I could have gone to 5 other place for our top. I chose Colonial by one in my network. There was some speed bumps along the way with sales of lack of communication. The one that follow up with us was Christina and Antonio. I gave them a Ten for listening, communication, customers skills. (Not too many companies has that today). Everything came out great. Happy wife. I will on projects recommend Colonial.

I am super happy with our new (expansive) countertop!A good business is measured not only when things go perfectly well, but especially when there are some bumps in the road. There were some issues with the pieces delivered but Amy made everything right and did it very quickly to minimize my kitchen downtime. Amy also called me to follow up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.Thank you Cleanthes and Amy for a great project.

Colonial Marble & Granite kept me in the loop every step of the process, always calling the day before, and then before arriving. Technicians Elvis and Semual were professional, personable and did a stellar job. Everything fit perfectly and no obvious seams.The plumber, Justin, was also a delight to work with. He cam a day later to allow the silicone for the under mount sink to cure.Both days, the workers cleaned up and left everything spotless. Thank you for the great experience and the beautiful new countertops.

How these Muppets can have so many high star reviews is beyond me. A truly awful installation experience that over 1 month from initial onsite work still isnt resolved unless you like a 1 inch gap between your granite top and the wall. Every single time a new team turns up, no information, wrong parts, they are awful to work with, run away from them.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Horrible place, poor communication and awful craftsmanship. Installed a countertop that looked like a 3 year old cut it with safety scissors!! Then weeks later, came back and tried to install the exact same piece after i had them pick up the original. Didn’t even try to clean it up or anything. Then promise me that it will be taken care of, and the new piece never even makes it on the truck!! And after taking 4 days off of work i am not compensated!! Bill, who supposedly speaks for the owner, offers 10%!!!

What a wonderful experience it has been getting countertops! Customer service was so helpful! The quartz countertops were crafted perfectly. Biggest thanks goes out to my installers: Semuel Lapi, Gilberto Ugalde, Juan Carlos Lopez, and Vinny! They were punctual, kind, focused, and skilled. I really appreciate how careful and clean they were. What a quick and smooth kitchen renovation this has been. So happy!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! What should have been a simple project turned into a debacle. I was bounced from store to store, placed order and then told I could not have product ordered due to size. Despite dealing with several employees and having my purchase okayed by the sales manager, the operations mgr called to say it was against policy. Does NO ONE know what is allowed and what is not??!! Project was delayed with no call or contact until I called for update. Tried to make it right in the end only to end badly. Product finally delivered, not cut as specified and not the template that I approved. Horrified by my experience and lack of accountability for all those involved in this transaction. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR.

Ordered through home depot and worked with Colonial for measurements and installation. Over all very poor customer service. Our install was delayed months. Every delay was communicated last minute. In addition, during the measurements, they made an incorrect measurement for my drop in stove. They had a month to fix it. I even sent them the instruction manual with the correct dimensions and tolerances for the cutout. They showed up with a slab and no cut out with the incorrect drawing. They hand cut it on my front lawn and the cutter said we was very nervous about the cut. The cut is not great and I managed to hide it will the stove, but I am also worried about stress concentrations at the corners. Called them multiple times to confirm the cutout and emailed. They confirmed the cutout was correct. Very unprofessional.

Our experience has been eerily similar to the hundreds of other 1 star reviews that have flooded their site in the last few months. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra hundred bucks and go somewhere else. It’s really not worth the hassle of dealing with these people. And save the canned customer service is important response, you’ve still not fulfilled your commitment to correcting our issue that we spoke about more than a week ago.

Colonial Marble installers did a fabulous job of installing granite counter tops throughout our kitchen and in our two bathrooms. We also had a travertine stone back splash installed around the kitchen done in the pattern I requested. My rooms look great. They had tons of choices at the store to look at and choice from.. I felt their prices were reasonable too for what we had done. From purchase to installation the job was completed in a reasonable time. I would recommend Colonial Marble for counter tops and back splashes. Thank you Colonial Marble for a great experience!

I strongly recommend using ANY OTHER company besides Colonial. The customer service has been absolutely horrendous. They have a great selection which is the only reason that they could possibly stay in business. When I ordered my stone I was told it would be ready 7-10 days after the template. The day after the template was done I called to see when I should expect it to be ready. I was told the first delivery date was 4 weeks out but if I wanted to pick it up myself it should be ready earlier and to call back next week to check. When I called to check on the pickup date I was told it was still 4 weeks out and that there was no record of it being changed to a pickup order. I was told at that point the earliest it would be ready was 10 days from today. When I called the morning it was supposed to be ready to check when I could pick it up it took two hours and several additional calls to get answer. I then went to pick it up and got home to realize half my order was missing. I immediately called the showroom back and was told they would call me in 20 minutes to let me know if it was ready. 2 more hours and several more calls later all Ive been told is that they dont know where the other half of my order is. Meanwhile I have a contractor who has been scheduled for two weeks coming in the morning to install it and template for glass thst will now have to be rescheduled.Do not use Colonial if you have any other possible options.

I placed an ordered for my Kitchen countertop replacement from Home Depot and Colonial Marble and Granite was assigned by Home Depot for the installation. Everything went well until the day of Installation.After the installation we found that one of the granite counter top blocks had a curve and also not in the right measurement. They installed the granite around my Gas Burner Stove without aligning it to the other side of Counter top installation. This made the Gas stove stuck inside the block with a wrong alignment. Also the counter top was few inches longer that the granite on the other side of the cook top.We raised a complaint, they visited and looked at the issue. The way the person behaved was that as if this is normal and she said we will get someone to repair this in another week. After talking to her she agreed to get some one in the next day and said it could be fixed on site.The next day the installation people came in and said that have to take the granite block to their workshop to fix this. We were left with the Countertop which cannot be used.There were no updates from Colonial n when we could have this replaced. Finally they said they can o it only a week after. I sent them an email copying Home Depot representatives presenting my frustration and concerns, but there were no response.Finally they had it fixed today and now I see that the measurement is still a few inches Off.I wonder how they managed to get so many good reviews with such unprofessional service.!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND COLONIAL MARBLE AND GRANITE. They have a great selection and we found a gorgeous quartzite. The sales person was attentive and helpful. He gave us the date for the measurement. I called to confirm two days before that date and they had no record of it. The installation was horrible and they had to take back stone to re-cut again. The 2nd attempt at installation went better, but we’re not happy with seam in island and cut around sink. I expected better craftsmanship when spending $7,300. I wish we had went to another store.

Colonial did an amazing job with the counter and backsplash install. We worked with Michael Goldstein figuring out what we wanted. He was fantastic to work with from start to finish, making sure to follow on install and making sure we are satisfied. I can not recommend Michael and his team at Colonial enough.

This has been the worst home improvement experience Ive had in the four homes that Ive owned and renovated. I ordered through home depot who subcontracted to colonial marble. I wish I would have known this fact and read the reviews beforehand.My installation was delayed several times, once without any word on their end that they were not coming; I had to call to find out! I had other work lined up that depended on having the countertops installed and it really sucks being straight up lied to over and over again. I felt like they would just tell me anything just to get me off the phone. I also ordered a design template that I never received after calling and asking for it repeatedly.When they finally came to install, the team showed up at 7pm to start! They dinged up my cabinetry and left very noticeable seams that I was told would go away, but the did not. They also did not hook up any of my plumbing which was in the contract for them to do.If you are thinking about checking out any other company, do it and do not use colonial marble and granite** Update: I sent my information to the contact email provided in the response by Colonial Marble and never heard back, pretty much as I expected. Par for the course. Stay Away From this company!

Would give 0 stars if it was available. We our on our third attempt to install a correct countertop on a very simple layout and third template. I cannot get an answer from colonial on when the new countertop will be installed and we were left with no counters in our home, which is making it extremely difficult to manage our day to day lives, all due Colonials mistakes. I have requested management several times and no one wants to either direct me to management or relay the messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely poor communication with Colonial Marble and Granite. I ordered countertops from Home Depot who outsources installation to Colonial. Cheryl emailed me at 4:45pm the day before my scheduled installation to let me know the arrival time window. Based on that confirmation I had a contractor come that night to remove old countertops, sink, range and disconnect plumbing. The tech called the next day to say he was on his way, but only had the counter for the island. The other piece had been broken in fabrication! They would have known that when they called to confirm the install so why didnt they inform me and just rescheduled for a day when it could be a complete install. I now had no functional kitchen. I talked to Jessica at Colonial after getting this news. She promised to have the rest of the counter installed the following Friday. So one week without a kitchen. I could not cook for my family and had to do dishes in the bathtub. No call came on Thursday re: Friday install, so I had to call them. I learned I was taken off of the schedule for Friday and tech would not be there until Tuesday. I was livid. I informed Jessica that I no longer wanted them to template for the full height backsplash when they came on Tuesday which I had already paid Home Depot for and that I felt entitled to some compensation for the terrible inconvenience they caused. Jessica stated she would call me after the install on Tuesday to discuss. Tech came on Tuesday. Install was satisfactory but no call came from Jessica. I waited until Thursday still no call, so I called her. She was unavailable. It is now end of day on Thursday and no return call from Jessica. Its unlikely I will be called or receive any compensation. I have also written a review on Home Depots website telling of my experience and suggesting they find another vendor.

Overall experience was terrible. I do love the stone that we picked for the counter tops, but the customer service and installation were awful. Things that were spoken about during our visit to the store were not followed through on by Colonial. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Terrible experience, Im still waiting on the back splash that I ordered. Im two weeks behind completion on my project. I my clients are waiting to move in and the cannot do so because the installation is incomplete. Everyone I talked to on the phone promised to return my call and no one ever follows through. They are making this experience very stressful to me. Save yourself the head ache and use someone else that knows customer service.

Worst company ever. No one ever returns your calls. Purchased new Quartz countertops when they installed them one was damaged. They refused to replace it and told me I had to call for service. After being serviced the counter looked worse than the original scratch. The same countertop was sent back three times for resurfacing and still came back with scratches on it. Till this date after promising to replace it with a new top they still insist on trying to resurface it. I will never use this company again and should have paid attention to all the negative reviews.

I never received such bad service from any company during a project. Customer service was terrible. They sent the wrong size stone pieces 3 different times. After the first time they gave me the wrong size, they asked if my contractor could take the measurements because the project was at a standstill. I expressed my concern that if my contractor gave the wrong measurements, what would happen then. I was assured it would not be an issue because they weren’t able to get back to my house to template and my contractor would just be helping them. My contractor did a template and they did not cut to the size he specified. Then I was told it was his fault. I let them know they said they would not try and hold my contractor liable if the pieces did not come back correctly. When I told them this, the rep said “well we went down this rabbit hole together”. I asked to speak with the manager and was told “you can, but she will only tell you the same thing I am telling you but she’s not available to speak at the moment”. They came and measured a second time, the pieces came and my shower bench an saddle were still not right. My contractor had to end up cutting the bench to fit and adding more grout due to the saddle being to small. I was done with them at this point. Lastly, during one visit from their technicians, my wife asked that they wear something on their shoes prior to going into my bedroom. This was when they were walking up my stairs. They looked at my wife and said “ it’s to late now “. If I were there they would have been thrown out. I worked with 3 granite companies during this project and only had issues with Colonial. What a terrible experience. FYI I’ve never wrote a bad review for anyone.

We got our kitchen done in quartz counters with waterfall and backsplash.-1st time they brought the countertops with incorrect measures. It was too long- 2nd time they cut it half and inch too short! And instead of fixing it they forced fitted it...by cutting into the sides of the waterfall.- the result - waterfall now has a cut groove in it and our drawers hit the side of the waterfall when closing.- HAVE CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES LEFT MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE. IF WE GET THROUGH TO SOMEONE THEY ASSURE SOMEONE WILL CALL BACK BUT THEN NOTHING.- TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.

On 6/28 we had granite countertops installed in excess of $4,000. Shortly after install we noticed a long crack in excess of 6 in the top starting in the area of the sink cutout. We contacted our salesperson Cheyenne, who advised that we would have to email their customer service dept. After a few days with no one responding I again requested the name of a contact or manager to to speak with regarding the issue. To date NOONE from Colonial has contacted us. BUYER BEWARE. We will bediling a complaint with the BB BI received a call from bill Pritz who was able to address our concerns, & satisfy our concern. We are suffering with them since Feb. They have rescheduled initial appointments many times, now to fix the defective counter tops they installed they already changed the appointment 4 times. Yesterday someone called and informed us between 11am to 2 pm their people will come and disconnected call without even listening if that time is suitable for us or not. Now at 8-20am we got call from the technician that they will be here in 20 mins. It seems they are not aware that their scheduled time is between 11 amand 2pmCustomer service has NO respect for cutomers, they are behaving as if we are available 24/7 when ever they want to come and fix it. Horrible service.1st reviewWe got our kitchen counter tops replaced with colonial, they are already broken and finished really bad. After 1 and half month from the initial follow up, they sent some one for inspection. He did inspection and confirmed counter tops needs to be replaced as they installed broken peices and edges were out of shape. He called infront of us to the office, and confirmed that we will get it fixed in 5 days. Its been almost 4 weeks no one contacted us yet. They are not responding to emails or calls. My wife and I decided to redo our kitchen since we had some extra time for projects with the lockdowns and our contractor recommended colonial. We made an appointment and were surprised at how big of a selection they had. We were able to choose the exact marble we were going to have installed and then after our cabinets went into the guys came out and were very professional from the start to finish. We are very happy Nd recommend them highly.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Do yourself a favor and RUN away from dealing with Colonial Marble and Granite!!! After purchasing an entire house full of countertops from them and paying 50% I have been put through such a stressful experience - one that I would not wish upon my worst enemy. The sales staff is wonderful but then you are handed over to a service department who does not care in the least about your time, construction deadlines, or the quality of the product.I was told my countertops would be arriving on Monday April 5th- confirmed with a phone call the Saturday prior. I waited at the home from 8-12 until I finally called at 12:15 after my given window expired. I was given the run around and transferred here and there. Thats funny, you were the first stop on the route today.... I was told 2x before then transferred to someone else who rudely told me that I was on Wednesdays route. I was again told that I was first stop and waiting again from 7:45 am until I finally reached someone at 10:30 am and was told no you are on afternoon route!Finally the drivers arrived and were missing an entire room of countertops and one countertop was chipped and had to be taken back. I was told from Service that the replacements would be arriving the following Monday and NO ONE showed up. They finally showed up on the 19th and still did not have the room I was missing. The issues have continued since....It is now May 6th and I am still waiting for my issues to be resolved. My countertops are still not finished and no one will return my emails or phone calls. The amount of time and money wasted and the level of stress this has caused me has been extremely agonizing.NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY. I just want my countertops to be delivered and installed so I can move into my new home.

Would like the option of given 0 stars! None of the counters installed are square, we contacted service to correct as they are uneven in multiple places and hang over our counters and sink in different lengths. The installers broke our island cabinet when installing. With no reply we called again and requested service. They sent the original install techs who removed a piece and grinded it off in our driveway next to our car. They then proceeded to tell us they are not service techs and call for service. After several emails with photos, text messages and numerous calls to our sales rep Michael Graham and service requesting the manager Ashley to assist or return a call with plan of repair and or removed and refunded we still have not received as much as a call back. Horrible service.

I had Colonial G& Marble replace my countertops in July 2017 based on a recommendation from my realtor. Ive VERY sorry I did! I had to hire a carpenter to try to fix their damage and because of the extent of the damage to the kitchen walls it can NEVER be repaired correctly. I have been trying to deal with their customer service since July and still they have done NOTHING to correct the issue. They wont even refund my credit card. Please see pictures of the damage. I will tell you that they put holes in the drywall, didnt not epoxy the gap between the wall and the countertop...left because the counter wasnt installed correctly. Also, they scratched my hardwood floor. They tore the thermal coating on the cabinets and tried to tell me it was just paint! NOT PAINT! The seams where the granite is pieced together is not smooth (one side is higher than the other)! Ive had several phone conversations and 6 or more emails with Ashley and crickets...they have not done one thing to satisfy my complaint. Dont do business with these crooks!

Love my granite and quartz color and installation. BUT, salesperson told us quartz was the same durability as granite. Unfortunately, it is not. This is something I should have researched myself instead of relying on others. Small scratch from placing dishes on Quartz to dry and we only had it for a month. He told us what we wanted to hear to get the sale.

The technicians and contractors were very professional, and granites are very nice. And they have tons of granite choices in their warehouse in King of Prussia. But the customer services and front staffs were very unfriendly, unresponsive, and irresponsible. They dont want to help the customers, and even they dont receive the phone calls, and when we want to have their calls, they would not try to call. Very disappointed customer services!!! The process of having granite counter top was very unhappy.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! This place unequivocally delivered THE WORST customer experience I have ever witnessed my entire life. A One Star rating here is an overstatement. Whomever runs this business ought to be ashamed of themselves it was a total disgrace. I called to simply schedule a service appointment for my kitchen stone, and it took you over half an hour, more than one call, and talking to a multitude of individuals to finally trace my account. Once the account traced, I was given the option to either choose an 8am-12pm morning appointment or 12pm-5pm afternoon appointment. I opted for the morning appointment and was told I would receive a confirmation text message and phone call prior to my appointment date for planning purposes. Two days later, I receive a reminder text message stating that my appointment is in between the hours of 12-5pm. So, I called to question the discrepancy and mixed messages, and was told they can NEVER guarantee a morning or afternoon appointment preference, and that the scheduler should have told me so when scheduling my appointment and also insisting to collect a $200 upfront payment from me. Speaking of the scheduler, she didnt even capture my contact information (specifically customer name) correctly when scheduling the appointment, verifying my address and EAGERLY collecting a $200 upfront payment from me. So, I let ALL that go, I adjust my schedule once again to accommodate these idiots, and I plan for an afternoon appointment based on the text message I received, the discussion I had with the service team and the voice message I subsequently received stating my technicians name is Jacob and that he would call me 30 minutes before arrival on the day of my 12-5pm appointment. Come the day of the appointment, not only did the technician and one of his helpers show up TOTALLY UNANNOUNCED knocking on my door at 11:30am, but one of them also immediately proceeded to wander around my kitchen without a facial mask and had the nerves to use my own kitchen paper towel to prep the work area for service. The other technician was on his cell phone throughout the entire appointment having a personal conversation while I am standing there witnessing the exchange. You guys should be TOTALLY ASHAMED of yourselves because youve excelled at delivering a DISASTROUS experience on so many levels. You DID NOT earn a penny off the $200 you so eagerly collected from me upfront because thats clearly all you care about. You should contemplate training your staff on being professional, interpersonal, reliable, punctual and safe so they dont jeopardize the well-being of your clients. Otherwise, you might want to quit or run a different type of business. Money comes and goes; its the client experience that resonates with your audience. You were TERRIBLE on all levels. To all the consumers out there, BE AWARE and take your business elsewhere before you have regrets and its too late.

Ordered countertops in October, delivery in November stone was put with chips & imprints all over the stone, guess they thought I wouldn’t notice & could get away with it. They never come on time or within the window frame of what they tell you. Came back to take out and replace 2 months later & had wrong cuts & chips in stone!!! What a horrible customer service and product. We purchased 2 bathroom granite tops. One was fine. However, for the 2nd one, the installer stated the side splash was missing and the colonial folks could not find it. In addition, as you can see from the picture, when they cut the top, they had an issue with the cut and they filled it in with black. It looks horrible, While the installer was here, I called home depot. They stated I needed to call Colonial directly so I did. The person I reached said she could not help me and I had to speak with the manager, Ashley. Ashley was not there so I left a message asking for a call back. She never called. I then called home depot back who stated they would get Jessica to call me. She never called. A person named, I think, Frannie, called and stated she was the territory manager for Home Depot and that chips and cracks are normal in granite. I stated I should not pay full price for a less than perfect piece. She disagreed. She then put me on hold and never came back to the phone line. She stated someone would come out and color match and repair the black area. They I got a call confirming the date and time for the side splash install. I asked about the chip, she stated she knew nothing about it. I then received another call stating when they did the side splash, the would do the repair. They never did. I reached out to the COO who had a girl call me on his behalf. I stated my issues and she said she understood and never called back. So we now have the side splash but no one from Colonial repaired nor compensated us for the defective piece.

We thought the sales consultant was nice but everything else was a disaster. We put a deposit down which was charged to our credit card before we left the parking lot. But a day later when we decided to request a refund it was a horrible experience. We called 2-3 times per week and emailed but nobody would return our calls or answer our emails. Our sales consultant said he would help us but the accounting office is completely incompetent and won’t return your calls or respond to emails. A month later, we are still waiting for our refund, nobody will call us back or respond to our emails. Definitely not what we had hoped for or expected. It’s a shame. We really wanted to work with them but be forewarned- our experience with the accounting office, customer service and lack of management was horrible.

Terrible. Customer. Service. Don’t get me wrong, the counters are high quality (if you choose), BUT, I had to make multiple phone calls after they 1. Raised our price (when ours salesperson said this would not change, 2. Entered my wrong last name and phone number in the computer system - failing to reach me on laser measurement day (luckily I called multiple times to resolve this issue) 3. Cut a section of our countertop too short 4. When coming to deliver the new piece - they arrived at a time I specifically stated I would not be home or available. If you want a smooth start to finish job, I recommend going anywhere else.I don’t normally write reviews, but after 4 major mistakes I thought it was necessary to warn future buyers.

Horrible customer service. They failed to mention the cut would be right in the middle of the sink. After speaking to the manager Ashley Gratzinger, she just said its in your contract we can put a cut anywhere we want and do not need to let the client know! We paid for a full piece that did not need to be cut. This is my third and last time using Colonial. Great service guys keep up the lousy customer satisfaction.

If I could give a 0, I would. Where to start....first they installed the WRONG countertops. Their response was “yeah this happens more than you think”. After calling, they promised to install the correct ones and have a plumber come out no later than an hour after installation. After waiting 5 days, the installers did come back with our correct countertops however, they were 3 hours late and one of them did not wear a mask the entire time he was in our house!! To top it off, a plumber never came to hook our water back up. After calling multiples times, we finally got a hold of someone and they said that there’s nothing they can do and we would have to wait an additional 2 days for their plumber to come out. We have called customer service MULTIPLE times and have not heard back. This is my first time writing a review but it is 100% necessary! DO NOT use Colonial Countertops in KOP!

If I could give a 0, I would. The sales associate rushed us through the warehouse, didnt even mention the option of quartzite. It seemed like we were more of an inconvenience for them than a customer. We ended up putting a $500 refundable deposit on 2 slabs. 2 days later I emailed and called to cancel our hold and get our deposit back. Good luck getting ahold of accounting. Dozens of calls and over 5 voice-mails later they have still not gotten back to me. And after over two weeks, I still dont have my $500 deposit back. Maybe they used to be good, but I wouldnt go back if they were the only counter top supplier within 100 miles...

I would give a 0 we had granite tops installed at the farm sink the left side overhangs 5/8” and right side 1/4” very noticeable and cuts at stove are not square after calling numerous times they sent the installer out and he said they should have sent service tech he then tried to grind it square which made it worse many pictures sent and many calls to a manager also contacted our sales rep Mike Graham with pictures nothing back my kitchen remodel is now at a standstill they certainly were quick to take the money but don’t care about service I have since asked them to come get their crook’ed counters and bring a check for what I paid I would not recommend using colonial nor will I ever go there again it’s been a nightmare

Our experience with Colonial Marble was not good. Our sales person told us we would have counter and backsplash installed within three week - in reality it will be TWO MONTHS. The crew who installed the countertops did a terrible job - the countertop had chips, they didnt line the pieces up properly, the quartz had marks all over it, they left a terrible mess behind. We had to call four times before someone came out to fix everything (although the guy they sent to fix it - a subcontractor BTW - was excellent). Next we had to select a backsplash tile, and we spent a lot of time choosing one only to find it was discontinued. We chose another one. It also was unavailable. Days went by between each selection where we heard NOTHING from our sales person. We finally had to call the store manager to go over the sales persons head to get a reply. Finally we found a backsplash we liked that is also in stock. It took 1.5 weeks for the tile to get to the store and then (after asking repeatedly for an installation date) the soonest date they could give us is 2.5 weeks away. If I had known the King of Prussia store had so many quality and customer service problems, I never would have used them. Use the Philadelphia office instead - one time we called them by accident and someone actually answered the phone AND looked into our problem promptly. Its a shame it was the wrong store!

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with the services provided by Colonial. A big thank you to Salesperson Matt with my tile and stone choices. I will absolutely work with Colonial again. They were honest and forthright and all parties involved were able to negotiate to a fair price with a clear understanding of the services and materials being purchased. We ran into a small bump in the road which was immediately and professionally worked out by Mae and Mike the Sales Manager. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for counter top installation. Additionally, they installed a 1200 pound piece of Absolute black granite on an accent wall which took 8 men to bring in as they were able to fabricate it without any seams. The installers were professional and did an exceptional job and arrived promptly for when it was scheduled. It is a Wow factor to anyone that enters my home. I will absolutely work with Colonial again and truly appreciate their excellent customer service skills.

We had an excellent experience with Angelo and the rest of the Colonial Marble team! We showed Angelo a picture of our newly remodeled kitchen and briefly explained what we were looking for. He told us he had a piece of granite in mind and took us onto the floor and it was perfect! He did show us around to look at a few more slabs, but he hit the nail on the head with the first piece. We also bought two sinks from him that we love. Our countertops were installed quickly and the workers who came to measure for the template and then to install were all friendly, courteous, and efficient. We would highly recommend Colonial Marble and will use them again for future projects.

They broke my countertop, never told me until the week of installation, then never worked with me to get another piece of granite. Colonial came recommended from almost everyone we knew locally whod done a kitchen remodel. The process was very seamless, Anthony was great at helping us choose what colors and types of materials for our kitchen. He was right, and everything turned out great! The crew that installed really took their time and ensured everything was just right. Scheduling was even simple, they were able to measure and install everything quickly once we were ready. The measurement was scheduled within the week and the install a week later.

I visited Colonial for granite counter tops. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection. The prices seemed high to me with granite up to 150$ a sq ft. If youre looking for high end and price isnt a concern then check this place out. I am still looking so I cannot speak for their work, yet.

7/11 they arrived on time however poor experience with Mgr Jessica who failed to correct the counter piece that was ordered wrong. The guy who measured explained to us yes the seam would be in the middle of the sink- but to save $ and do what is easier Colonial Marble failed to do that. When I spoke to Jessica at time of delivery install about this in no way was she willing to help or reorder the proper piece. I had to call Home Depot who we went through to purchase and have the counters installed. Colonial installed our granite counter top in a very professional and timely manner. The staff helped us find the counter top we ultimately decided upon and gave us delivery estimates that were ultimately exactly as promised. The installers also did an exceptional job and arrived promptly for when it was scheduled. We separately ordered back splash materials for the kitchen which has not yet arrived. There was a slight delay in receiving this as projected which appears to be an issue with one of their suppliers but looks like it will now be scheduled very soon.

My wife and I have saved and planned for a granite kitchen counter replacement, a desk area replacement and a half bath replacement scheduled all at one time. I have to say I was very impressed with Colonial Marble from the time we started selecting our granite to the measuring, to the approval of the layouts to the installation. Each and every person we had in our home and that we met at their facility were very professional and knowledgeable. Our installing was perfect, clean up was outstanding and I would recommend Colonial Marble to anyone else planning a project. We hired the company to come out and install a countertop. When the workers came and installed the countertop they ruined my cabinets on top of my walls and ceiling. I told them I did not want to pay until they fix it and they would not leave. I had to pay them being told it would get fixed in a couple days (this was Feb). After speaking with their service manager Ashley G. she informed me I had to hire the help myself, pay for it myself and then I would get reimburse for their mistakes. So that is what I did. In April I got a hold of Ashley and sent her the information for the reimbursement. She said okay and it will be out. Now going into July, I have called Ashley G and left voicemails on a daily basis with no answer. Was told by the service department Andrea and Donna that they would get back to me with this issue on the reimbursement and they do not. I even spoke with an Amber(who does not exist, so they are making up names) that they would call me back that day and they do not. Laura from their accounting department, is supposed to be getting back to me for weeks, she does not either. I do not know how this company is even allowed to speak to customers this way nor install their products leaving houses damaged and not reimbursing them on their mistakes. Their service department needs to get retrained on how to speak with customers and to answer them. I will be following up with different media sites and companies about the poor treatment that I have received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We got a wonderful deal on quartz, which we initially wasnt within our budget but were able to get thanks to a special they were running. Worked closely with Susan at the New Castle location who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was available to answer my many questions and made the whole process very easy. The scheduling process was easy and flexible, the installers were professional and fast. Prices were comparable with others, but I was able to get a nicer stone than I would have been able to with another company due to the special. The basic sink offered with their install is nice, if I could do it again I would have upgraded my faucet, but other wise I am extremely happy with mt experience.

I had a great experience with Colonial! Charlie T. was the best when it came to finding the perfect granite for our beach house. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to lead me to it! I really appreciated Charlie’s professionalism and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure our job went off without a hitch. Hello! My wife and I recently had our entire kitchen re-done. While this project was great fun it could also be stressful as we tried to sort out and decide upon cabinetry, appliances, lighting, plumbing, fixtures, tile back-splash, flooring and counter-tops. Each decision presented new challenges throughout the project. In the end we were delighted with the results and pleased with the input we received from friends, family, the contractor, and sales-people. That said, the best shopping experience we enjoyed during the entire process was working with Christine at Colonial Tile. She took the time to consult with us and provided a terrific suggestion for our counter-tops that we otherwise would not have considered. The finished results far exceeded our expectations and dealing with Christine throughout was a pleasure. She was friendly, polite, cheerful, creative, personable, and professional in providing guidance before and service after the sale. She helped make our experience a pleasure and we would not hesitate to recommend her and/or Colonial Tile in the future!In addition, we must give a shout-out to the two gentlemen who installed the counters! I had a great experience. The price was great and tons of selection. My rep. was thorough and the time to delivery was fantastic. My feedback would be to stay true to the timeframe of the template measurement visit and delivery. The representative came at 1130am when I was supposed to be between 1-4, and requested a last stop. Colonial Marble gave us a great experience. We picked our perfect stone which was very reasonable. Also their scheduling department is top notch. Very reachable. I highly recommend paying for a template overview. If youre spending a lot of money on a kitchen remodel youll want to see how your stone lays out.There was an issue with our stone cut and Colonial removed the template charge.Theyre install is very professional. We also opted to apply our own sealer that we found on Amazon and avoided the $500 charge for sealing.I would definitely recommend Colonial Marble.
