Very first place I shop for all my auto parts is AutoZone I go to the one in King City at the shopping mall by Safeway because the manager knows his business. My dear friend Johnny has recommended this place above all. Courteous polite young men and women work there. The store is clean and is stocked well.

I dont know about those things is the wrong answer from someone standing behind the parts counter. If youre going to do a job, learn it, dont just collect a paycheck. Big customer service fail!

After the OReillys radiator had a badly machined oil hose port I went to Autozone. The guys behind the counter got my part quickly and it installed without issue.

They need Better service workers with knowledge of their products.

Seems like its family operated. The employees dont have a sense of urgency it seems. For example they have 3 or 4 employees, 1 cashier open with a line of 6 people. Other than that, they have what I need and close to home so this is where I go.
