Staff was very helpful.Gave us an extension for our watch.Looking at a purse/organizer and decided it was to bulky...purchased a purselet, showed us a lot of options with no sales pressure.Great experience! 👍

Customer service is awful. I called to find out about a product and if it were in stock. The woman was in a rush I understand its holiday season it must be busy. I didnt hear from her for an hour, so I decided to stop in since it was on my way. I walk into the store and theres two customer, one whos already at the register. Im immediately approached by the woman who took my call and after I ask if they have the necklace she responds oh youre the one who called no we dont we have different ones though. At this point its been an hour since I called and you couldnt give me a simple call back? It was not busy when I walked in nor was this woman assisting another customer. I wouldve called a different store. She didnt have th necklace so Im assuming since she wouldnt make a sale she didnt care enough to call back.
