What. A. Mess. This used to be a very well stocked and organized store. I noticed the bridal registry was closed, and in the kitchen area theres more private label items. Im wondering if theyre planning a renovation or if the store will be closed.

Wednesday morning and early afternoon are the best times to shop here

Pretty convenient location, although I wish they hadnt closed the location closer to where I live. I came in to pick up a few household items that I soon learned werent out on the floor, so I asked an associate to help me get the right color I was looking for. She was helpful enough, but the whole process took longer than I would have liked.

Employee named Sue was talking to me like I was a special needs person. I needed to make a return. In which she said all of it! No just half. Then asked if I had a receipt. Which was already out and visible.

Always a delight to be in Bed bath and beyond. The quality of product is so good

The worst BB&B I have ever been in! Things were disorganized, no flow to the store, multiple carts of merchandise in the walkways and blocking other products, only 1 employee looked up and acknowledged me and asked of they could help me find anything. When I went to pay, a body wash that the sign said $4.99 (there were multiple bottles of the same one on the shelf behind it). I made a point to double check the sign, as it was a product Id not seen or purchased here before. It rang up for $14.99 and when I questioned it, the cashier used hand held scanner, came up $8.99. Another employee physically went over to check the sign on the shelf, and REFUSED to honor the sign posted at $4.99, but offered 10% off of the $14.99. Both of the stores I previously worked in would have apologized for the discrepancy, and honored the $4.99 sign posted at this time, as it was a store mistake, then gone and fix the sign on the shelf to reflect the correct price.Needless to say, I didnt purchase it and left frustrated and disappointed. As a former employee of the chain, this store location is a disgrace!

Had a great visit to this store. I had a very helpful associates Jack and Sue. They stayed after closing to help me complete my order. Then after walking to my car I dropped a box classes that I just bought. I had to go back into the store, which was closed and the manager darrin was more then willing to let me exchange the classes at no charge. Great service, thanks to all 3 of you. Keep up the great customer service.

This bed bath and beyond is super weird. We were looking for comforters and their selection was OK but they mostly had queen or smaller. Lots of twin. Everyone was having fun tho and I respect a fun workplace

This is the worst BBB I have been in, in a long time. I dont know what happened to this particular store, but inside was horrible. Sadly I will not shop here again

My first time in this store not bad at all. You can always find something in anyone of them. They make good decisions on the products they sell to the consumers. My checkout person had something wrong with her voice maybe she should have stayed home.

Great stuff, but the store was kind of messy. Check out was chaotic with pick up orders, a random cart without a customer occupying one register, and phone calls interrupting in person sales. I know its hard with covid, but this store needs to tighten up.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store thanks to an incredibly helpful employee named Bree. She took time to help me find some great gifts and I also saw her personally helping another customer- making suggestions, checking prices and pointing out good deals. Other employees were also very helpful and friendly even at the end of the day.

The store was well. The service was the biggest issue. Employees seemed dismissive and not willing to help. But the store was clean and there was good selection.

I didnt shop at BB&B. I just drove past it.

Lots of household goodies. All types of styles and brands. Customer service has alot to be desired. Make sure you have your 20 percent coupon, because they wont give you the discount without it. Enjoy!

I stopped in here yesterday to pick up an item I needed for my Keurig. The website shows the item and listed this store so I figured Id be in and out in 5 minutes. Wrong. I searched through the entire coffee section and end caps for 10 mins looking for the item. Nadda. Finally I see what looked like a store employee so I said excuse me to ask her for assistance. Upon hearing this, she stops on her heel, turns to me and rolls her eyes with that look that yells What? Youre bothering me. I proceeded to ask about the item Im looking for. Instead of walking me across the aisle to check and see if there was an area I missed, she nodded her head in that direction and said theyd be over there, if not I dont know what to tell you. We dont get them in then proceeded to walk away from me. I know many BB&B stores are closing this year - if for customer service, then this experience explains why.

Cannot express how awful this place is. I wasted 50 minutes of my life here when all I needed to do was a curbside pickup of my online order. so very angry and so very disappointed. the employees are terrible beyond belief, not to mention plain rude and incompetent. they straight up lied to me. dont go here unless you want to be treated badly and waste your time

The Jenkintown location is closed as is now the Plymouth Meeting location. So we went to the King of Prussia store and they are out of stock as is every store within a 50 mile radius. So I ordered the Chanukah (spelled Hanukkah)menorah (its really a Chanukiyah) on EBay which will not arrive in time but I will have it for next year. I also bought what holiday items they offered at the store in the way of chocolate & chocolate pretzels so it wasnt a total loss.

Like the store . Prices could be better. Staff can be grumpy.

Selection of what I needed was ok, but it’s clear the employees hate their jobs. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and had a different cashier each time...all of which were in terrible moods, even the old lady with red hair. Tonight, there were no employees on the floor, instead they were all huddled together at the registers. I was the only one in line and waited for them to finish their conversation before being able to check out. They need an employee makeover - hire people who would actually want the job and greet the customers nicely. From now on I’ll go to the one in Stowe or Exton.

I purchased a mattress protector which hope it helps. I have purchased a number of fitted sheets which ripped.

I went in to do a store pickup. I was in and out in less than two minutes. The employee who helped me was very friendly.

Will not return (even for store credit) a very expensive weighted, cooling blanket a friend gifted me because I dont have the receipt.

Wrong prices on the shelves and no prices at all kn some things I was going to buy. I showed the mgr and he said theres nothing he can do but offer 20% off. Need to clean up the store and get it right.This is an example of wrong pricing on shelf!

I used the curbside pickup option and they brought my items out in under 5 minutes in spite of them being obviously busy.

I love using the $5 off of $20 coupons that come in the mail. If you come during a really good sale week, your savings will really add up and you can get your purchases for a significant discount. I also recommend coming here for great gift ideas. The complimentary gift wrap and registry are located in the front of the store on the left side. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking and restroom available.

Excellent Place. Good prices. When I found a saleswoman she told me where racks for roasting pans are located and I was connected with another very good saleswoman who guided me to a satisfactory solution. Replacement for the rack is a non metal! Looks promising. Good customer service MATTERS!

Great selection, I feel that its a little too crowded though, the building isnt large enough for all their merchandise. Aisles feel cramped, lots of end caps and displays in the aisles. Service is average, havent had any issues here.

Nice store. Well stocked. Cashier helped me figure out how many & the best coupons to use. The ones you get in the mail never expire so hold on to them. Convenient parking.

If I cant find it on Amazon or if I need it right away this is my place to go.Use the coupons even if they are outdated they willt still take them.

The worst Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I have ever been in.

I like the Bed Bath and Beyond and you can buy a College Students and you can buy a Kitchen Supplies, Bedding Supplies, and Baths.

Store is clean, but I was a little disappointed in the Christmas gifts for children. Last year there were numerous board game s, i.e., checkers, bingo, chess which were relatively inexpensive and this year nothing like that in stock.They also had these cool metal tropical containers for drinks, again nothing similar or new.

This place is very well organized great friendly staff.. but I could not find a California king anyting in stock.. not to worry the staff assured me we can find it online and have it delivered to their location

Slow service for online order pick up.

B B &Beyond owns Buy Buy Baby - DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !!!! I ordered 7 items from Buy Buy Baby as a work gift and got routed to Bed Bath & Beyond KOP to pick up one of the items that should have been delivered. BB Baby is apparently owned by BB&Beyond. Buy Buy Baby took about a week and a half to TRY and deliver the items to my office building where we routinely receive multiple packages all day, every day from all types of vendors. They sent my 7 items in about 5 or 6 packages. After about a week I got one package with one item, then they sent me a postcard from UPS telling me to go to Bed Bath & beyond to pick up an item that did not have an apartment number? This is an office building in an office park. Also, I did not order anything from Bed Bath & beyond, so on a guess and a prayer, I drove to the BB & B store 10 minutes away hoping that I was getting a gift or maybe this was an item from my BB Baby order - are they a UPS package pickup location?There at the Bed Bath & beyond store in King of Prussia, PA at Noon on 5/20/19 I had the displeasure to deal with a manager woman and a store manager - Roger - who first of all did not have my package, but that was just the beginning of my frustration. Then they told me I could drive to West Chester PA to pick it up and if I didnt want to do that, they could refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager because they were failing to acknowledge the total waste of my time running around after this package AND they were then unwilling to deliver the package to a perfectly good office address - proven by fact that they already delivered 1 item. They kept repeating that they can refund me and ignored the inconvenience part and my request to just have package delivered as ordered. Those two are idiots who seem to have trouble understanding my customer complaint. We all speak perfectly good English, what is the problem here???? What a waste of gas and 25 minutes of my life!!Bed Bath & beyond is doing a HORRIBLE JOB of managing the BuyBuy Baby online process causing confusion, frustration and waste of customers time, gas money, etc. Just order from Carters or somewhere where they know how to do online orders! Im going to try to cancel the rest of this order or send it all back in protest. I will never order from BuyBuy Baby again!!

Maraid was unbelievably wonderful helping me to locate a discontinued item today. She has remarkable patience and determination and the King of Prussia store is lucky to have her! Thank God customer service lives.

A regular BB&B, small location and the prices are bit high depending on what youre looking for. But very easy to have everything in one shop. Especially when moving from out of state. The employees were easy to talk to and work with.

I went here to buy curtains for a small window and the staff just was not able to provide any help. After waiting for 15 mins for their curtain expert in store, all he said was, yes these are all the curtains we have. Ofcourse, the store itself sells great stuff so Ill shop here again but maybe not ask for help.

Staff was so rude and condescending. Asked for a item. They couldn’t figure out what it was, told me to go stand somewhere like a child and then a women came up and then walked away. Ended up ordering online on my phone in the store. Very unkind, unprofessional, needs customer service training.

The store was confusing and i had trouble locating an item and couldnt find anyone to help until I got to check- out. Which was odd - especially Bbb - any other time in asked 3 ir 4 times if they can help me.

Our checkout clerk, Jen, seemed very grumpy when we decided to split our order so we could take advantage of coupons. Unacceptable! Otherwise, we found what we needed.
