I went in looking for two specific containers. Within a couple minutes of looking, a sales associate offered to help me. I told her what I was looking for, she wasn’t sure where the item was, so she got someone who did know. That person took me to the places in the store where it should be. I showed her the picture of the product I wanted on my phone (should have started with that🤦‍♀️) and she took me exactly to where it was, and pointed it out to me.

Nice selection of this to get organized, but lots of missing prices, and sparse selection of the storage bins we were looking for. Also, a manager had a conversation on the sales floor that I shouldnt have been able to hear (it was unprofessional).Finally: it was all less expensive on Amazon.

Uneven customer service and poor line control. Told us to wait in line on one side of the register and then started taking people as they walked up. The other sales associate tried to be apologetic, but its hard to ignore rude sales people. Wont be going back any time soon or recommending them to anyone.The closet hangers we got were good quality and decently priced which gave it a second star.

I love how I come here for one specific thing and then I spot something that I didnt know I needed. They have an amazing selection of acrylic organizers for makeup lovers like myself. The staff is so knowledgeable of the products that they carry and are always happy to help you find what youre looking for.

I have always loved shopping at The Container Store. I needed to put shelves in my weirdly laid out laundry room, so I thought of them first. The person I worked with (forget her first name, but last name was Vinci), was so helpful and designed a system that works so well. If I have any more organization projects, I will be sure to go back here for them.

I couldnt find the size I needed in a container to fit in the refrigerator, or the bathroom, they have basic office supplies, which are cheaper at Staples. I havent found anything unusual or different, I have better luck at Home goods and theyre a lot less money. I had a specific size container I needed I got a much better price and fit at Amazon and free delivery at Amazon. I dont think fabric shelving systems are containers. Way too pricey, virtually no customer service, lines are too long, not enough people at the checkout, and when someone came up to check out another customer they told me to go in a different line, which was really long-that they werent open, I went to the other line and they opened the first line I went in. Rude service, other customers were rude, everyone loses their patience in that store because of lack of service and lines are too long- correction only one line was open.

Great products, good quality, sometimes over priced. Today the staff was amazing. I was in the store longer than expected due to errors with their credit card processing company and their internal pos system. Their service center tried to fix it via phone but made it worst by adding additional charges on the card. However the staff in the store were so attentive and professional. They ensured to resolve the matter and remove any additional over charges and they did just that! They made sure I was charged appropriately made all the necessary phone calls and made me feel comfortable during a stressful purchase. Thank you to the team at the kop location for such a great job done!

Well-stocked, clean, and tons of interesting stuff. Issue is that much of it is high-priced items that could be found cheaper on Amazon, Wal-Mart, or more importantly for the ingenious ideas displayed there, IKEA. Not a knock, as I gave them four stars, because everything was presented perfectly and it really is great for almost any container you may need, ever. And there are some unique items to the place. But I cant afford most of them, and Im a rocket surgeon. It really aint rocket surgery, though. And Im not really. But Im serious about the pros and cons here. Enjoy the place, honestly!

Quite an array of containers. If you need to store something they have it. The quality of the containers exceeds anything youll find at the box stores. You pay a premium for it but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful store, but some cranky staff.

Horrible handling of covid. Will never buy anything from this store. They make people wait in long lines in dead cold winter. How is this protecting people while they are standing shoulder to shoulder outside of your store. Maybe you can get their number and ask them to wait in the their car and text them when you are ready to let them in.

I wanted to review this particular store to highlight their attention to detail in regards to COVID-19 safety. Employees were extremely attentive to ensuring all cleaning/sanitary supplies were stocked at the door, and the cashier cleaned the counter & card machine after EACH use. I even saw employees come in for their shift and they had to be temp checked. This is about the only store that I’ve been to that has truly adopted a sensible routine to combat this virus.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The store is organized and the employees are always helpful. There are designated areas for certain items (i.e. I know that Ill always be able to find kitchenwares on the right side of the store).Youre likely to never find any discrepancies in prices between the store and the website. I was here this past Saturday to purchase items that were unavailable to order online and ship. The inventory showed the exact quantity this location had in stock. Despite the store being busy, I was able to complete my shopping efficiently. One employee who helped me offered to keep my smaller items at the register until I was ready to check out.

It was too expensive. not what I expected definitely had some nice things. the employees were just talking to each other the whole time while me and 3 other people waited in line.

On a busy shopping day - the day after Christmas - the store was well-staffed, and the staff were friendly. Good selection, on a wide-range of storage and organization products. Pricing a bit higher - we ran to IKEA after here, and found some identical products that were 15-20% cheaper, there. However, the store is easy to get through, and much smaller than IKEA. Definitely has a hipster-vibe, but thats okay. Good value proposition, per se - its too bad that Google has to sell merits descriptive of the leadership being women-run, or LGBTQ-friendly to persuade people to visit in its listing, almost as if it is otherwise subpar, all else being equal. I think if youre a Dallas Cowboys fan, despite being in the heart of Eagles country, you would also feel respected and safe here, too.

Parking lot was totally full on a Saturday which made parking a little stressful. Everyone at the store was friendly. The frustrating thing is buying a bunch of storage containers of tough because the store is actually pretty tight inside so its hard to pick your containers and keep browsing.

Huge location with just about every storage option you could think of.

Love my finished closet but it took the better part of a year for all three pieces to arrive. They treat their employees terribly, especially during COVID.

I used to love shopping here. The store has really gone down hill after closing for COVID. It seems like there are just as many people shopping but barely any staff available to help. The ones who are they are very rude- Sara was especially difficult to deal with. Bed bath and Beyond & Ikea are close enough you are better off shopping there.

We used the container store for all the closets in our new house. We have considered using Closets By Design which we have used in previous homes, but the features, the costs, the ease of designing and the flexibility of making changes made the decision to use The Container Store and easy one. I have gone back to add items and make changes numerous times since they keep the design electronically stored.

They have literally everything you could want to help organize your life. Its hard not to go there and want to spend all of your money.

Ot is the one-stop place for products to hold things. Just walking through the store gave us ideas..of course, requiring some very cool and useful things. You must allocate some time to walk around and back again...

I just love Container stores! All the stores I have been too have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Yes, you can find the stuff they sell somewhere else, but you can’t find it all in one place, compare and choose what’s best for you. It’s inspiring and they only sell quality products.

Service with a smile must be the mantra here. Every visit to this location I have been greeted with the friendliest staff. The prices and selection are exactly what I would expect and parking is very easy because they have their own lot.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. While I was cashing out, the staff member noticed I had picked up a lid rack with some scuffs in it. So she went to go grab me another one. In the mean time, during the 1 minute she was gone - 3 other staff members offered to help me cash out and made sure I was being helped.When the cashier came back, she couldnt find a lid rack in the same size as the original so she discounted a medium sized one to the price of a small sized one.First time actually in the store (usually I buy online) but I was so impressed! Great staff!

Horrible customer service went in wearing my mask lady told me I had to cover my nose then the manager I believe as well as another employee continued to follow me around the store to make sure my mask was staying over my nose. I felt very awkward and uncomfortable. The one girl told me again I had to raise it higher although my nose was covered. Never experienced anything like that in my life use to go to this store all the time needless to say I wont be back.

If The Container Store is not the happiest place on Earth it is surely in the top 5. Lovely staff, well-stocked, if you need storage they have it. Everything from complete closet systems to a wide variety of different types and sizes of plastic tubs to travel needs to kitchen organization. Love this place. My only complaint is that I signed up for Perks and spent a lot of money and I dont seem to have actually received any coupons or anything.

OMG!!! The absolute best. I come from Baltimore and really love their wrapping paper. I have to get back for Winter Wonderland, which I hear is amazing! The container store is contagious and it sucks you into.buying all those little things you never knew you needed..... LOL The store is well organized, its spacious and sized just right to where youre not overwhelmed with tons of aisles. The staff are great! Very Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I love the container store. Ill gladly accept container store gift cards!!!

This Container Store location strongly enforced CIVID19 precautions such as social distancing, mask wearing, and keeping capacity low in store.

Overpriced. Thought itd at least be good for closet organization ideas but there was nothing inspired or new here. Just super overpriced familiar, tired options. Im surprised this store had stayed open as long as it has, and I have no idea how long its been open. Because more than a week would be shocking, so it doesnt matter.

Oh, I love Container Stores. This one is in the King of Prussia parking lot, making it an easy stop when Im in that direction. I could browse in there all day. They have solutions to problems I dont even think of. But they also have things I cant find anywhere else.

The lady at the check out was so rude. She didn’t even bother to say hello. We had a 30 percent off coupon and an additional 15 percent off on the item, she told us she did 45 percent off on the item when she only did 30 percent and an extra $2. When I go back inside and ask the other customer service person he apologized and couldn’t explain why she had done that. She then argues the computer made the mistake. No apology whatsoever. It was clearly a human error done on purpose and she had the nerves to blame the computer. I’ve been a regular customer shopping at Container store for almost 13 years now and I’ve shopped at various locations in the 6 states that we have lived earlier. Never have I had any issues or experienced this kind of rude behavior. Clearly, this lady needs to be taught manners and given some training to deal with customers. I am very disappointed at the customer service from this person which is definitely not the Container Store standards.

The shelves for boxes were empty, they are short staffed right now per one of the associates. Sucks that I went out my way to shop here and they didnt have what I needed. If possible shop online and pick up in store or call before you go.

You need a container? The name of this place says it all. If there has ever been a need for a container to put something in they probably have it. Your first visit can be a bit overwhelming, but the staff is friendly and knowledgable. FYI: They will try to sell you customized closets. Not a hard push so it really doesnt harsh your visit.
