I phoned your company today due to a problem with the caster wheels I purchased 17 years ago. Your representative informed me that I was doing pretty good if theyve lasted this long, I really wanted to know what would cause these wheels to crumble and disintegrate while they were in use. Your representative informed me that there was no way of knowing what caused this to happen, instead implying that I was lucky they lasted this long. I take very good care of my equipment and feel that my voice wasnt answered definitely.Hopefully the next customers you deal with, you can not imply that your product had served out its usefulness.Good Day!!😐😐😐
Customer service needs significant improvement. Sent in request for quotation for various casters, had to follow up one week later since quotation was never completed. Shipment of products was stated to be within ten (10) business days. After four (4) weeks, I have still yet to receive the casters for my project and I am significantly behind in my build schedule. Acorn carries a very good line of casters, however I am thinking of working with another distributor due to this poor execution by their customer service staff.
