I love Target because it generally has everything I need, from kids clothes, produce, electronics, and more, and the staff are super friendly. They offer the convenient Drive Up service, where you order online and two hours later, you simply drive up and an Associate will place your items in the trunk of your car.I did take one star off because with the Drive Up service, you may receive produce that is expiring soon or will expire that day. Additionally, if the produce you purchase has a coupon on it (because of the same day expiration), it will not be reflected in your final price unless you report it in the app. That said, the Target app is really well designed and user friendly.

This target has the best sbux!! They actually make the drinks CORRECTLY. Also the blue haired girl Olive is a sweetie and a great conversationalist

Wow such impatience from the employees. Very bad experience. Talked rudely about me when I was rushed through the checkout and just made me feel rushed and stupid. I always try to be courteous of the workers and the other customers. Expect this kinda behavior from customers but to have it from the employees. Embarrassing. Do better.

I’m not sure if anyone will actually read this but i come in every day to shop for shipt. i am always wearing a mask and gloves due to the fact that there’s a pandemic going on!the past 3 weeks i’ve gone in and have seen a young man up front who ALWAYS has his mask pulled down under his chin/face. the other day he got so close to me (with his mask pulled all the way down) i had to ask him to pull it upi then talked to some girls at guest service who let me know this is the front end manager Nick. this should be unacceptable.

Order was great except make sure you double check where store is located. Half if order was at one store and the other at another store . Had to cancel half the order and reorder items.

I had a great experience today at Target King of Prussia. A store associate by the name of Ms. D asked if I needed help finding something. She went out of her way to check the stock room for a specific type of salad I was looking for. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this Target location to others.

I really enjoy being able to place my order, have it ready within 2 hours, no delivery charge. What more do I need to say; Fast, Easy, Cost Effective and Efficient. Your service people are always pleasant and courteous. Covid 19 is still an issue as well as I have significant mobility issues. I love your service and hope you will continue it even when the pandemic has ceased to be an issue.

It took a while to find someone to help with the purchase of some headphones. But she was very nice and helpful. I think the headphones are very over priced.

Clean, well-stocked, friendly sales associates, merchandise easy to find. Was most impressed with the young man who was cleaning carts. He was the first person I encountered as I was reaching for a shopping cart. He offered a friendly greeting with a smile and assured me that the carts were fully sanitized and ready to use. WOW - what a way to start my shopping!!!

First multi floor Target Ive ever been to. It was a large store with everything youd expect out of Target. The special part was the cart escalator to get your cart down to the parking lot/garage. Very neat system and worth a look if youre in the area.

They usually have what I need in stock and the staff is friendly and helpful

This location has the worst girls department. They never seem to have anything, ANYTHING in my daughters size and age range. Womens dept. has everything you may need for your size but dont shop here for your kid you may not find the size you are looking for unless you have a son. Now that department has a ton of stuff. But you can order online... Forget it, if I wanted to order online I would have ordered from Amazon Prime and get it the next day and not wait a week from you! I think that is exactly what I will do. Target, you lost business due to a lousy selection. Dont try to blame it on Covid either, we have been living with this for a year now. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to get their act together.

This Target has my favorite clearance clothing section. I love the variety of sizes, colors and styles available. The produce selection could use more quality checks for things like rotten fruit and mold. The cosmetics department has great brands like e.l.f., NYX and Maybelline.

The discount and the help I received at the counter to fix my Target app on my phone. The kid should get a raise for his assistance to this disabled veteran!

I wish I had been able to pick up my items at the curb. I had to walk into the store, find the appropriate counter, wait for items to come out of a room and then grab a cart and walk to my car. Other stores provide curbside delivery, including Walmart in the area. However, the person who helped me with order was nice. The person who directed me to the appropriate counter, as clear instructions were not in email, was nice.

Easy on ordering and pick up all on the same day

I shop Target online because many times I cannot find someone to assist me or I find someone who tells me the item I am looking for is out of stock when the internet shows there is stock. I place all my orders for pick-up so I dont have to go through this.

I love this Target in King of Prussia. The escalators are great, fantastic prices and it has the best media selection in any Target I have been to!

They stock expired food so be sure to check dates or better yet, shop elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings for your store because you have many items that I need, but you sometimes trick me with your bait and switch pricing. The shelf has one price but it rings up differently at the register. Your employees always shrug it off as items placed on wrong area of shelf by accident. When this happens at various store and even in stores in different states it is no accident.

This is a great Target. It’s never too crowded, and the store is kept clean. I enjoy the grocery portion of the store, and I’m always running in to pick up some items for dinner. The lines at the register seems to move quickly. The staff does a great job opening registers if it gets busy. Also one of the friendliest cashiers of any location. The older gentleman who still stays in great shape, nice guy!

Short lines and friendly staff. Easy pick up options for in store or curbside. Normally everything we order is in stock. It’s simple to pick up by just showing the bar code which saves time.

I had an awesome experience. I loved how I could order and pick-up my items the same day. In fact, they said 2 hours, but I received an email withing one hour.

The wonderful customer service I received from employees Shawn and Princess. They were able to help me figure out that although I came a distance to buy the Deer Park water which was featured in my Target weekly circular, this store did not carry Deer Park. They researched the product to find if any other stores had it. They then were able to show me that the Poland Springs water was also on sale for 3 for $10 and because of their personal help, I bought the Poland Springs instead. They were so gracious and helpful and patient and considerate; they took care of me and made me feel like a valued Target customer. And to me, a loyal Target shopper, I was so impressed with their wonderful help. I cant say enough for Shawn and Princess.

Love this store. It is a very well organized store. More stuff in every category compared to other Target stores. You have covered Parking as well. For those cold winters, covered parking is a such a relief.They have Starbucks and Pizza hut at this location. Both are great. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Everyone is always so nice and the store is laid out well.

Large open floor plan with well organized and stocked shelves made finding what I wanted easy and pleasurable. Also, I was glad to have the option of organic produce that seemed to be fresh and reasonably priced. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, customer service was superior! I was greeted warmly and with a smile by every employee whom I encountered and the cashier specifically let me know that she could take me in her line immediately rather than having to wait. I shared positive experience already with my wife and will do the same with friends. Looking forward to a return trip!

Have not always been a target fan. Items expense. Lately they have had products ive looked for at Walmart. Love the graphic tees in mens dept. Jewerly very nice.

Target is good. This store though always seems to have a bunch of people at the check out. Lines of 5 people and they still only have 2 registers open. People will be at registers but then be closed and not taking more people although there are extremely long lines. Even now with the addition of a self check out the lines are still extremely long.

Target is a great store! They have wonderful associates who are very welcoming and helpful! The store is clean and bright, with everything from food to clothing to a terrific pharmacy with very nice people behind their counter. We love going to Target/CVS and we get our prescriptions filled with a smile! Thanks, Target! :)

Went 2 times for 2 different Baby registrys-Printer doesnt work at store and Employees do NOT know what they are doing-I had to Call in 800 # to register items! Educate your employees!!! And FIX your PRINTER that has been broken for 4 weeks!

Target always has a great selection of the products I need. I also appreciate being able to find a variety of items from clothing to groceries. This particular location was the most impressive Target I have ever seen. Products were well stocked, the store layout was great, and everything was clean and orderly. My favorite Target store by far!

Target is staffed with helpful people, they have great products at great prices. They also have an in store CVS pharmacy. I cannot believe the things I find at Target that no other store has. I love going into the store because it is clean and well organized. Whoever selects the merchandise and designs the layout and the displays should be commended. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. The parking garage is a great asset, especially in inclement weather. I am so grateful that I have a store of this quality so close to home.

One stop shopping

Very quick and efficient. The line was long but there were four people working and they were quick and thorough. My item was waiting in a secure location behind the counter unlike other Target stores where I’ve had to wait u til someone brought it from the back.

King of Prussia target is well supplied. The app is amazing for people on the go.........I love shopping online but dont enjoy the anxiety of hoping my package is delivered on time or at all. Paid for my item on the target app and less than 5 minutes to pick up, no pocket book needed!!!!

The workers here are always super friendly.

I was able to find what i needed quickly and used self check out. I didnt add my gift card to my wallet through the app properly but the associate was able to fix my issue quickly and did it in a friendly manner.

The cashier that I had tonight didnt say one word to me. It is not the customers job to be the friendly one and say a sinple Hello. Dont they realize we are the reason they have a job?? He spoke to his co-worker while he was ringing me out which is fine but you dont ignore the customer! The girl at the customer service desk was nice and pleasant to deal with.

The product are great. The grocery section is convenient. I loved that you had Pride products as well. I had a great experience.

This is the best Target Ive been to. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always organized and clean. I love the cart lift. The cafe is very clean and well-staffed, so wait times are never a problem. The store is laid out nicely and I never have a problem locating what I want to buy.

I was at the target today to buy some roller ball perfume. There were two items and one was open so I was hesitate to take one so put it back right away and took the unopened one. A employee named CONNIE (the one with glasses) came and asked me Did you just spray this one? I said no because I didnt and you cannot even spray this one since its roller ball perfume. She took it from me and asking me if I used this. I already told her no and that point, she gave me annoyed and rude attitudes toward me. I got really annoyed and dont want to accuse something I didnt know so I told her to smelled me since I used the test one Apricot perfume so she doesnt accuse me anymore. I guess we are not allow to use the sample or go near the wrapped box anymore... I used to love this target but anymore so rude rude rude.

The girl working at the Starbucks at 730pm on Friday 08/21/20 was extremely rude!!!!! I don’t know how she has a job! What a horrible way she treated customers by not saying anything and then when she did she had an attitude.

Fast and convenient.

I used to love this Target. But over the past year, I feel it has gone downhill. Associates (both Target and Starbucks) are rude to each other and rude to their customers. I actually have found this to be the case at the Plymouth Meeting Target as well. The store is always a mess and out of stock. When I placed on online order to pickup, when I arrived their scanner wasnt charged and it took them 15 minutes to locate my order. The system also didnt notify me that 3 of my items were out of stock and did not offer substitutions. I would actually have canceled the order all together if I knew these items were not available. I used to shop at Target ~85% of the time including groceries but I am now looking elsewhere and doubt I will spend much time or money at Target.

This is a very big Target compared to the ones near my neighborhood, there is an escalator that takes you up to the store and there is a Starbucks and Pizza hut. The staff is very helpful and they keep the place clean. There is also a parking garage in the back so no need to worry about finding parking!

The Pizza Hut was horrible. No food ready and every soda machine I tried gave dirty soda! You could visibly see black speckles that looked like coffee grounds. I needed to run to Target on my lunch break and though Id just grab a quick lunch on my way out. Ill never do that again!

I love Target. Always easy to find what you are looking for. But what made this Target really cool was the shaded/garage parking and, especially, the shopping cart escalator!

Adequate parking. Quick checkout. Clean store. 2 story building. Theres an escalator, elevator and stairs. Starbucks has a shop inside this Target. Staff is nothing to write home about.

I have been a Target shopper forj 40 years. I love Target, its selection, fashion forward styles, selection, and prices.

Store is so clean and there are actually people/ employees who are ready and willing to help you with your shopping experience.

This particular Target was not as crowded as others Ive experienced.

I really like this Target for a number of reasons. There is always a greeter who is friendly and helpful. In addition, the cashiers are conversational and arent afraid to promote the Target brand perks (ie: Cartwheel, REDcard). Kudos to Marina for being so nice.

This is my favorite Target. Gillian was very helpful with finding a shirt I was looking for! She was great and patient. I love this store.

Called three times to see if they had an item I was looking for at the store ( they have been out of it for a couple weeks), transferred to Market area each call with no staff member picking up the phone. I even mentioned this to the employee the second time I called, she quickly told me the employee was on break and a back up is walking over. Still no answer.

Yeah sure the store is huge and parking underneath is nice for staying out of the weather...but when I go to use the restroom and 2 of the toilet stalls are covered in feces, theres mold growing in the grout of my stall and the vents are covered in dust...I know I will not be back. Not to mention the rude service provided by some associates. When I was at the checkout and heard an associate who is in charge give a huge, rude and condescending attitude to an elderly gentleman who wasnt giving her a hard time but was simply hard of hearing, that sealed the deal for me. No patience, minimal pride in their facilities. No thanks.

Good customer service, HORRIBLE FOOD AND INVENTORY service. CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY. Every single time I go I find expired foods. Some over 6 months. I always point it out but when I go back its still on the shelf. Without fail you are guaranteed to find expired foods in EVERY food aisle. I guarantee it! Ive started taking pictures its so frequent. My last visit was fifteen minutes and I find four items with multiple quantities expired, just in the few aisles I went to for products. Also the in store inventory feature in the app is USELESS. It ALWAYS shows stock but you NEVER find it when you go. Which means they are not maintenance inventory AT ALL in this store. They may stock the shelves occasionally but thats it. No maintenance of any kind. Definitely needs improvement. It started as a great store and now its just ok.
