I disagree with the last review about Lily because she was actually so helpful. I used to work in retail and sometimes not everyone knows exactly what they are selling and that’s okay. Maybe Lily was new at the time or enjoys other art things than sewing.However. I had a great experience at michaels with Lily. She helped me out with My purchase and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of. She was very sweet and kind!

This place has a wide variety of items for all your arts and crafts needs. I went here yesterday to get washi tape and pens and the variety of items sold is amazing.

They had some pretty decent stuff but the shelves need to be restocked.

Rating KOP PA in store-Lily at register is clueless ditz. Didnt know what needlepoint or cross stitch was, let alone how to find it in the store. Lily decided to check out people at the register leaving me(1st in line) standing and waiting. II was waiting for a price check because a vast amount of the items in this filthy dirty store are NOT priced and the customer(love to do their work b4 I pay them!!!) price scanner at the back of the store doesnt work. Lily doesnt work very well either but she DOES know how to refuse to call another employee to help me when I politely asked. There are other craft stores nearby. Do yourself a favor and go to them instead of this one

Great store, had everything I wanted na more, right? Only negative is they had only one poor cashier that was unable to keep up with the line. She asked for assistance multiple times but they just diddnt have the staff I think.

Im giving 2 stars only because Ive had good experiences when shopping in person, but their buy online, pick up in store is horrible. And the way the staff treats phone calls is abysmal. I placed an order on a Monday (before 3pm) for pickup in store. When it wasnt ready by Wednesday, I called to see what was going on. My first call went unanswered. My second, I immediately got placed on hold when the phone was answered without any greeting. When they finally took me off hold a few minutes later, I asked about the order. They said they would check and put me on hold again. For HALF AN HOUR. Eventually, I just hung up and called back. The phone was immediately answered and I told them my issue. She said she would check on it. Put me on hold again for another 10 minutes only to come back and say theyre too busy and the order wont be ready. I asked if they had any idea when it would be ready, as it was already 2 days past when it was supposed to be done, and she said she didnt know. I understand that theyre busy, but they shouldnt advertise pickup same day if they cant deliver on that. And the fact that they just forget about customers they put on hold is horrible. I guess Ill only be doing my shopping in person from now on.

Cashier, Josh was super friendly and hilarious with my three year old son. He was making my son crack up by pretending that he could hear him, but couldn’t see him. My son thought it was hysterical and when we got into the car he says, “Mommy. That was so fun. That guy thought I was a ghost. He’s super silly.” The customers on the line thought it was hilarious, too. Need more people like him in customer service! :)

Michaels is okay AC Moore has a lot more Crystal and a good Stone beads I mostly buy online I try to get the unique stuff nobody else has.

Vince at KOP was super nice & a great assistance locating different items in the store. He made my shopping experience easy since this was my 1st visit.

I got a pick up order and there was a slight mix up where the order was supposed to be ready but wasnt when I arrived. Bob did an amazing job helping me and made sure I didnt have to wait long. He had a wonderful can do attitude. I truly appreciated him and his coworkers!

Its just the same ole same ole. But they have adapted really well to pandemic status. If theres long lines, a staff member comes by and scans your items. So all you have to do is pay for it and put it in the bag at the register. Well done, Michaels.

Store has seen better days... starting to look dated.. overpriced compared to other local craft store.. and December 11th barely selection of Christmas items and crafts.. plenty of wrapping paper, still full price.

Everything is organized well and the prices are great. If you need anything from paints to yarn Michaels has you covered. I especially love the selection of small Artist Loft Sketch Book that come in several sizes, a few different paper types and many colors. If you have a little artist in your family be they sketchers, doodlers, pixelers or colorers youll definitely find a cute little portable sketch book they will love!

Great retail as usual, I find everything I need accents to decorate my house at lower costs

I love Micheals for all my crafting needs. There however was an employee that deserves recognition. His name was Vince he was super helpful and very friendly!

Not a huge fan of Michaels. I also feel like I never see employees there unless they are the cashier. I even had another customer ask if I saw anyone who worked there. Acmoore was better.

Nice store with good variety, but I went there only twice and there was a lot of stuff out of stock, you also could find lower prices at other places.

The store is okay in general. Staffs are not that friendly. They usually have art supplies in stock. The issue here is the LADIES ROOM. Omfg. The larger accessible stall was disgusting and the toilet was covered in flies! No paper towels or hand dryer.

If you love arts and craft then Michaels is the place to go,right off 202 in king of Prussia, the associates are very helpful and friendly and a very large selection of crafts its something for everybody there of all ages.

Had to hurry and get what I needed before I spent more than I intended too.

This Michaels is a little cramped, but its also practically connected to that target so you can walk between them. I think theres even an elevator.

We were looking for decorative lanterns. They had none left from their Clearance, however, they show on-line that they have.

That store in KOP doesnt have much stock.

They had exactly what I needed, plenty of check stands open, friendly staff and pricing was fair.Much better than H.L. just down the road, which I walked out of after being in line for 8 minutes.

Not very organized but they have a huge selection, check the website and have them pick it for you.

This is by far the worst curbside pickup experience of my life. Not only did I have to call 5 times to get help but then had to wait 30 mins for my order. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude. It seems they had a system error which was not communicated. In the future, let your customers know that there is an issue instead of completely ignoring myself and the SEVEN other cars waiting! I’m happy to give you my money if you show your customers some respect. Maybe you should also check your employee’s attitude.

The selection and layout are very full and abundant at this location! I just moved to the area and Im very excited to have a Michaels so close to me. Staff is great and very helpful if you dont know where to find anything, because the layout is different than other locations. please make sure to take the time to look at the different sections and enjoy that there is a lot of clearance product!

Good store big selection nice people a little understaffed which means theyre looking for new employees apply there now for a job!Has really good prices right now on xmany excess Christmas decorative items!They have a sheltered entrance which I appreciate to keep purchases dry and safe in inclement weather. I have a clean neat public restroom which I frankly appreciate cuz its easy to get lost in this huge wonderful store!♥️Linda, Bob, and Nathan were especially helpful.

I had several large posters I needed help obtaining dimensions and appropriate frames for, and Dayna was a stellar help in accommodating my needs. She took a considerable chunk of time aside to assist me and was very patient through the whole process. Her and her co-workers and manager were a very kind and welcoming staff and Id happily recommend this Michaels location to anyone in need of good poster frames.

The best craft store in town. I find almost everything I need. I found the best easel there that was under 20 dollars. Even if you arent an artist of any art, just go and visit this store and you will get some curiosity . Great place for kids and adults alike.

Its the closest craft place near me so my opinion is so so. The prises are high and they have limited things so (coming from an artist) I like AC Moores better. The place is good enough for me.

This place has something for every crafter and beginner artist. Ive gotten lost for awhile in their jewelry making section, especially the beads. They are very helpful and patient at this location. Great sales and coupons. I usually spend more than expected whenever I go. Do sign-up for the rewards program to get even bigger savings.

One of my favorite places to go and muse and be inspired to craft. They keep some kind of sale going and accept competitor coupons. They have also instituted motorized carts for the disabled which makes it an even better experience. AC MOORE hasnt done that yet, and they are the only real competition Michaels has. The electric cart put Micheals over the top.

It was okay, nothing too special. Its not different from many other Michaels but the location itself I kind of cool because its in the air right next to target.

Generally A good source for art and craft supply with a pretty good selection of common products. However, DO NOT EVER just pick your stuff and pay. Prices are commonly too high and only by using the current coupons off of their website, you will get to an acceptable deal. Same is especially true for custom mapping/framing work which seams to be discounted abouy half of the time. I find this very annoying as it feels more like an attempted rip-off than occasional offers. That is my main reason to deduct 2 stars. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly

Custom Framing- The people in this section of the store really know what they are talking about. I went to them to get a painting that was gifted to me custom framed. They talked with me about which colors to I wanted to pop, which wood to use and the like. When there was an issue from their warehouse for my frame, they let me know about the issue and were great through the whole process.Rest of the store- I make small gifts for my girlfriend and only go shopping here. Many of the associates have helped me to find the perfect piece for her gift. They know the store and their products well.

I love this Michaels. They are organized and have lots in stock for those good deals. I always find what I’m looking for.
