If I could leave zero stars, I would; honestly. Not only was the customer service poor, but I never received the items in which I entered the store for. I drove a very long way to get customized items, that were said to only take 5 minutes of processing time, and I never even had the opportunity to begin the process after being inside of the establishment for over 25 minutes. And before the question rises on whether it was “busy” or not, the answer is no. There was a ten person maximum capacity and my company and I were one out of 4 individuals inside the store besides the manager and a new employee. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied and I will not return.

This store is just awesome! Always was and still is! Theyre handling the pandemic protocols greatly! If you touch something, they have baskets for you to place the product in, if youre not buying it. That way their employees can disinfect the product before it goes back onto the shelf! We love smelling everything but it requires you to open up the lids/jars so I am just so impressed with them for implementing this system. It might be annoying to the employees but at least theyre doing everything right to keep themselves and customers safe. Kudos to Yankee! 😘

My visit to this Yankee Candle was awesome! The staff was welcoming, very knowledgable about the candles, and incredibly helpful. Walt helped me find the perfect candle and is by far one of the kindest store employees that I have ever met!

They had masks and hand sanitizer at the front door as soon as I walked in and I was greeted right away.
