Could not have had a better experience than we had today at Patio.com. We needed to find a dining and seating group for our patio. We were hoping to be able to get furniture quickly since we have our whole family, including two adult children, home with us during this quarantine and wanted to enjoy it as soon as possible. With the help of Mike, a warm and accommodating manager who could not have been nicer, we were able to get everything--literally everything--we needed in one trip. We didnt expect this to happen, but Mike made it possible. He spent hours helping us with everything from giving us information about different sets and furniture lines, to helping us with sizing, to working with us on pricing, to having someone carefully wrap the furniture we purchased while my husband ran up the street to rent a van at Home Depot, and then helping us load the truck so we could bring it right home. The service was above-and-beyond and I can not recommend this store more. We were able to purchase display furniture at a deep discount that is in beautiful shape and that we love. My wife and I bought some new outdoor furniture for our new deck. We came to patio.com-KOP to see what they had. Mike was super helpful and patient with us. We were disappointed by the other stores in the area, they were very salesy and pushy and everything looked cheap and overpriced. In the process of building a new deck in my backyard and after doing some research on the internet, wanted to see the Polywood dining sets in person. Michaels store was the closest who carried it. I went to the store and Michael is a hoot. And, in a good way. Hes personable, doesnt mince words and tells it like it is. Making such a big purchase, always wondering if you are making the right choice. We talked through what my other options may be and for the price point and durability, he said the Polywood is the way to go. (Note, this will be outside 365 days/year.) I called him back a few days later to place my order. If you want, no nonsense, honest opinion and someone who is a joy to do business with, this is your place!

Just visited patio.com yesterday looking for a new table. We got a great price on a floor model, which is a beautiful expanding concrete table. Mike was very knowledgeable about all of their products and willing to answer all of the questions we had. There is a ton of inventory there, and they noted that items ordered new could be delivered in two or three days. The floor models had to be picked up, which we did with a rented truck ($29) from a big box hardware store. Great overall experience. I would highly recommend checking out what they have. I just purchased a new sofa set from the King of Prussia location. I had been looking for a long time for a reasonably priced out door sofa set that allowed for a wrap around seating, around a new fire pit. They had an item that could work perfectly and it was light weight so i can move it myself in pieces. The owner of the store was very helpful, and fast in coordinating my order and is willing to hold on to my peices until i can accept delivery. They have a very large stock of items. I am a continuous loyal customer . I was there over the the holiday weekend (memorial weekend) and the store was so busy with customers and yet Mike the manager had time to greet me and welcome me back . He handed me a tablet to assist my shopping needs until he had spare time to assist me ...the tablet was very helpful and a great idea for customers to look at while a salesperson gets to you. With all the sales they offered I was happy with my final choice and I will once again return when I need more furniture. I keep coming back because the service is excellent and the quality of the furniture excellent as well.

So easy to order during Covid! I finally got my new patio done and needed new furniture. I saw what I liked outside the store and then placed the order via whatsapp video after talking with Mike and learning more about the warranty and pricing. I read the reviews before heading to Patio.com in King of Prussia because i needed more options on what i was looking for. I arrived on a weekend which was a few people looking around. I was greeted after i got out of my car. So far so good.....I looked at all the many selections they had to offer. Salesman Mike checked on me every few minutes for any questions i may have had. I finally found what i needed and talked and closed with Mike and gave me a great price that you couldnt find anywhere else for this quality and brand. I chose delivery and had no issues what so ever. Definitely will be back again but what i am confused about is the reviews on yelp about this place. The furniture placed outside are for customers to see. Those arent the pieces you take home. Those are displays unless you choose to buy the displays. Everything can be purchased brand new from their warehouse. Buying online doesnt get you the service and the headache free of buying. When you buy online you have to deal with what comes broken or why is it delayed,etc....Patio.com cuts that headache in half. They do the worrying if i get my furniture on time or not and if it comes to me in good new condition as i was told and i verify just by shopping there for the first time and getting my delivery headache free. If you dont have the funds to spend on good quality furniture then go elsewhere. These reviews about how pricey it is is not their fault for a bad rating. I think customer service is top notch and so is the quality.

Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Went here to get pool cue’s and a new set of balls. He took the time to explain the differences in the level of balls, and cues (I am by no means a professional player, just like to play with my friends). Pricey Furniture, but seems like good quality. Issues with getting cushions cleaned. Warm Soapy water is leaving a yellow ring on white material. Owner did offer to clean it, so we will see how it weathers. Only had one week and now it looks gross with cleaning rings. Ill update review after we take the cushions back to be examined. Not worth it if this is a long term issue with inside foam being yellow and always bleeding through.
