to contact the one in temple. I spoke with Oscar in temple he tried to contact Killeen but they found the invoice but not the contract very convenience either Temple or Killeen did not back their Job or grant they word. Thats why I gave them 1.
