Great prices! I called around to several places but Rug Professionals had the best prices in the quickest turnaround. Last year I need a my rugs back and time for Christmas dinner. It only took 2 weeks to get my rugs picked up cleaned and delivered back to my home awesome!

We used to have two Italian greyhounds. The female died at 12 years old 8 years ago. The male died at 14 years old 6 years ago. The female was completely not housebreakable and the male had accidents a lot right before he died. We have a gorgeous handmade wool oriental rug and they always peed on it. I steam cleaned it very often, but the urine smell eventually stopped coming out and we rolled it up after the male died 6 years ago and stuck it in a far corner of our storage area in the basement. Recently, I noticed that the cheap rug in the living room needed to be replaced and since the pee hounds are no longer with us, started looking at nice oriental rugs. Husband casually mentioned I should toss this rug out before buying another oriental rug. So, I had the idea of getting this one cleaned. I called Rug Professionals and Steve assured me that they have dealt with worse. If they could not get the smell out, they would dispose of the rug for me. So, I dropped it off. Took me 24 hours to get the stench out of my car from just transporting it. Two weeks later, I went back to pick it up. They had a dryer blowing on it so, it seemed to be smell free. The cost was $150 or so for the 6x9 rug. The drive home was not smelly. Unrolled the rug at home and it definitely still smells. Not nearly as bad as before, but no miracles occurred. I was so excited to have the rug clean, but I may have hoped for too much. Maybe I will lay it out on the deck in the sun for a while.Editing my review. They took the rug for a reclean for free. Kept it for 4 weeks this time. When I got it back this time, it no longer smelled. Something about the first cleaning opening up the wool fibers and then soaking it again and again finally removed all the dog pee. We are back to using the rug. Very satisfied.
