I was a little surprised to see the bathrooms in the back, as I didnt remember them having bathrooms. But, I had to go so I put my vitamins down and walked back into the mens room.Some lady comes running back yelling our bathrooms arent open to the public. There was no sign or indication that they were for employees only.. the only signs were the printed out and taped om sings reading for men only and for women only.I mean, I was already in there, and youre the one who left the door in the back to rest area open. You could have just let me pee..So much for supporting local stores.

Im confused on what the hours are for this shop? I have stopped by a few times during listed normal hours and the doors are locked but lights are on. Tonight I stopped by at 6pm and same thing, but listed hours are until 8pm. Good store, but if I cant get into it or buy things from it should I just go to GNC?

I understand that people need to be professional in their workplace, but I also believe they have to be open to making conversation with the customer. In business that might not be the case, but peoples actions speak highly of themselves. Ive gone to this Vitamin Shoppe once before and a woman was very nice to me but this time the person wasnt very casual. I was just disappointed because I like conversing with people.

The staff is very helpful, and the selection of products used to be very good. However, the KOP location reduced both size and the stock of products that they now carry. I frequently visit to find that they are out of stock on the smaller inventory they have decided to now carry. The business decisions of reduced stock impacts customers who depend on their products. You are better off ordering online from a reliable supplier than visiting the KOP location.

Perfectly fine. Large store with a huge selection.Prices are retail or higher, so you can frequently find better prices online. They do have coupons sometimes.Workers were helpful and friendly.I will go back when I need the things that they have in a hurry.You can only enter and exit on 202 Northbound.

To say that the manager went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement! A favorite product of mine was being updated and reformulated, the new formula not to my liking or dietary requirements. She not only held the original ones her store had in stock for me, she contacted others in her local network and had theirs put aside, picked them up for me when meeting with them, and brought them back to her store so I could pick them all up at one place! Amazing, wonderful, stupendous and unequaled customer service.

My mother and I just left this place after being berated on how youre supposed to lose weight for at least 2 solid minutes by the woman on staff. My mother came in looking for supplements to aid her in her weight loss (which she has been doing successfully for at least 4 months with the keto diet and she has lost over 30 pounds) or to help with energy, to be told that the only way to lose weight is XYZ. And that you have to exercise and you have to eat 3 solid meals. Okay maam, she does do that. Shes been doing that. She didnt ask how to do that. She asked for supplements to help out which is what theyre for anyway. And then the worker backed up her tyraid by saying shes maintained her weight after having two kids. Thats pretty darn easy to do when youve (Im assuming here since she assumed with us) never had a bad relationship with food and arent recovering from food addiction. Literally breastfeeding will help you lose and maintain weight after having a child. Its not something to back up your claim. After leaving without product, my mother has been upset in her room for way too long. Fix this customer service because it is unacceptable.

So much to love! If you need a particular supplement and cant find it, try here. They are the only store that had Monolauren in 1,100 mg caps which is what you need for therapeutic use.The staff was very friendly and helpful and their prices are competitive.

Very clean store and pretty much has everything you looking for .Customer service is not the greatest if you run into the store manager who is very arrogant and rude as well towards customers and I still wonder why such a store still keep her, I will never shop there again. GNC has less variety but wonderful customer service.
