Always a fun & productive shop. Where else can you buy a pair of cool sneaks for $8. Hard to leave without stocking up on seasonal basics, hoodies, jeans, sweats. Not a fan of parking in the sprawling disjointed mall tho.

Smaller than I thought but they do have a good selection of casual clothes for all ages, as well as socks and shoes/sneakers. Small area as you walk in the door, with luggage and housewares.

This place was horrible. The store was crowded ridiculous! The staff is rude. I asked a young man if he could call a manager so I could ask if they had plans on opening the other side cash registers. He told me he had nothing to do with it & didnt call a manager. He kept working like I didnt ask him to call a manager. Nobody has on name tags only lanyards that say Primark expect at the register. The line was way too long. The selection of items was small & I was frustrated. This was a wasted trip!

Love this store. The prices are very affordable. The clothes are stylish and reasonably priced! I love that you can get Disney and Harry Potter items.

Beautiful quality clothing and home decor., very very reasonably priced. Large store of absolutely wonderful things to choose from and it I s neat, organized, the staff was very kind and helpful.

I love Primark. Probably my least favorite thing about going here is that the deals are so good that product moves very quickly so its sometimes hard to find things that I like in my size and its a challenging store to shop because its difficult to keep everything organized with the amount of traffic that goes in and out each day. But the product is great, my clothing and shoes always last a reasonable amount of time and this is one of the most affordable places Ive found for both professional and casual attire.

Best store in the world. Whether in the UK or in New York King Plaza or Saw Grass Mall, I have a huge love for this store. Everything I need, I get from Primark, best quality of everything. I actually love their perfumes also.

Charged me for items I never received and I asked the guy that cashed me out take the item off. I called the next day and said something the lady I spoke to was rude I’m just going to bite the bullet and get my money back don’t waste your time not worth the money quality is less then what you pay for sad.

Good selection of cheaper clothes. Mostly buy sleepwear and undershirts. Since theyre cheap as the packs but as singles.

The door greeter was the only worker I was able to easily identify. They had barely any sizes and mens especially their shorts. The store was clean and semi organized for a Saturday mid-afternoon. The workers are wearing masks but didnt see many other covet rules in place. The fitting rooms however were closed.

Its my first time shopping from Primark. You can get here decent clothes on less Price. I dont know how many seasons they will last but the price was good so I grabbed quite a few pieces.

It is a nice place to shop.... Not a junky store... Everything is organized, and prices of items are very visible.. Staff is very courteous.

The best I got almost everything my daughters needed and the prices was reasonable I got 4 bags of clothes for my children that was worth it Im happy that theyre happy and satisfied 😌

Inexpensive clothing. The sizes run really small though. They do carry organic clothing, size 2x small (who knew this was even a size?)and size 2xl really is a XL. I bought a size 10 when I am normally an 8.

Undoubtedly PRIMARK is the destination for unbeatable prices and decent clothing. When I heard of low prices I expected a low profile fashion store but was surprised by an awesome store design. I have a feeling that due to its low pricing people tend to buy at least double the number of clothes they actually aimed for. Eitherways its worth the price for sure and it depends on how we make it worth for more ! They have a good variety and we can explore more as its very economical.Staff should be trained better in treating and assisting the customers more. Also a better stock keeping with more category names may be beneficial for all.

Found my store. Only one thing never hardly see floor workers on the floor. I walk around the store and found a worker over near the boys section to get help, but he was helpful and polite.

Lets say clothes are wonderful and affordable but lines were to long and not a enough staff.

A lot of items. Their clearance is always nice BUT the kids section should have more options though. Im not sure the last time they had both registers open. Prepare to wait in line to purchase your items.

I used to shop here all the time but the low prices are not worth the rude and disrespectful attitudes of the staff and managers. They are chilling all over the store just hanging out and talking and then get an attitude if you interupt their personal conversations. There is no social distancing whatsoever, the store is overcrowded, they do not sanitize carts, or offer any Sanitizing areas/ stations

It’s a good place for average stuff. Prices are reasonable and the shopping place is quite big. It is the part of the KOP mall therefore parking is in abundance however over the weekends it is almost full. Shelves are full normally and the staff is continuously organising stuff. Good place to buy inexpensive non branded stuff 👍🏻

Nice store...but the clothes and items are cheap.

The clothing options are nice, but I find the sizing to be pretty inconsistent. I dont mind shopping here. However, the past two times I have visited, employees did not greet me when I entered the store or approached the register. They tend to talk amongst themselves before assisting any customers. I approached the register and the cashier did not greet me or ask me how I was doing. It did not feel like a welcoming atmosphere, which is one of the most important aspects of shopping. The only person who said anything to me was someone who seemed like they were in a managerial position.

The lines at this place are always INSANE even on a weekday. Wish they would open more registers. Lots of clothes thrown about. But thats probably rude shoppers fault, not the staff. I have found that these clothes always fit me strangely, even if I try a size smaller and a size larger than my usual size. 😅

Good deals, different European styles. Sizes are pretty accurate. The price on the ticket is what you pay no matter what the sign says! The children clothes are over priced to me, about the same as the adults!

Great prices but the checkout line is so long, I never buy anything.

I’ve introduced this location to my mother. Now this is her favorite spot. Very large selection. One of the few places where all of my family can shop. Adult male, male teenager, female youth, and adult female. Wife and daughter love the females Disney items(shirts, nightwear and stuff). Finding the checkout area is confusing but where the registers are there is a nice system that alerts when the next cashier is available and the cashier was friendly but none of the other staff asked me if I was okay, finding everything?(stuff like that). They do a lot folding and cleaning.

Got to the store at 10 when they open, doors not open and gate closed inside mall, yet I can hear employees talking and laughing. I thought getting here when they open would be quicker since I have work at 11:30 boy was I wrong. Its ridiculous you open at 10 then open at that time, it was 15-20 mins after until they opened up

My 1st experience was find but.. on my way back from the mall shop I had a remaining balance on my gift card from last Christmas so 2018 card need to spend it all😉 so I stand in the line for an item that was $3 yes balance to the card is $8.50 I get 3 equal $9 right. It was the wrong item Not $3 but $8 each the sales girl said and call over manager. Yes I left them in the store, not that girl. The manager never change the sign.,so everyone would know it was $8 🤔

Most of the times is very organized! There is so much to see here. Get a shopping bag at the entrance. Youll need it! Ask for help, everyone is super awesome! Registers line sometimes might seem long but they have plenty of cashiers.

I went there this past Saturday, smh horrible I didnt buy a thing . The line was from the front to the back to check out. Its sad because I do like Primark but not worth to wait in those lines. I put everything back that I came for. I hope their hiring, they really need more staff and cashiers.

Primark is like the Wal Mart of clothing stores. Dirty, always a mess, poorly stocked, limited in sizes, employees who really dont give a $hit, and no matter what, you always have disappointed. Yet somehow, the low prices are enough to keep you coming back occasionally. My experience is true through many visits in multiple stores all over the north east US. Its unfortunate because the idea is great, but it will always be a sort of last resort for me due to slovenly condition of the stores and constant indifference, if not rudeness of their employees.

Okay first off, I was very excited to shop at primark since im not from PA. But as one other review stated the employees dont have a great attitude. I get there and wanted to try on a couple items and the fitting rooms are closed . . . Of course due to covid what is the difference if I try the clothes there and dont like them or try them on at home and dont like them? Such idiocracy. Left everything I wanted to purchase.

It was super crowded and the guard has a chip on his shoulder. I only went to get leggings. They are cheap and comfortable. They are the only leggings that stay over my behind. I would not have even gone to the store if you were able to shop online!!
