Everyone is so helpful at this store. This is the new location and perfect for accessibility.

Great laid out space and had much more stock than Cherry Hill and the Bellevue Philly location. Also because its a separate store it has a more calm vibe that is nice to shop in

The internet said they had cabinets and they did not, good quality customer service and sales associates they were as helpful as they could be

I received a air griddle complimentary for review of product. Lately, I have been incorporating fruits and vegetables into my diet. I like the air griddle because it makes it easy to cook my vegetables And I control the temperature from low to high. I move around a lot so I like that it’s portable I can take it everything and just need a plug and I can start cooking anywhere.

Extremely poor customer service on behalf of corporate. I purchased $139 griddle that took 30 days to arrive and once it did it was on sale for $97 however they have refused to issue me a price adjustment. I was a first-time customer and a last time customer. I am Furnishing my new home and it will not be with William Sonoma

Williams-Sonoma may not always be the cheapest place to buy you kitchen wares but the customer service its worth it. Plenty of friendly staff willing to assist you with any of their products. A little known secret, they have a knife sharpening service.
