If you dont have a Quench system in your office, you should look into it! My office has used two Quench UV water coolers for over 5 years and I love it! Like really love it. Whew, my secret is out! Yes, I feel silly writing a review about water, but Quench deserves the credit. The cold water option is always crisp and refreshing and the hot water option is great for tea. You cant beat filtered, clean tasting water! Plus, for those environmentally friendly folks out there, there are no wasted bottles to toss out. Nice! Im not involved in requesting maintenance of the coolers, but Ive seen Quench reps in our office regularly throughout the years to ensure our machines are running in tip top shape.

After extensive research our company found that Quench was the best deal for both the pricing and what it has to offer. The customer service is exceptional both over the phone and during the installation process. We had a specific issue that they went above and beyond to solve and therefore we cannot recommend them enough. Bottle dispensers are germ infested and Quench solved our companys issue at a good price with great machine options. Highly Recommend.
I will never do business with this company again! The sales representative did not fully explain their contract and terms. Our unit hasnt been cleaned or maintained in 4 years... GROSS! I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and when we asked to terminate because we no longer needed the water service. We were hit with over $750 in fees for cancelling our contract. Apparently, the contract auto renews for another lease term equal to the initial term length. It is VERY SHADY when a business does not fully explain their contract to the customer. It is like they were trying to hide that detail so that they can collect even more money from you because you were unaware. I am an owner of a business myself and I am appalled that businesses choose to treat their customers this way!
This system was wonderful during the short period of time I had access to it (4 months) but thier internal communications and customer service, not so good. I took over the lease on the previous tenants unit and knew all along that it was up in Nov. I reached out mid Oct to inquire about a full buyout of the unit. They came back with a fair price so I told them to proceed. The rep didnt get me the contract when he said he would so I reached out again as the end of the month was approaching and he said he would get it to me before he left for the day. Nothing... I reached out again, another apology. The next day (11/1) I come into the office and see the water cooler missing. The contract wasnt complete and they did not communicate internally to stop the removal of the unit. I reached out to the rep, he said sorry let me get someone to contact you about a new. I said, I have no interest in a new one, please see what you can do about the original agreement. No response. I then get someone from sales, I told him I have no interest in a new one, please see what you can do about the original agreement. Nothing. Then, a week latter the gal I originally connected with emailed to see how things went. I explained to her the situation and the lack of response and proceeded to ask her the same, please see what you can do about my original agreement. Then guess what happened? NOTHING! Again, system was great, service was was not. Unless of course you want to buy a new one :)
Our office recently switched to Quench after years of frustration with our last providers technical support. A Quench serviceperson quickly and graciously set up our countertop unit. It fits perfectly into our very tight kitchen space.
The water from these coolers is great – they even make City water drinkable, and I dont need to bring in my own bottled water or soda every day.
Horrible customer experience. We found little floaties in the water and they did not return calls for service. We eventually stopped using the machine. When we called to have them pick up the unit we found out their billing department messed up and didnt bill us, so they sent us to collections instead of writing a letter letting us know they messed up. Refused to end the contract while there was a balance on the account. SCAMMERS. BEWARE.
Horrible customer service. Charged us $150 to pick up the unit on 11/4 (after giving 30 days notice) and low and behold I got charged for the WHOLE month of November. All they keep telling me is thats what the contract said. I am so tired of dealing with this company. Dont do business with them.
This company has horrible customer service. I have been trying to order another piece of equipment for 2 weeks. I call every day and they tell me that my sales rep is busy and will return my call. He has yet to return my call. I have asked for a manger to call me back and have yet to receive a call back from him either. I dont know how this company is still in buiness.
Horrible company. HORRIBLE. They failed to bill our account some months ago and instead of contacting us about a payment they sent it directly to collections. They have ignored 3 requests for service. Their customer service has been complete crap. F- or 1 star. However you want to look at it. Save yourself a ton of money and get one of these from Menards for 180.
