Excellence service and went above and beyond to help their customer!! I lost my phone last week during my vacation, I went to the store they helped me assess my options. I ended up getting a new phone, it took a week to get my phone shipped to the store but during that time they helped me set up with my old phone “stop gap” which it was quite a work for them but they was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patience. Once my new phone came in they helped set up from end to end, the level of support is “white-glove service “ which I really appreciated ! Everyone there is so awesome ! Shout out to Mike Petrizio, Jesse H and Rich Cole, thank you!PS: every Verizon store will pay you with a gift card $20 per review. I refuse to take it, I want to write this store a good review because of their good service.

Jesse and his team were super helpful in helping me set up a new line and a new phone for my son. They took care of everything including applying the screen protector and ordering him a durable case and a apple cube as part of an affordable package deal. We’ve been coming to this Verizon location since they opened and we’ve never been disappointed with the service. Thank you Jesse and team!

The fees they charge are completely arbitrary and are not Verizons fees. They do not disclose this fact or the fees until after the activation is complete. Their business model is rip off ridiculous fees piggybacking off Verizon.

I called another Verizon store for help with transferring data to my new phone. They wanted to charge me $60 to do it. I called this store and spoke with Michael who offered to assist me over the phone or in-store for free. I opted to come in because I rather see an actual person, who could answer my questions as they came up. When I arrived, he was polite and extremely helpful. This will definitely be my Verizon store moving forward. If youre looking for incredible customer service, youll come to this Verizon store.

I have been a customer with Verizon for at least 10 years. I have renewed my phone in Jan 2021. Along with the phone, the store representative encouraged me to take a new Verizon hot spot device because he said it came as a bonus for me as I had been a client with Verizon for many years. I did not ask for this device and made it clear to him that I wanted keep the same plan and not pay more. But unlike what I was originally told, now I had two accounts and ended up paying the price of the device plus the monthly fee to use it. It took many calls to Verizon customer service and many trips to the store to clarify why I had two accounts with Verizon, and how to close the account I did not want or needed. Two months ago a customer service representative directed me to take back the device to the store reassuring me that upon their receipt of the device they will close my hot spot account. I did just that. In the meantime, I continued to pay for this device and for services that I did not use. Today (September) I called again customer service to clarify why would I pay for a device that I had returned per their advice and the representative directed me to go back to the store so we can all speak together to clarify the situation. When I asked the store manager to speak with the Verizon customer service representative he refused to speak to them. THE VERIZON WIRELESS STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BEHALF OF ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS!!! The store manager then proceeded to ASK ME TO LEAVE THE STORE because he said he had nothing else to help me with. After a long conversation that followed he took a device from the demo stand and put another piece on it then gave it to me. It appeared as he was using part of my device as a demo in the store. Meanwhile I had continued to pay for it and for services I did not use. So, after more than 10 years of being a Verizon customer I have decided to close my accounts with Verizon. Their customer service seems to not be reliable despite waiting for hours on end on the phone to be lucky to speak to someone..and going at the store, as one can tell is definitely not an option either.

This is a really nice store. It is sandwiched between a burger place and a BBQ place so it honestly has a very pleasant meaty odor. It made me hungry and I had just finished eating a meal.

Walked in for help and waited 10 minutes to just pay a bill. A woman and another guy are helping one customer at once. Finally got to me and try to force me to upgrade my phone to a Google pixel and I can see they force people to go certain things like tell customers on the spot to just give them 5 stars review on the spot and Im like really??? I thought doing Google reviews were for people to give their opinion on a shop or something but I dont know. I didnt appreciate that from a verzion store. Most likely wont come back.

Once I stepped into the store I was greeted cheerfully and provided stellar service. Many Verizon stores I’ve been to in the past always gave the impression they were just trying to sell me a phone or accessory I didn’t need however, at this location I was surprised that the only objective of these employees to give me what I ACTUALLY need and not what they could sell off to make some commission. Once again stellar work looking forward to working with them again but hopefully not too soon.

I would like notify your company on the outstanding customer service I received at your Verizon store in KOP Town Center thru Rohan and his trainee Mike. I bought a Samsung S21 plus. When I left the store and was at home I learned I had inadvertently changed the password and could not remember what I had reset it to. Rohan and Mike spent an enormous amount of time and research to ensure I did not Iose all the pictures of my kids and grandchildren which would have been devastating to me as well as my 500 plus business and personal contacts. They stayed past the store closing time and refused to allow me to go until they resolved my issue even though I was ready to give up. I can tell you I had always gone to a different location but never received anything like the service level these 2 young men did to ensure I was happy.Your company is very fortunate to have them as representatives and if I could do anything to ensure their success thru referrals I promise I will.

Ari was fabulous! There were 2 phones I was considering . He went through the features of each and the pro ands cons. He also made a recommendation based on the features that were most important to me for a phone and based on the previous phone I used . He explained the transactions as we went along and answered all the questions I had. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable about the features and technical aspects of each phone. He was extremely meticulous in customer safety regarding covid. I really appreciate his patience and positive attitude. Verizon is fortunate to have him representing your products and your company.

This is by far the best Verizon store in this surrounding area, maybe even the best store among many other surrounding areas as well. I had a horrendous experience with a competing verizon store down the street, and this store manager and employees went FAR above and beyond anything they needed to do to help resolve my issue. Due to the very specific nature of the issue I do not want to state specifics as I genuinely fear what the store on Dekalb road might do. As sketchy and despicable as they were, anything negative is possible. This Verizon store was composed of the most compassionate and understanding group of verizon workers I have ever experienced. If you are in the king of prussia area this is the ONLY Verizon store you should visit. Store manager Rohan, employee Jesse, and trainee Mike P are quite literally the gold standard for how a customer is supposed to or would want to be treated. Manager Rohan, Jesse, and trainee Mike P were so wonderful that for the first time in my life I am actually going to try and find the number for corporate so that they can receive the positive compliments they deserve. I personally live out of state, but will absolutely return to this store the next time I need a service from Verizon. I promise you will regret attempting to trust anyone else with your verizon service.
