They wouldnt open the car to show it and they couldnt sell power walls. The salesman tried really hard to get me to put a $100 deposit on a new solar system even though I already have a Tesla solar system. Tesla might make nice cars but the company and showroom are pretty lousy from a customer service perspective.

Well why not as they always say. Just ordered our Tesla today. If you are considering one definitely give one a test drive. The staff was great and knowledgeable. Great experience overall with absolutely no pressure from the sales staff.

Walked by just 4 hours ago on 3/25/21. Store was empty except for a little desk in the back with one worker and some displays on the walls. Was planning on checking out their cars in the flesh while visiting town, but all I got was a big empty store.

Nice! Members were courteous and welcoming. Due too covid you could sit in car on showroo.. Though you could set up a test drive real quick on website.

Very disappointed visiting this dealership. My husband and I along with our friend visited the Tesla dealership. My husband was completely ignored and not acknowledged but the sales team acknowledged his friend who was not looking to purchase a car. Ultimately we decided not to purchase the Tesla and I will not consider them for future purchases either.

I walked with my kids today to car shower at king of Prussia mall with my kids. I wanted to trade with my MDX but changed my mind because he guy said be “careful because the car already sold.” That’s make me disappointed. I think we’re not allowed to touch it. Just to look only. What kind of car show is that?

Not like your traditional dealership, walking in plenty of sales people were sitting around on computers minding their own business, but this gave time to check out the cars on the floor. When approached, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Test drive was enlightening.

Couldnt imagine a better way to buy, drive and explore a Tesla than at KOP! A very Knowledgeable sales staff in a very easy to reach mall location makes for a great environment to learn about some really amazing vehicles

Remember that this is just a showroom, not an actual dealership. Its definitely a cool shop to stop by if youre in the mall. Some of the reps are helpful but I felt strange asking questions about my Tesla to someone who didnt even own one... Maybe thats just me but I would prefer to talk to someone who actually owns one

We went out and test drove a Model S. The staff was knowledgeable and well spoken. The car was amazing. The show room displays a lot of information in an easily digestible fashion. It was a great day. The location was great as well. Lots to do and see at that mall.

Went a few months back during the summer with a friend. We figured that we could get an idea of what Tesla cars are like since well be able to afford one soon. When we arrived no one greeted us, but thats fine. When we wanted to check out the inside of one of the vehicles we were considering, that was unlocked 2 minutes prior, it was locked. We asked about it, but we were told they were going to be locked for the rest of the day. 2 hours later we walked back and saw an older gentleman in a suit inside the same car we wanted to see. Guess Ill have to come back in a suit and look older next time.

I was really impressed. 99% of the people coming in are never going to be customers. But the lady working was really cool. She knew a lot about it, and even had one. Put your foot on the brake and the door closes! The screens are huge and fun to use. Id love to sit in a Tesla again

Went to get a feel for the interior while comparing a few different possible car purchases. After the person being attended to before me left, I asked to sit inside the Tesla that was unlocked as of a few minutes ago. They told me that they already locked all their vehicles for the rest of the day... At 5:30pm... This is the first car dealership Ive been to that didnt try to sell me their cars, so I guess theyre worth a visit for the novelty.

Staff are absolutely amazing, very nice, knowledgeable, professional and eager to help with any concerns a potential Tesla owner may have. Each and every employee Ive had the pleasure of meeting was passionate about answering any questions I had about not only the vehicles, but Tesla products in general. Scheduling a test drive has never been a chore and the staff who accompany you during the drives are equally as passionate and knowledgeable about Tesla.

Store wise this place is clean, simple, and well laid out. Youll find one of each model of car they produce (currently Model S, X, and 3) in the center all of which are turned on and you sit in. Employees are around to answer questions and if youre interested you can schedule a time for a test drive although depending on availability you may need to come back. Test drive wise theyre extremely kind and are really interested in answering any questions you may have. Not once was I pressured into buying a car, not once was I sized up, and not once did the dealer make me feel as if I wasnt welcome. Couple this with the fact that the cars drive insanely well makes this the dealership of the future. Watch out Audi, BMW, Honda, Toyota, ect - the lower the price these cars go the faster more people will buy them. I highly suggest you schedule a test drive - itll blow your mind.

I had a great test drive experience here. I was accompanied by Alex, who did a fantastic job of explaining all the features of the car and answering any questions I had. The test drive itself was about 20 minutes long, so you really get a good feel for the car. I highly recommend stopping into this location if youre at all interested in a Tesla.

The people working there are really cool and are passionate about Tesla. Thanks to Karina, Nick Macy and Alex Tinsley for their help! I recommend that the Kiosks are updated to include the Model 3 in all the different sections of the menu.

I wanted to check out their show vehicle and sit inside of it, but the employee refused me because I wasnt in their demographic (old guys in suits.) I understand that I wont be the prime customer for them, but at least put in some effort to help out instead of deliberately ignoring me. Guess I wont be buying a Tesla.

Great staff! I stopped by after having parked next to their charging spots the other day, but all were full (with store cars). I asked if theyd be able to move one so I could plug in. Not only was the staff member eager to do it, but he even offered to just take my key and move my car / plug in for me. Now that is some fantastic service!

Was able to see live the Tesla Models S and X. Wish Model 3 were available. Tesla, have one in the court somewhere.Showroom seems to be very busy.Wish Tesla had available formation about, and a consultant on, solar and backup battery. I was expected to see something on that. I want to go solar!!!!Now, if youre in the area, visit this store to see those Tesla vehicles. Wish I could take one with me. If Elon Musk were to read this, I need me a Tesla Model X. My friends all got Porches/Mercedes-Benz and I must make amends....you know how that jingle goes. This is the future of automobile and it is here.Oh good Lord, will you buy me a Tesla Model X?

Staff was super helpful. Compared pricing and options on multiple models and they offered to go on some test drives. Unfortunately we didnt have time to do this, but it was a nice plus.

Amazing experience with my test drive at the King of Prussia Tessla location. Chris was my sales rep and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Be VERY careful coming here though....You will want to buy a Tessla after visiting.

Hey, come on, its Tesla. I hadnt been to this store in a couple years. I came today to finally see a model 3 in person. Very cool looking car, lots of tech. The staff here had the perfect customer touch - first, they approached me to show me how to get in the car (the handles are a tad novel) and also how to get out, then they left me alone. Then, when I got out, another dude came over and answered all my questions. They have cars you can test drive outside in the mall parking lot. A very proffesional store, minimalistic, but not austere. Great to talk to a car salesman that actually knows about their cars (you wouldnt believe how often they dont, rough proffesion, high turnover). I highly recommend this Tesla store.

Just drooling over the cars. Sitting and viewing each car on display. Quite a few people there. Its usually busy with people sitting in the cars. Im not even sure if anyone else even is considering buying. Feels like everyone is just trying to see what all the fuss is about Tesla. Too many people taking pictures as well. I mean seriously, posting on social media like you just bought the car? I guess I just dont understand.

First time looking around a Tesla. I have been wanting one for a while now and this visit made my wife also want one so winning, now if only we could afford one.

Completely different atmosphere here versus that of the Devon Service location. As a Model 3 reservation holder I was aggressively pushed into purchasing an Inventory vehicle when visiting the store with family. Not the type of service I was expecting.

The Tesla team at King of Prussia is unacceptable! I was working with Alex Tinsley and he went on FMLA during the time i was purchasing my vehicle. Poor communication. My vehicle was supposed to be configured with full self driving and it wasnt. Now Jason, the store manager will not help me or take accountability for Alexs absence. I like my car but I do not recommended working wit this team. If I could give zero stars, I would!

I drove the second slowest vehicle they make and it was still faster than anything Ive ever driven. Super cool guys super cool place.
