Fabulous!!! The staff was super friendly, I bought my shoes online and although at first I did not get what I wanted they helped me find them, I had never had such friendly staff.

One associate is so amazing. I didnt catch his name but his customer service was out of this world. I mean he helped unpack my shoes, I had my baby, he helped me get the shoe on, tie them and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and offered additional items to compliment my shoe. Perfect employee and made me feel welcomed.

I had a great experience today. My sales woman was friendly and good at her job. She helped me chose the right pair of sneakers. She also brought me coordinating socks (that I didnt even know I needed)! She also brought me an adorable rainbow pair that I really loved but wasnt in my budget. She gave me enough attention to feel important but not overwhelmed. She didnt pressure me to buy or change her friendly demeanor when I said I would be back with my husband. I would definitely shop here again.

Awesome customer service, if you cant find the shoes your looking for theres a chance that you can find them on there website.Also crepe shoe cleaning and water resistant products are awesome! 100% reccomend

Absolutely fantastic. i bought a pair of snake skin gloves for my new born daughter. staff was fantastic the girl/boy/entity that help me was called Alexx and she was amzing and funny to talk to.

The sales associate that helped me today was really friendly, professional and honored the coupon that I found online. Check out the clearance rack, there were some great end of season finds there for super cheap.

Ive never had worst experience in my life. The boy or girl i dont know what gender was so rude. She was the manager too. She was so unprofessional and rude. I was getting shoes and they were on sale and i took to the front and she took the sticker off and said that wasnt suppose to be there and took it off and said what sticker. Then when I tried to say that the price on the shoe is the price and whyd you rip it off she/he said I can cancel it right now if you keep on saying that. Such a horrible person. She shouldnt be manager
