Terrific store!!! Out standing staff most specifically Arlene. I live far from this store and desperately needed a particular Christmas Card. Arlene did the research, at this very busy time, called me back with tremendous follow through. Papyrus is the very best service anywhere. The store is like an Art Gallery!!!! Thank you, Arlene!!!

Beautiful cards and gift options. Great customer service. The floor is kind of overcrowded with product. Large groups and wheelchairs might have trouble maneuvering.

At the time of purchase I was not made aware of 14 days return policy. Today I went to return stuff bought on 20Sep and could not return it. Stuff was not even open. Sucks! Wasted ~$100. Will not buy anything from store again.

I came to King of Prussia mall on a Tuesday at 7 PM for a card & they were closed.

I think this location is smaller so I tried to be careful to avoid any incidents while walking around shelves, yet I got good birthday cards yesterday. Those price range was from $8 to $10 each.

These places as re becoming seriously overpriced. Spend the money on a gift or dinner. Buy the card st a dollar store
