I had the best first ever shopping experience. Our sales person Noelle was so patient and did a complete walk through of what the store had to offer. We smelled and sampled so many products. We got to ask so many questions. Noelle shared her own personal experiences with some of the products. They have much more than bath bombs. The store was pretty empty that Friday evening so our experience was personalized. I bought a few things and then one product I was unsure of they cut a piece off for me to take home to try. My favorite purchase was this wonderful smelling face cleanser. It is more like a balm and smells wonderful.

Cat at lush cosmetics in king of Prussia, was amazing and super nice! Very clean organized store and very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Its a very nice store and well kept. The staff working there was kind and professional. Looking at the store, youll see a wide variety of bath items along with other personal hygiene items. Youll also see plenty of samples to test out. Would I buy any of this stuff? No. Just too expensive for some soap youll use up in one try. Its definitely not worth the cost. That doesnt mean its a bad store, go check it out.

They do strictly follow safety precautions. When I recently visited Lush, I encountered a worker who felt the need to correct me multiple times when I requested anti-aging products. I am not ageist, that is the correct terminology used by dermatologists themselves. But she told me we dont use that type of language here. It made shopping extremely difficult because I wasnt getting the service I needed. Even when I started to just describe aging skin, she told me not to say those things. Im beyond confused and upset with my experience.

I cant really rate this visit as they closed early and I was disappointed after driving nearly an hour to get there. I do love their products but you cant enter the store anymore. You have to place orders at the door and cash isnt a thing there anymore, cards only. I understand its covid but every other store I go to at that mall keeps the regular hours and allows people inside, even if its a limited number. Waiting outside to be let in would be absolutely fine with me, but how do I know what I want if I cant see your products?

I am in love with my new solid shampoo, and Happy Happy Joy Joy conditioner! I cant wait to try out my new Kombu eye masks!!! I loved the sustainable options, as well as all of the sents. I will definitely be back.

Love LUSH! Thankfully they require facemasks and for customers to wash their hands with their amaaazing smelling soaps. Heidi was so helpful and recommended the perfect products for my hair. She was so sweet and gave me samples to bring home to try out! Will definitely be back soon!

Always great, fun products. Prompt retrieval of my order while I stood at the front door. Website gives impression that orders can be brought to you on a drive-up basis; perhaps at some locations, not here. Store difficult to find in KoP Mall, but arent they all?

Sleepy is a God send. Super helpful staff. Be prepared to wash your hands if you plan to actually walk in and touch the product. You will be glad you did.

All of the staff are the most welcoming and knowledgeable people you will ever come in contact with about their products. Lush has fantastic products! My favorite things about this company is that they show you a face to who made your product, most products come without excessive packaging, the products do their jobs and more, and almost every product is vegan/cruelty free! Highly recommend Lush to everyone.

Employees were very attentive and demonstrated several products for us. I was super impressed the glitter is biodegradable and actually all products are naturally derived. My SO got a gel scrub which he is excited about. Unfortunately the bath bombs were way too expensive for us to justify indulging in.

Everyones customer service was great, but Renee left a lasting impression. Renee took the time to share beauty tips with my 9 year old and demonstrate the bath bombs with her. Something so simple made my daughters day and it was much appreciated!

Overpriced and not products smell crazy strong. Good service, but there are other shops that have a much more sustainable model of business that is earth friendly. Its worth going someplace else if thats what you care about.

Lush is a terrific store selling handmade, organic, responsibly sourced bath and beauty items for both women and men. I was first made aware of Lush while living in Aberdeen, Scotland, visiting the store on Union Street several times while living there. I particularly love their bath bombs and lip glosses. They have a generous try before you buy policy allowing customers to really get a chance to experience the smells and feeling of the products before purchasing. Lush is an amazing experience- not just a store!

I love this store! Every employee Ive encountered has been extremely helpful and friendly. Some of the products are pricy, but in my opinion, most are worth it. This location recently got remodeled, and it is roomy with a much better layout now!I highly suggest their soaps and bath bombs, but will soon be purchasing their one body spray. It was towards the back and in sort of a plain black large spray bottle-I tested the rosy scent and my arm smelled wonderful for an entire day and a half! Not overpowering but not too faint to notice. Very impressed.While you are there, you may get one sample of a product, its nice to try something you may be on the fence about. And while its fun to get gifts here on your own, they also have beautifully wrapped gifts, of all sizes!Absolutely a great company, and an even greater store.

Visit here with my wife and my son. My wife dropped about $70 one bath items. We love Lush, can I have to tell you the staff here at King of Prussia are absolutely amazing. Theyre knowledgeable, friendly, funny. it was a very positive visit and if were in the area again will probably stop back.

I am pretty much addicted to Lush. Any time I go in (usually for my henna which keeps my hair looking amazing!) I always end up with so many high quality great smelling bath supplies. The company is ingredient conscious and cares about the environment. I forget the name of the lovely blonde woman that usually helps me, but shes a bath wizard! Be sure to ask staff for their favorite bath time combos!

This Lush is beautiful! And they have a lot of products in-store in comparison to other stores that I have been to. I feel like every time I come here its a bit crowded, but otherwise even when the check out lines get long they can sometimes check you out away from the register which is nice.

Everytime Im in town for work I stock up on new goodies and bring home samples so that the next time I visit I can purchase them outright. I love this store & their staff. ✨

Lush is a magical place. It smells great, theres bright colors everywhere, the workers know lots and are very helpful, the products are wonderful, you can get free samples and demos, and even though its on the pricier side, you always get your moneys worth. Its only downfall is that sometimes the workers are not on their A game. There have been times Ive walked into a store with one other customer in it and no employee comes to offer help, as they are either socializing or 5 of them are helping 1 person. I would say this happens 1/5 of the time and as I understand that they are also human, it makes me feel very uncomfortable and it happens frequently enough to make me wonder if I want to go in to buy products and possibly feel judged/awkward. Overall, Lush is a magical place. They just need to work on spreading out their workers so that all people that walk into the store feel comfortable.

Love, love, love Lush. Products are top of the line. It doesnt get any better than anything lush brand. Particularly go for their bath bombs. Love their dream cream body cream( for excema, dry skin) and the bath oils. Highly recommend a routine visit here.

I LOVE LUSH, but Ive never really had a great experience with the KOP location.When I go to any other location, and I show interest in something, the person Im speaking to immediately offer is a sample for me to take it home. Thats led me to buy a ton more products than usual.At the KOP location, Ive just never had that type of service.

I had a really great experience at Lush KOP yesterday. I stopped by not expecting to buy anything and was a little worried that the sales associates would be pushy and try to pressure me into buying their products (since that has been my experience in the past). Surprisingly, they greeted me and let me browse freely without interruptions. But when I did ask for advice on choosing products, Dorothy was a tremendous help. She took the time to explain the product options for me and even let me take home some samples so I could make an informed decision before committing to something. Yes, it was a weeknight, but I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. I did buy a lip balm, but I’ll definitely be back to purchase one of the samples once I try them at home since I had such a positive experience. Their products are definitely expensive, but it’s worth it if you’re looking for something special of higher quality than average.

Staff always helpful and ready to answer questions or do demonstrations. I always stop in, even if Im not looking for anything specific. Smells AMAZING in there. New layout of the store was a little odd at first, but I like it better now. :) Im a fan of the Montalbano bar shampoo, the melty body lotion solids, and the mouthwash tabs.

I have never had a bad Lush experience, no matter which store Ive visited. Their staff are friendly, funny, and warm. Plus the products are amazing, like 90% of the products I own are from here.

I saw one of the lush tooth tabs with a sticker that said try me on it and assumed it was some kind of mint so I put it in my mouth but it ended up not being tasty so I quietly spit it into a napkin and threw it out. A worker there saw me and gave me immediate attitude and I was shocked she could even talk to a paying customer like that. She had told me if I wanted to try something especially something that goes into my mouth I had to. personally ask her first and she would get it for me. I would have understood if she simply just explained it nicely. Me & my friend were so shocked by her attitude we walked away and I was not able to buy anything for me or my friend which I had planned on.

D was amazing. It was my first time at lush and she gave me a tour of the store and was very knowledgeable about all the products and answered all of my questions. Will be back very soon.

I have come here several times and always enjoyed my experiences (the first time, everyone complimented me, my makeup, what I was wearing, and I made fast friends with the cashier, and everyone has always been eager and kind) However, today my friend and I went in to an empty store, planning on buying a very specific item and browsing a little bit, since I knew they just got a shipment in. I am typically understanding of retail situations since I worked in the field before, but I found myself feeling a bit pressured and unwanted in the store by one of the employees. She followed me and my friend around continuously, reprimanded me several times for opening and smelling products I was buying, and even made me not open one. Even when other customers were in there, it seems like she singled us out. It seemed very stiff and uncomfortable, not what I was used to at all. I am a bit apprehensive to go back in again, at least when she is there, for simply enjoying and observing their line of products.

If you have a teenage girl then this is a rabbit hole of beauty products I as a father think self care and hygiene are important to a growing girl so if this is how I can keep her the best smelling girl in school and she learns good hygiene I do not mind one bit. Now you could purchase a lot of these SIMILAR products at other stores but not for the QUALITY

I love Lush products! The store can get overcrowded at times and be a little intense but I usually go about my business and find what I need so I can get out of the madness. Sometimes its hard to grab an employee especially if the store is busy but once you do theyre very happy to help.

Love the bath products especially snow fairy shower gel, fairy dust powder and silky underwear just to name a few.

It has the best face masks, bath bombs, perfume and shampoo bars. Absolutely recommend it.

I dont come often because I live an hour away, but this is def. my favorite store! I just love seeing all their fresh products, and I think the staffs great. I like how the staff can pretty much dress the way they want. I also love the stores values and their mission.All staff I have met have all been very friendly and open at this store. I remember one time I had fuzzies on my pants, specifically my bum, and a lush employee pointed it out very politely.I also really liked that at this Lush store they let me return an item. Specifically my used, chopped up, henna. I dread returning things, but they were very polite about it & it was a great experience.I will always will be a loyal customer to this Lush store and the company!......I only wish it wasnt so popular on the weekends and evenings! It gets packed sometimes! Especially with the hoards of teens crowding areas of the store who like to look and not buy anything. Its hard to squeeze around them and look at products. Im sure it must be frustrating at times for lush employees..Its especially crowded during the holidays.I always plan accordingly and come in the mornings or afternoons. Its way more calming and staff are more personable.I also always write down exactly what I want because you can get distracted easily in this store with all their amazing products. Even with a list; I always buy something unplanned..which is just magical!XOXO

I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone shops here. Its very overpriced, all of the stuff is oddly shaped and the odors are overwhelming. Its insane. There was a man just sitting there stirring up bubbles in the middle of the floor. I guess Im the wrong demographic but whoever finds it necessary to invest that much time in bath bombs shaped like tacos go for it. I wont be back. And I have a JOB.

A few weeks ago my husband, myself and my 3 year daughter went into the store. My daughter was getting cranky and not listening and touching everything in sight. I was getting so frustrated and was about to walk out without getting what I needed. As soon as I was about to leave two employees walked over and offered to do bubbles with her to keep her distracted while I could finish up. This little gesture left a huge impact on me and I cant wait to go back.

Ive had a few good times in Lush at KOP..... Today was different as I waited patiently for another customer who was speaking with an employee to finish up being helped so that I could be helped with something also. Got no greeting when I came in, and literally had an employee come straight up to my face, with me waiting clearly looking confused and waiting for help, and she turned around and ran into the back without a word. I felt super awkward, and my time in there was way longer and more push and shove through the line than anything... Didnt seem as caring or kind as I remember :(
