Minimal and simple clothing. Very beautiful and classic. Loved how organized the store was. Staff was friendly. Clothing and accessories are like modern art. Sister company of H&M. Like the older more mature and much cooler and refined older sister.

Awesome store, first time here and the staff was super helpful and patient with me. Terrible shame that the store is closing on the 17th…and now the nearest location is going to be either DC or NYC. Really enjoyed my time here…make sure you check them out before they close for good!

Classic and beautiful quality clothes. I shop at KOP but I wish there’s another COS store around the area. I don’t like this specific store because of the manager. She’s rude and arrogant. I have interacted with her a handful of times and she seem to respect other customers in the store when we’re there. There’s another older lady their too that follows you around like you’re going to steal something that she has to keep an eye of you. I mean, seriously? Shame on you!

The staff here could really use some extra training especially the younger ones. they are not welcoming and are unable to do basic tasks such as counting. went to do a return and the cashier couldn’t even do that right and almost charged me for the items i was returning. didn’t even apologize for the mistake or inconvenience. clothing is a bit overpriced for the quality.

My wife loved it. I really liked their clothing and the quality of it, but it is simply too expensive for my tastes.

Cos clothing used to be my favorite brand because of the quality, but it seems that quality has gone downhill. I bought a shirt that started falling apart the first time I wore it. When I took it back to the store they would not help me to exchange it and when I contacted customer service they did nothing to help me as well. I used to buy all my clothes here but I do not think I will continue shopping here because of the poor customer service that I got when I purchased a shirt that fell apart.

The staff Ally (??) was very rude to me. I came in on a holiday schedule at 8 am (holiday schedule opens at 8 am) to get a last skirt in my size. I had originally had it, and right after I got it the price dropped. But because COS doesn’t do price adjustment, so I had to return it and get it next morning. So that’s what I did. First of all, it was 8:10 am, they still haven’t opened the door, and I called the store to see if I got the time wrong. The woman Ally answered the call saying that they would open when they opened the register, so I waited happily. But then she came to open the door. I explained the situation, explaining why I showed up so oddly early, and it was because I wanted their skirt so badly! She gave me a very annoyed look, and responded rudely that “we don’t do price adjustment”... Also she was not willing to assist me. I got the skirt, but felt slammed on my face and disgusted. I love COS, and am a frequent customer. Most staff I have met at COS are extremely nice, but today was an eye opening experience.

Best semi-affordable store in KOP. Fashion forward silhouettes(finally a brand is doing this!), quality knits and wovens, adventurous colors. Helpful yet not overbearing staff.

Every time I enter the store Im always greeted with a warm welcome and theres always someone to help me. I dont have to look too far either.

Minimal design, simple and open display, and Very kind staffs....I like COS.However, one thing needs to be improved; taking-on & off COS one-piece dresses is not easy for non-skinny women like me because no zipper nor button and less flexibility of clothing...

The clothes are of very good quality, interesting design, a bit pricey at places, although quality and materials justify it to an extent.
