My car was in an accident and i never heard of this business prior but i’m very glad the insurance company sent me here. Jim who worked on my car and he was amazing. When i received my car back i couldn’t believe the way it looked. it was like nothing ever happened the respect and knowledge the Jim gave me not knowing completing anything about cars i will send everyone to him. Jim allowed me to know everything he did with me car. I had a problem a few days after and and i called jim he gave me knowledge about my car even when it had nothing to do with the reason i took my car there to get fixed. So i thank him so much for all his hard work and dealing with my many calls after lol

I have gotten my car repaired by Caliber Collision back in November of 2020 (another location had repaired my vehicle). After having it over 30 days, the workmanship was poorly done. After many attempts to get this corrected including reaching out to cooperate. I had no choice but to live with the poor workmanship. Ive decided to reach out to this location instead. When I called immediately the phone was pick up by Chris Baptist. Since our first phone call he was very reassuring and understanding about my frustration. After seeing my vehicle he was very disappointed in the workmanship as well. Chris Baptist made sure that my vehicle will be repaired correctly and returned to its original state prior to the accident. He kept his word and stood by what Caliber Collision suppose to stand for. I am so pleased with this location and working with Chris Baptist. Ive tried contacting cooperate multiple times to have him recognize but no success. However, a review means a lot to people and I wanted to make sure this location and Chris Baptist gets recognized. Thanks again guys!!

We used Caliber Collision in King of Prussia for some pretty serious damage to our car. They were able to make the repairs flawlessly in only a couple weeks. They are not detail oriented, like a detail shop should be. They dont return calls in a timely fashion. They do not complete jobs on schedule. They are polite, and well meaning.

Caliber Collision came to my rescue after being rear ended. They were really quick to get me an appointment and assess the damage with an estimate. My repairs were expected to be finished in two weeks but were finished well before that. They also kept me informed the whole time with updates to the progress of the repair. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair, how well I was updated, and the time management with this repair.

Tried this place because of the great reviews, but don’t try to come here for a warranty claim. One of the managers is very helpful, and the other is very rude and will not put in any effort to help you.

Caliber Collision in KOP was impressive from the first call to the moment my vehicle was doing being repaired. Karley was very informative on how the process would work and their location was extremely convenient for me. When Hertz didn’t show up to my scheduled appointment, Karley was able to have Enterprise there & ready to pick me up within minutes. They kept me updated along the way and a job that should have taken a week took them two days. They even vacuumed out my truck before returning it to me. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and kind. I was 100% satisfied with my experience. No one plans on having to go to the body shop but if you do Caliber in KOP is the way to go.

Both the teams at University City and King of Prussia were amazing! They kept me updated on a daily basis and informed me of all the services they provided. Gave me time frames of how long the process would take. And they informed me of when and where my car was being moved. Got my car back and It looks newer than when I drove It off the lot! Even the i diste looks like it’s been clean! Drives amazing.

I got side swiped and luckily enough I have full coverage and my insurance has this shop for express repairs under Geico. Thank you so much for fixing my car and getting me back on the road. Gave me my vehicle back when its safe to drive. Although some service lights are still on. My car was serviced through Caliber Collision King of Prussia. When i arrived the front desk crew were very kind and welcoming. Dylan communicated with me about the estimate, and helped me understand the damages. When i arrived there was a issue where my car wouldnt start, so they kept the car for a additional overnight and had it prepared the next day.

Awesome customer service and the work they did was out of this world. They made my car look like it just came off the showroom floor.

I took my car in for repair of front fender damage which looked like it could have been extensive and expensive (probably would have been with the reputation of some repair shops). The nice fellows there worked on it in the parking lot for 20 mins and popped everything back into place making it look like it never happened. They didnt even charge me for it. Good business.

Caliber has been amazing throughout the whole process with my car. They kept me updated through text & phone calls. Once I came to pick up my car we realized my car battery had died, I personally went to pep boys to get a new battery & they ended up charging me way more then needed. Dillion at caliber had helped me with everything, ordering a new battery for me and installing it once he heard how much I was charged. I wish I could give 10 stars! Everyone here is amazing!

The estimated time to do the repair was 3 days. It only took one. The final bill was less than the estimate, My auto was returned to me completely cleaned inside and out. People there were great.

Very nice people, but extremely incompetent. My car was hit in October and for weeks, they failed to contact me regarding delays and issues. I had to contact them as to why they were taking so long to prepare an estimate and even after that, at least 2 weeks had gone by where they did not send the estimate to the insurance company. They blamed it on system issues and did not pick up when the insurance company called them to inquire about the delay. If you want your car fixed in a reasonable time, go elsewhere.

They aren’t friendly or courtesy I took my car there to get the door fixed and when I got my car back the locks don’t work right my door reflector light fell off and when I went to pick my car up. The miss placed my keys I was waiting for 20 minutes for them to find my keys

The experience at caliber was the upmost pleasure to deal with. Job well done. I highly recommend!
